Do not waste your money here! We re having to go back for the third time to exchange a rim because they won t give us a refund and every rim we keep getting so far is messed up or bent. The rim now is making our car wobble and when we took it to a tire shop, he said it s bent. At this rate we can just order a new rim but they keep telling us all they do is exchanges.. y all clearly don t got the part we need in the first place so why should we keep coming back for exchanges just for y all to give us another broken part. We don t want store credit because we wont be coming back again until we get a right rim now because that s $50 wasted DO NOT COME HERE!!

Arrived about 30 min before closing and was granted entry without the fee. I wasnt able to get the primary part I was seeking although the part was available I just couldnt pull it within the time. I did pull two other items tho. So they accept all major credit cards except Amex. The person quoted me a fair price. I had enough cash to purchase only one of the items. She suggested ATM. I was already late for work. She said its ok I can take both and come back the next day. Now thats what I call great customer service. Not my first experience doing business with her but shes definitely making the business stand out from the othe competitors in town.

I wish I knew her name. She s the sweetest and funny. She went over and beyond to find what I needed. Even though it wasn t found, she didn t give up trying. Awesome customer service.

I got a great deal on center caps for my Navigator. (4 for $20) I did not need all 4 but I bought them anyway because I will never get them at that price again. The people that work there are all very nice and very willing to help their customers. You can find spare parts for your vehicle there at very good prices, you just have to walk around the place and look. Wear comfortable shoes and clothes you do not mind getting dirty because you will get very dirty.

They are so unprofessional very bad business. After paying for a transmission I went to pick it up days later and they stated it was a bad one so they need to get another one. so they asked me to come back in two days. Went back to get the transmission got it to the mechanic shop it was the wrong transmission and when I made them aware of it they asked to see my old one in order to match it up smh. I requested to get my money back because they kept asking me to call back and saying the manager was out sick with COVID weeks went by still nothing, last conversation after talking them I was told they don t do refunds only a yard credit, why would I get a yard credit bad business I don t want anything else from them. Bad parts, bad business, unprofessional, and a Rip off. I m taking them to court. They deserve NO stars but I had to click something in order to write this review.

WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND TELL YOU THEY HAVE A PART BUT CANT FIND IT. ONLY WAY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK IS THREATENING TO SUE. this is horrible business practice and I saw it happen to 10+ people the THREE days I waited for a part they said they could find in 30 minutes. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!

Horrible costumer service had paperwork signed on a confirmed price on motor 2 payments into it they went up 800$ on price then charge outrageous restocking fee after I just decided to go somewhere else to buy motor.:I don t not recommend them to anyone

Horrible. Was quote one price for a transmission and drove 2 hours to pick it up. Upon arriving at the facility to pay for it the cost jumped from 150 to 450. The person I spoke with will not even get on the phone and talk to me. This is just bad business. Make sure you get it in writing before you go.

The older lady needs to be taught some customer service and better English. Definitely customer service. She over priced everything. I would tell everyone to just stay away from this place. If you don t believe me. Go see for yourself and get treated like sh:/.

Wow had what I need to fix my car over hundreds of cars and trucks and I was ONLY there minutes but great costermer service I didn't spell that right I'm cold lol but yeah second time going great place..to get parts and it seems high cost but new 200 but used 85 or 90 I truly agree with it that's parts R y'all we are just US ..

We called to get a price on sunroof glass only and were quoted $75 ($50 more than pull a part). When we got there we were told by someone else that it was $150 because they don't sell glass only. This is not the first issue I've had with this place but it is certainly the last. I will not return. Like someone else said- if you don't believe me go experience it for yourself.

We have gone there a few times and have always got a fair deal, just don't be in a hurry to leave... The guys that locate the parts you are looking for do a thorough job at finding the right & best part you are looking for & you get a great price to boot.

When I first got there I was looking for a certain item. Ask the customer service to find it . I ask tfor them to look on their computer to find it said they had it. Was there an hour and a half later they couldn't find it left without it. I also waited for customer service for 30 minutes when you told me you'd be right there and never came back...

This place is horrible. I had my car towed there to have my engine replaced cause I have a blown head gasket.. Every time you call the lady get an attitude like she is the paying customer and you are not. The guy told so many different stories. They had my vehicle 2 weeks and never even replaced the engine just replaced a spark plug and they said they didn't know I had a blown head gasket. They did nothing they were supposed to do and lied constantly to us. This was a bad experience and I would tell anyone please don't go there. I'm reporting them to the BBB.

Great place to find parts for your vehicle or repair project. Prices aren t bad I just wish they had better parking but it is a salvage yard so what do you expect

Horrible customer service, nobody knows any info about customer issues even if you called 1 day prior.... Dissemination is horrible as well when it concerns customer even when I went there months ago physically it was chaotic no professionalism. I hate my time wasted and that is all this SHOP is.

That ps owner thinks his junk cars are gold. I stepped on a busted hood just so I can see the cars in the lot. He wants to get pissey and start yelling at me. You need pay for hood, btchi it's F'ed up anyway. I'm band now, but that's okay. FFCKU PARTS R US

Well I'll put it this way I will not go back to that place they want you to pay upfront like today I try to get a radiator he wanted me to pay upfront before they matched it up with my old one he wanted me to pay for it before they even took it out of the vehicle at the junkyard to match it up with mine I was not about to do that I'm sorry I'm not losing $81 for something that might not have matched up to mine I was not about to do that and then there's no refund it's a final payment plus no warranty not happening

Decent parts at a decent price. They don't do refunds though. If you get a bad part they'll find you a good one

Have worked for this company for years and now i am going back we have a great selection of parts,motors,and transmissions....and whatever we do not have we will find what you need and at a fair price ....great customer service and prices
