We are pleased with the provided services. Mrs Shelia and others have always been nice no matter the circumstances. They are understanding and caring. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience with Sheila at this location. After called at least 6 places and none of them have a person on-site I went to this location and Sheila help me tremendously. I was just looking to speak to a human being and be able to ask questions. She was the only that did that for me. At that point price to me didn t matter because I find someone that help me with my questions and concerns. Sheila is a really nice lady. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a real customer service experience.

My experience with them was amazing!! The receptionist was absolutely amazing!! I m not gonna say her name (Sheila) lol because once you walk in you will definitely know who I m talking about. Her customer service is top notch!! She helped us from start to finish. And she never spoke without a pleasant tone or a smile! I was last minute with getting a storage but she made my visit feel like I had made reservations at a 5 star restaurant!! Definitely glad I chose them to place my valuables. I will recommend them(her) to anyone that needs this type of service! Absolutely amazing experience. I work in customer service and I know the importance of treating people like you want to be treated! Definitely a 15 out of 10

The service and facility was great. I rented through the online service and was automatically sent a unit number and gate code. Within 2 business days, the property manager had called to check and make sure everything was OK with the unit and that there were no problems. Once I moved everything out, I went into the office to close out the account. Property manager was very pleasant and was not pushy on trying to extend our lease or pressure us into anything.

Shelia the manager is the reason I have units at this facility. She is amazing! Buildings are clean. In great shape. Easy to enter your unit. I have had Many units here and probably won't go anywhere else!

Very pleased with the customer service of the manager Shelia. She takes care of us and make sure we were taken care of in every aspects, Sheila is one of the best people to have for customer service. Sheila is very professional and nice, she always has a big smile on her face and is just plain awesome, Thank you for a great experience! The storage is a great deal! Nice sizes and nice and clean! I would suggest this place to everyone! AGAIN THANK YOU

Shelia is phenomenal! She made everything about my move quick & easy! She was very knowledgeable and didn t hesitate to go above & beyond to make my experience an overall great one! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Outstanding customer service from their manager, Shelia. She was so helpful and was on top of our every need. This is our first move in over 15 years and having someone as pleasant and helpful as Shelia has made the stress of moving a bit easier. The units themselves are well kept and the security provided to the units also is a comfort. Their prices are affordable and the location is great.

I deal with a good number of self-storage facilities in Columbus and this is one of the best , no doubt. Easy to get in and out, cameras everywhere and always well maintained and clean. The manager, Shelia, is the best in Columbus, hands down. She's friendly, quick with a joke and even quicker to lend a hand or tool. (like if you lose your key and need to get in your unit real quick and you don't own a pair of bolt cutters....not that that has happen to me).

Ms. Shelia is extremely help. She is always there to help or gets back to you really fast, never have to wait. If something needs fixing she works the issue immediately she doesn't wait. Very Military friendly. The Storage on FT Benning wanted to charge me entire months rent for only a few days at the end of the June and I didn't need it till July but wanted to hold it. This storage held a spot for me and didn't start charging me until I started using it. So definitely would recommend this place, their awesome.

Sheila is one of the best people to have for customer service and the storage is a great deal! Nice sizes and nice and clean! I would suggest this place to everyone! Sheila is a amazing lady she always has a big smile on her face and is just plain awesome glad I know where I can store my stuff again if need be! Thank you for a great experience!

We rented several units for warehouse space and were able to access the units when we needed to and never worried about security. The facility was very secure with alarms and camera's and the manager Shelia was very professional and provided us with great customer service. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing storage. My experience with SecurCare and Shelia was awesome.

I'll start by saying that the ofc mgr, Shelia is the best! She's friendly, helpful and takes great care of her customers. The grounds and units are clean. Also, most of the units have a light, which is FABULOUS, no more trying to find stuff in the dark. The units are more spacious because the doors aren't like garage doors, so you have more wall storage. Lastly, the price is the lowest I've found in North Columbus. I rented a 10x10 and my storage rent dropped by $25!

I will never use another storage facility. The manager, Sheila is the nicest person you could ever meet. When I moved in to my unit and I talked to Sheila, she always had a smile and never seems to have a bad day. She knows me by name and I've only had storage there a few months. If you need storage this is the place to be.

Very pleased with the customer service of the manager Shelia. She took care of us and make sure we were taken care of In every aspect!! Moving is stressful enough so being able to rent and move in same day was awesome!!

The facility is very secure, clean, and affordable. I would say that the best aspect though is the customer service. They were exceptionally kind, genuine, and helpful in addressing any concerns I had.

The storage units are very clean, and there is cameras watching always. I felt very comfortable with Shelia the sales rep if I could I would give her a 12 STAR rating.

Thank you so much "BRANDON"!!!! At the time of my reservation, I was told the office was open on Saturday until 5:00pm. When I arrived at 2:00pm on Saturday the office was closed. We had my daughters dorm furniture in the truck and had to return to Atlanta by 6:00pm. I called praying someone would be able to help us. "Brandon" answered the phone and he assisted me quickly and professionally. Customer service is very important to me and his was Excellent. Thank you again "Brandon"!!!!!!

I have had my storage unit for several months and this place is secure. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs storage, no matter what size you need!! The prices are reasonable also.
