Went to ptap after getting a new truck.I got a leveling kit with wheels and tires and also wrapped my front grille. First off, I could not be more happy with the way it turned out. I left ptap knowing they actually care about my truck. They told me it would take about 2 maybe 3 days to compete. Which was fast for wheels tires level and wrap. He called me the next day saying it was ready. PTAP is the best, no doubt about it

I have taken my truck to PTAP on several occasions. They installed the tint across my windshield, they have cleaned the upholstery (seats) on the inside of the vehicle, they have detailed the truck several times.Last year I purchased 4 tires from them and on 31 March 2024 I got a nail in my tire. I took the tire to them on Monday (1 April 2024) and they patched/plugged the tire without any hassle.They have always been kind, caring, and very friendly. I boast and brag about them all the time! This past weekend I got a flat tire while traveling through Columbus and was unable to replace the tire myself since I didn t have the key for the wheel locks. I spoke with Andrew who told me they could squeeze me in to remove the locking lug nuts and replace the tire. I had my car towed to their location and they were able to remove the locking lug nuts and replace the tire in under 30 minutes. After a long and stressful day, the team at PTAP were so kind and accommodating. They were able to get me back on the road so I could finish traveling. They were professional, understanding, and fairly priced. I can t say enough good things about my experience with them and would highly recommend them!

Great service and honest values. Took my daughters truck in for brakes, and tire sensors. Andrew called and said it's not the brake pads those are good we'll check your rotors. It was the rotors which got changed. He easily could have charged me for the brake pads too. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know having car troubles to call PTAP, to see if they can help. Thank PTAP.

One of the best shops I've ever seen/been around. Needed some vinyl graphics put on, they not only got me right in but the work is incredible. The customer service was some of the best I've experienced. Will return and recommend to everybody in my area. Thanks again PTAP!

On February 27 I took my car to this establishment for them to tint all my windows including my front windshield. I have a 2012 4 door civic. I am making this complaint because they didn t go through proper procedures to tint my windows and as a result they have damaged my car. They removed the door panels in order to tint the windows. As a result of them doing this my door handles now sit inside the frame and you can see the window going up and down through the door panel. At first these were the only issues that raised and I did go back for them to have an opportunity to fix the issue. I showed the rep Chris what the issue was and he immediately got offensive trying to blame the age of my car saying damage happens when removing the door panel to tint the windows so they re not responsible for what happens to the door panel or anything inside. When in all actuality had they gone through proper procedures to tint windows we wouldn t even be in this situation. So they took my car to the back for about 10-15 mins said they fixed it. I went to my car and nothing was changed. I had an automotive mechanic to look at my car and they damaged components within the door panels. Since then I have unfortunately had more issues happening. My back door now makes a whining sound when the door unlocks, my door frame comes lose when opening and closing my door. I don t even want them to fix it after all this and paying $465 I expect to get my car back the same way I got it and I did not.

I came here in Sept 2023 for tint. The workers here are so kind and helpful. When I needed information about changing brakes they explained everything patiently until I fully understood. They really treat you like you re the their only customer. I will definitely be coming back to them for my car needs.

Ptap recently installed new wheels and tinted the windows on my '21 Jetta GLI. I noticed a missing lug nut and they replaced it at no charge. I think it was left off at my last oil change/rotation...not their fault.

Brought my truck in due to a popping sound coming from the front of my truck. I had the lift installed by another company I will not name, I'll be professional but I returned the truck to them and they said nothing was wrong with the lift or my truck... this went on for several moths and I noticed wear on the inside of my tires which only had 20,000 miles on them.... PTAP was able to QUICKLY find the problem and I was in and out for $50.00... CHRIS JOHNSON thank you brother for your help!!! Great Guy you have working there PTAP!!!

Huge shoutout to the team at PTAP had an appointment to get my daughter s windows tented and they did an amazing job. All the employees were kind and the work is second to none! I highly recommend these guys.

Always a pleasure while visiting the store. Jason and the staff always are most friendly and helpful. Treating everyone with the same professionalism regardless if your in there for tire shine or a complete set of rims. By far a pinnacle example of how a business should be ran.

I bought my first set of aftermarket wheels from them back in 2001. 20+ years later they have tinted several vehicles for me and have always done an awesome job.They recently completed a complete suspension overhaul/upgrade for me on a brand new truck which I was nervous about. Eddie was great and looked at the kit for me before I bought it and was completely confident he could do it and that was the big reason I trusted PTAP with this project because of his experience and knowledge.Everything turned out perfect, the truck rides great and Sergio there was a huge help too. His knowledge of F250's was a big help with choosing a tire/wheel combo. Everyone there is passionate about what they do and it shows. I think another nice touch is that the owner is involved in the day-to-day operations and he has personally thanked me several times for my business and genuinely means it. I will definitely be back!

An unusual place; there are a few cars for sale, but most of these magnificent specimens are customer vehicles! I was allowed to walk around, see all the rides, check out their merchandise, and talk with others like myself. I spoke with Quentin Evans, one of their salesmen, but was never pressured or rushed. A great place to visit.

Took my Lexus here to get some lowering springs installed and ended up getting some new wheels put in as well. This place has great customer service and is run by PROFESSIONALS. I was a little hesitant to come at first because I had heard that it was a little pricier but I found that they are extremely fair when it comes to their services. After having called six different mechanics, they actually gave me the lowest quote on installing springs. Definitely coming back for future projects!

Was referred here by a friend. Had my bae Kenziee tinted. Chris is very awesome!. I forgot something in my car and she had already been taken back. I asked Chris if I could get get it. He took me back to get it, i got to see the goings on of everything that was happening at the time. Awesome!! Go see Chris guys

Great Company and the only company that I will let work on my truck! The mechanics are very knowledgeable and don t beat around the bush or try and gouge you for extra work that needs to be done . They re upfront and honest knowing that you need your car running the best it can and not throwing extra money into it that s not needed. The guys working up front are always happy to see you and actually remember you. I ve gotten to speak with the owner, Jason, a few times as he s walking back and forth from the front, to the back, to the lot. Great guy, very personable and understanding. How many places do you know where the owner will talk to you like a normal human no matter who you are?? 10/10!!

PTAP is undoubtably the best aftermarket shop in the Southeast. Today they replaced the tires on my 2022 Audi RS6 Avant and the work was performed flawlessly. I've used them many times over the years and the experience is still the same: Excellent work and outstanding customer service from Chris and Jason. The best!

Recently had my 2013 Mustang aligned and detailed. The amazing team at PTAP was able to do it all, same day. Not only that but they basically did the work of a 200 dollar detail for 90. Every inch of the car came out looking like it just came off the lot. They gave it the extra love it needed in order to come out looking great. Would HIGHLY recommend to any person who wants their car to look the best it can possibly be.

Where oh where do I begin? I had the most amazing customer experience today with kindest young man. I believe his name was Chris. I was having the worst trouble with my side steps and Mr. Chris scheduled an appointment based on my availability. I was in and out very quickly and my steps are now working flawlessly.Thank you PTap for making my day!!!!

I've been coming here for a few years now, and every visit is always enjoyable. I've had everything done from wheels, wrap, tint, and not once have I had an issue with them. The whole team including Jason (the owner) are extremely friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to vehicle modifications. If you haven't already, you need to check these guys out ASAP
