What else can you say about an automotive parts place. When you get there you just have to wait your turn. The service people were very polite and new how to get you what you were asking for very quickly and to assist you if they can with other things. This is a good place to go get your Auto Parts.

Walked in and grabbed a few things I needed, took them to the counter. Asked where the restroom was and was told they don't allow anyone to use their restrooms. Walked out, went down to Advance, used the restroom and the few things I needed were also about half the price they were at O'Reilly's. Clearly the service and prices are better elsewhere. Done with O'Reilly's.

Bought an $80 automotive refrigerant an took it to my mechanic an he told me not to put it in without service system by vacuuming out the system. So I brought it back for a refund they told me I can't return it, it "looked" like it's been used u can tell it's still a full can has not been used. Very unhappy continuous customer....

One star review because there is no option for zeroBought a part with a lifetime warranty for a customer Installed the part and the part was bad Went to go back to get it replaced because of the warranty they refused to exchange it i will not deal with juan with his rude attitude and didn't want to listen

Great Customer Svc from Terrie & Ethan. They took great care of me. I needed Oil for my Mini Cooper. I drive to visit my daughter about a 7hr ride. They made sure I was well taken care of. Much appreciated.

Very poor service from the Puerto Rican guy who gets the wrong parts after more than 2 days of being waiting it The manager doesn't help in solutions, that's my experience about them

Your company is doing a really good job at freely giving your competition your business. I dont care what your company thinks of this covid policy, get back to the real world. Covid was so last year! You need to come back into the real world. That's where your customers are. If you have hand written signs on the door saying no check engine scans and no public restroom, you are giving your competition yours business. Over and over again! You need to take all of the company signs off the front of the store saying free electrical testing. Free check engine testing. If you want to say that your machine is broken. Then I know that your machine has been purposely broken for a year now. If you dont get with the current times you are going to go out of business. It's a good thing you have a big company behind you that helps keep the lights on because you are doing no one any favors.

They're so helpful and seem very well knowledgeable of what they are doing. One employee even changed my wipers in the pouring rain. I'm so thankful for that.

Just witnessed the negligence of the store manager texting and driving on victory drive! Which by the way is illegal in the state of Georgia. Wasnt even a quarter mile from the store, I am sure it wasn't that important to risk distracting yourself Jason. He was in truck 6319. Despicable.

Great service always has the right part and the tools I need. I never have to take a part back Store because they have very knowledgeable people to get you the right part.
