Excellent experience !! Highly recommend. Service was awesome. They kept us up to date daily of the cars progress to include pictures. Only issue was at the very end and the inside was not as clean as we would have preferred but the $11,000 of damage that was repaired was amazing !! Great work !!

From the estimate to dropping my car off and picking it up, I was met with professionalism, respect, and friendliness.This is not the first time I have used North Columbus Collision Center, each time I am and have been pleased with their work. ABSOLUTE BEST AUTO REPAIR BODY SHOP IN TOWN HANDS DOWN! I have been a loyal customer of North Columbus Collison Center for over 30 yesrs and have never been disappointed. The owner and staff are always helpful, professional, and knowledgeable, have excellent customer service, and the quality of their auto repairs is superior to anyone else in town! I highly recommend using NCCC for all your auto repair needs!

Highly recommend North Columbus Collision Center!! I wrecked my vehicle and they were very kind and welcoming and made fixing my vehicle a nice experience!! All the staff are so kind and professional!! Not only did they fix the outside, they cleaned the inside too and it really does look like I drove it off the car lot! Thank you Billy for all of your help and thank you for being so kind!! HIGHLY recommend!!

They overcharge to the maximum. Ive worked auto collision in the past and platinum certified in body work and painting . my vehicle has scratches on the rear quarter panel. Which is a simple sand down and 4 layer paint job. they put 32 hours of labor which is 8 hours shy of a full work week, worth $3,000s of damage which shouldn t surpass the $1200 mark. Highly recommend not taking your vehicle there and go somewhere else. There are plenty of places that have same quality of work for a quarter of the price. This insulation wants to take money from people that dont know much about the costs of repairs and the labor. They work for insurance companies. If you go to them to pay cash for a repair they will charge you a higher hourly rate thats excessive, then if you were to go through insurance. Dont fall for their lifetime warranty scams take your vehicle elsewhere.

North Columbus Collision was amazing and very professional. They have fantastic customer service! My Subaru Impreza looks so good! They took pictures of my car and sent them to me to let me know what phase they were on. I appreciate how they have a 100 percent warranty for the rest of the cars life. I would definitely return in the future if we are in need of work. Thank you so much!

Very friendly staff, great work on repairing my car. I received updates on the progress of my car the entire way and car was ready a day early. I definitely recommend them. I love the warranty as well.

I took my Nissan in for repair after I was hit on the expressway. Everyone was very professional and the repair work was done in a timely matter. They communicated with me every step of the way and kept me informed as to when my car would be ready for pickup. I have never had such a wonderful experience with an auto repair shop. This business takes customer service seriously and they take pride in the repair. The first friendly face you see at North Columbus Collision Center is Pam. She is kind, patient, and pays attention to the details of your paperwork to ensure you are fully covered and taken care of. The repair team provides updates almost daily with photos and notes on the status of your vehicle. They communicated well with my insurance and gave me back a truck that looked brand new on the exterior AND the interior. I knew the team took extra care with parts selection and with my time. I recommend this shop to anyone needing a repair!

I would recommend that if you have to use a spare tire to put it back where you got it from. I am allergic to black rubber and would appreciated not putting my spare tire in my back seat. Other than that major oversight my car looks great.

Had damage to my driver s side rear bumper and right side and they repaired it to look brand new. They kept me updated during the entire process with text messages w/photos. The entire staff is awesome. Kind, courteous and efficient. I highly recommend this company.

NCCC did an amazing job. I was stressed that my car was totaled and when I took it in they instantly relieved my anxiety with just a visual diagnosis. After taking my car in with rear end damage they sent progress pictures to me and communicated with me very often on what steps they were taking next. 10/10 would recommend to anyone! Incredible customer service! Always friendly and polite when you call! We worked with Billy on repairing my mom's car. It is a 2005 with less than 40,000 miles and still smells new inside! The car was close to being totaled because of it's book value. Mom couldn't afford a new car or need the frustration of all the new gadgets in a newer car. Billy worked with us and was able to repair her car. The car looks like new! Great work! Thank you! God bless!
