I got there this morning right before they opened up at 8:00. These guys were super professional, got me into a bay first thing, asked what they could help me with. As they were changing my oil I asked if they could replace my wiper blades and did so right away. I had a tag light out that I had forgotten about, they also replaced that. I ve been very disappointed in the former place I used for oil changes for some time. I will absolutely be using these guys from now on and have no problem recommending them to friends and family. I was pulled in to a bay at 8:00 and driving out at 8:14. Thanks for an excellent experience. See you next timeService: Oil change

Great group of guys on Veteran's Parkway. The fastest full service oil change in town guaranteed. In & out in 15 minutes or less. Tire pressure, lights, fluids check , clean windshield & vacuum. Best value in town

Hours of operation not very customer friendly. They close too early through the week when most people work. Also, there closed on the weekewhen most people are off & have time to get their vehicles serviced. Great group of guys though

First off, the oil change took 15 minutes, but that the least of my problems with this dump. While I waited inside the guy came in and told me my left rear taillight, the only one I couldn't see from my seat inside, was out and that he would fix it for $15. I asked him if I could go check it with him because I had personally inspected my own car the day before and I didn't remember it being out. When we got out there, the light WAS NOT out and he began to apologize saying he promises it was out just a second ago, and sorry, blah blah blah. Needless to say I will not be going back to this place where they rip-off hard working people.

Fast, efficient, courteous, professional, & economically priced. The mechanics even noticed and remarked of a needed replacement of a serpentine belt in the near future.We would highly recommend this establishment !!

I am HIGHLY DISGUSTED with this place. They lied about their prices over the phone. I came in got my oil changed and filter change and they told me $50 over the phone and said I could use a $10 off coupon got to the desk to pay and I was being charged 78 dollars!!! On top of that they LIED and said I had 3 lights out on my car a park light and 2 front lights, and told me it was 9.99 for each light! I got home and checked!! and NONE of my lights were out. Glad I didn t fall for that BS!!! I will never come back here ever again. Then they told me my break pads were very worn out but I don t have no problem with my break pads nor do they make any noise! They are liars and SCAMMERS & take advantage of women who don t know much about cars!!!!!! DONT GO HERE. RUN! I wish I could put zero stars!!!

I took my car their because I had an oil leak from where I let Firestone do an oil change. Brandon at Pennzoil told me exactly what was wrong and fixed the problem. Was told wrong information by manager and tech, then they wanted $89.00 to do a radiator flush, when all they had to do is not fill up there gauge with water and lie. I eneded up going to place that did my water pump and they checked the coolant and was clean and read good for -40 but pennzoil said I had 100% water in the reservoir. Not good practice guys or hire people who know what they are talking about.

They are straight crooks. Tried to charge me 800 dollars for parts and labor on a water pump. Pump costs 39.95 with life time warranty and Maschaccios put it in for 100 bucks.

Oil change in a hurry like the name implies. I change my Toyota 4Runner oil every 5000 miles. Pennzoil wants to do it every 3000, but 5000 is fine. I've used this location for years, with good sucess.

Always in and out in 10 to 15 min. No high pressure sales like others. Fluid topped off, tires checked, carpet vacuumed, etc. Discount if you work downtown too!

Mal-business practices. They charged me hundreds of dollars for a power steering pump and told me I have a life time warrenty on the product at any location. I specifically told them I am leaving the state and they said not a problem. A month and a half later the power steering pump failed. Came back to a penzoil and they said it's not covered. Now I have to pay hundreds of dollars AGAIN for the same part. This is extremely unethical and unmoral and I will never return to a penzoil ever again.

I always take my car there super quick they even vacuum the seat and put air in the tires. Super clean.

In 10 minutes we will change your oil then check your tires, vacuum interior, clean window, top off all fluids under the hood, check your belts, hoses, antifreeze, windshield wipers, filters, brakes, wires, different rentals, grease points, and check for any leaks. Any kind of work you need we can do it.

These guys checked tirea added water washed my windows and even turned on the vaccum in less then ten minutes. All i payed for was an oil change and got a hell of a deal. Thanks pennzoil
