Both the manager and assistant manager helped me with advice and the proper parts to quickly get my vehicle back on the road. They certainly both went above and beyond to help me and really cared about my issue. I would certainly recommend this store if those are the type of leaders they hire!

My key remote stopped working and I couldn t get it open to change the battery. A very nice man named Jon used a tiny fancy screwdriver kit to open it and put a new battery in for me. Thank you for the fast, helpful customer service!!

The salesperson was extremely helpful. They showed me to a few different options for a battery tender and the one I needed was on sale. I also bought some windshield wipers and they installed them for me. I cannot express how friendly and welcoming the staff was. I will definitely use this location again.

I stopped in late in the day and Andrew was very helpful. He first helped me through the store to locate what i needed, sold me on a wonderful fluid bottle adapter that was just perfect. A tool I ve dreamed of for years but didn t know existed. I had various tools with me but need a different size drive ratchet. He offers me a loaner without any fuss and i was able to just fix my truck vs playing games. Handled a return for me as i over bought bc it was close to close. Absolutely too notch customer service and knowledge. Add in the friendliness and it made for a wonderful and efficient visit.Thanks again Andrew. Sorry for the delay in reviewing, this was on June 18th.

Stopped in here to purchase an automotive part and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. We were kindly greeted once entering the store. Wow it felt great entering with a blast of cool air conditioning being that it was 100 degrees out this day. Very clean organized store.

Karlos was great. He helped me select the right windshield wipers for my company vehicle, and he talked me through all my options. He even installed them in the rain. Thank you Karlos!

I would like to thank the entire staff of the Oreilly Auto Parts store at this location for making my shopping experience a most enjoyable and memorable one . I am a military veteran and I was treated poorly at a Autozone across the street. Thank God for this Oreilly Store that was across the street and the staff with awesome customer service .

Lazy Workers. I called at 7:50pm and stated I needed a battery for my wife s SUV. The associate stated that if I made it before they closed and not at 8:55 that he d help me swap it out. I was able to get a jump and I made it to the store at 8:27pm. I arrived and met with The assistant manager, but he told me that he d sell me the battery, but wouldn t swap it out because it s 30 minutes before closing (mind you there were no customers inside.) He stated that he wasn t the one that I talked to on the phone and wasn t willing to help other than just selling me the battery. At this point he was useless so I drove across the street to Autozone where the parking lot was full. Waited my turn, bought the battery and was willing to buy the wrench I needed but they stated there was no need. Autozone swapped out the battery in literally 3 minutes. O Reilly auto parts needs to step their game up. The manager wasn t rude, but was extremely useless.

I go to the one on Veteran's Pkwy. The staff is very helpful! I had to return a part that didn't work on my car and the return transaction was very smooth. That week, I had been in the store so often that the manager remembered me and the problems that I was having with my car. I appreciate someone with that type of memory!

Customer service does NOT exist here! These workers are super rude and very lazy. They made my father change the battery all by himself, but claim they are supposed to help put it in. They would not even allow my father to borrow tools. They made him buy the tools! If they were not going to help put it in, they should have at least let him borrow the tools. We do a ton of business with them ($10,000 - $15,000 a month) and they were unwilling to even lift a finger. DO NOT come to this O Reilly s unless you are willing to do everything yourself. All these people do is lie and false advertise. I suggest you spend your money elsewhere.

Yes it's a general parts store that sells what everyone else sells, but it's their employees that make the difference. Sometimes I need help, sometimes I'm good on my own. And every time I go for something, they make sure you're good right when you walk in. I appreciate that level of customer service. More retail shops should emulate their level of service. Thanks O'Reilly crew!

I ended up spending $26 when I had only planned on looking around. But after coming in and speaking with Jon, I took his advice in 3 different areas.It's wonderful being able, especially nowadays with this current employee market, to walk into a place of business and find someone so personable, patient, and willing to offer knowledgeable help.I hope o'reillys and this store's manager know what they have in a man like Jon.

I had a problem with my truck bed cover today. I went into O'Reilly Auto parts, just to ask if anyone could help me or advise me where to go. Niko came to the rescue. He was the most respectful and professional person I've met in a long time. He solved the problem and was knowledgeable and extremely kind. I am a widow and truly appreciated how nice Niko was. Niko will be the person I go to whenever I need assistance.

They seem concerned with my needs, answered all my questions and made suggestions on how to fix my cars issue. Salesperson was a little pushy but that's expected, good service over all. I will go back.

The First Call service provider at your North Veterans Parkway is absolutely the best there is. Jack always goes the Extra mile. I could not complete my jobs on time without the top shelf service I recieve from the entire team. The store manager always most helpful also. Great place to get your automotive and truck parts.

I needed a fuel pump with specific dimensions for a "project" we'll call it. They were the only one in town that didn't have to order it. They didn't have the fuel pump strainer at the same store that had the pump though, so I did have to drive a few minutes extra to another one of their stores to get that. I was still able to get it done, but I find it somewhat odd that they had one of two required parts to do the job. They were courteous and did a good job trying to ensure I was taken care of.

Great service! My battery went dead a few months ago and I had my car towed to Firestone and the manager called Oreily to see if I had warranty on my battery and they were honest and said yes! I got a brand new battery and I will continue to business with Oreilly

Came in to get a new car battery. The checked my old one and it was defective. So I proceed to buy a new one and they installed it for free.Great service and prices

Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Though I got my battery, starter, & alternator tested after my car was having trouble starting for a few days. She told me that my alternator was going out or it was the connections. My starter went out 2 days later, nothing wrong with the alternator. Thanks for misleading information. I suggest an actual mechanic to test your car, most do it for free

This is my local go to place for auto parts. The people are helpful and fairly knowledgeable, unlike some other places who call themselves advanced. They almost always have what I need or can get it quickly.
