As you can tell by the few comments from real people that gave him a 1 star, this place isn't a honest and trustworthy place. He list items on Facebook Market place, when you agree to buy from him then he changes the price and stops responding. He is apparently running a scam and can't be trusted. I would stay far far away from this place.

Broke the tire sensor on my 2017 Kia during the tire change. Offered no remedy and went on to say they just fall off. Nothing was corroded. They broke sensor. Never again.

Always fast service , I don't buy my tires here but I always bring mine here to get them changed out

Very outstanding business owner..God fearing Family man. Remember when he first started. Was constant and willing to learn everything he didn't know. Blessed and highly favored by the MOST HIGH GOD...

This place was awesome when the lady owned it now they have switched owners they worked on my car my car broke down leaving from there I called multiple times and they stopped answering my phone calls I guess for simple things they are still good but you used to get personal service from the lady now the owners don't even look you in the eye

I have read other complaints abut this company and complaints about their radiator job. Take this company to court. He Deserves 0 stars. The owner deliberately damaged my engine. Or he is incompetent. I will take him to court on TV and expose him and his company.

not only did these mfs take three days to install a new radiator but i just came to pick my car up they LOST my keys it dont make no kind of sense he claimed he just test drove it before i pulled up but yea dont come

Very good customer service. Sam relates on a personal level with all customers and treat them with respect. He places the customer first and is passionate about what he does. I've observed how customers are treated anytime I'm there, and I can confidently say that I've never seen a customer leave dissatisfied.

Want good trustworthy work come here. If you don't need it they don't charge you for it like most places. Alot of others will tell you that you need new this and that with a high price to go with it. Sam's will let you know you don't need it and charge great reasonable prices.

Come to Sam's Used Tires & Auto Shop , only if you want Someone who is honest, cheap, and Certainly a man after God's, own heart. A truly friendly and very funny person. He makes his customers feels at home. ..check them out you'll see. My vehicles get service at Sam's this is why my family and I know. Glad to have you in the neighborhood Sam...great job.

Had a punctured tire and they patched it up and recommended I get a new one without trying to sell a bunch of useless stuff like a lot of other shops do. Fast, effective, friendly, and very open about what it will cost ahead of time.

This is a great establishment with an honest hard working owner. I have bought used tires from a lot of places around Columbus but never got the quality and attention to detail as I got here. I highly recommend Sam for all your tire and automotive needs.

When I got there I asked them to put my spare time on the rim where my tire is at on the back driver's side. They did everything that I asked and very fast. This shop is a very well equiped shop. I would recommend all my friends to this shop.

Ended up paying more for a used tire than a new one. Oh u wanted that new tire balanced thall be extra, o military discount on the sign out front doesn't apply to tires...

The staff and technicians at Sam's were very knowledgeable. Helped me get back on the road in minutes. They have great prices. We need that at these troubling times. Thanks Sam's.

The people here are so nice and understanding. I had a problem with my car and they resolve the problem without giving me a hard time. I would recommend this place to every one. I am the woman that drives the white mustang.

My father bought a car from sam. They told my dad the car was good to go that they changed the radiator and thermostat. After they purchased the car it started running hot. Come to find out they put head gasket repair in the engine. Now the motor has went out one month after. Do not buy any vehicles from this place.

Older blk guy seemed to be only one with mechanic skills.. the younger boy was super stoned or mentally slow.. same difference.. just over all not a great experience. But this is just my view . Please judge for yourself.

Called to ask if they had a certain tire.. the dude said he didn t even know what it was I was asking for Then rudely texted my phone running his mouth very unprofessional and inexperienced. Smh

If you are white you probably want to find somewhere else to go. Couldn't even get him to look at me much less help me. He was more worried about the game on tv.
