SUPER DUPER. Recommended by our insurance agent. Jarrod was so awesome in helping us understand the process and timeline. He also gave us some options to help save some money. And the finished work product was more than we ever dreamed. I asked him how much Bondo he had to use, and he shocked me when he said NONE. These guys are miracle workers. Only possible complaint would be having to wait to get your vehicle in because these folks just draw so much business.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They had my 66 Ford Thunderbird for over a year with repeated assurances it was the next to be done. I bought a set of new rubber window,door and trunk seals at their direction. My car, which was supposed to be stored inside at night was broken into and damaged. So not only did they repeatedly lie about working on my car, it got damaged by the burglar. Then they sent it to an underqualified mechanic in the middle of nowhere to fix it...disaster. I would warn folks before they used this place. I had to have it towed elsewhere . RUN FROM NORMANS!!!THIS IS MY RESPONSE TO JARROD AT NORMANS...HIS RESPONSE IS AN ABSOLUTE LIE.I WAS NEVER TOLD THAT OTHER WORK WOULD TAKE PRECEDENCE. I WAS TOLD REPEATEDLY THAT MY CAR WAS NEXT. HE HAD MY CAR TAKEN TO A MECHANIC AFTER THE BREAK-IN. THAT GUY WAS UNQUALIFIED TO DO THE WORK SUCH AS REPLACE THE DRIVERS SIDE WINDOW THAT THE BURGLAR SHATTERED... the mechanic himself told me. Jarrod was completely unreliable and dishonest. Why would I buy a complete set of new window seals, trunk seal, etc. if not at his instruction because "we are going to get right on it"? His response leads you to believe they were working on it but just at a slow pace...LIE...they did nothing to it until it was vandalized. Then he had it towed to the unqualified mechanic.... PATHETIC.

Jarrod does an excellent job on all of my cars. Anything from headlight restoration to complete paint job. It always looks great and the prices are the best in town. They can work with all insurance adjusters and get your car fixed up right the first time. Highly recommend Norman's Automotive to anyone!

We took our car to Normans after I had a boo boo and they did an amazing job. We had a bit of a misunderstanding about the price and Jarrod went out of his way to make it right.. even taking off his own labor cost to make us happy. Just goes to show they stand behind their work. My husband and I are very Happy. We will continue you to come back to Jarrod and his crew .

Jarrod Jordan at Normans has done a fantastic job on every vehicle that I have taken to him. Not only does he fix wrecked vehicles, he also does tires, suspension lifts and brush guards. His customer service is second to none. Highly recommend Jarrod and his team at Normans.

We had our truck repaired from a rear end hit. I would recommend them to everyone, great customer service, friendly, will explain in detail what is going on, will fight for you with the insurance companies. We got our truck back like it was new.. Thank you again for your Amazing service.

The best thing about the service is the guys listen and ensure that the work I asked for is the work I got and end in each I was pleased, it took my new suburban there after a large deer took out the driver door and hood , got my truck back like new. If you are looking for auto body repair, look no further! My truck looked pretty bad after hitting a deer. After recommendations by friends we took it there. Because of my work schedule my wife had to handle most of the details on getting it repaired. Jarrod worked with her and kept us updated. He wss very mice and professional. The craftsmanship is second to none! My truck looks better now than it did when I bought it! I hope I don't ever need their services again but if I do, i will go there without hesitation!!!

My Mother took her Honda there for repairs. They were straight forward and did an awesome job. She said she will definitely go back and I know where to take my vehicle now. Highly recommend!

I took my 69 Camaro to Norman's when it had electrical issues and they were the only ones that could figure it out! I even saw the diagram they drew that showed all the effort they put in to fixing my problem. I also took my daily driver in to Jarrod at Norman's when I got a nail in my tire and not only did he fix that but also got some scratches out of my hood too. Service was fast and the crew made it easy!

I hit a tire on the interstate in my brand new Toyota Camry. I thought the grill and hood would never be the same. Jarrod took care of me and my car and, after their repairs, my car looks like new again. I would recommend Norman's Automotive to anyone!

My go-to place for anything after market for my 2014 F-150. I've bought rims, tires, a leveling kit, rear flood lights in the bumper, bull bar, and had interior lights installed under the seats. Great prices, quality work.

Good, honest, and friendly staff who do great work! They also can get you a multitude of auto accessories at great prices! Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing body/collision repairs done or looking for auto accessories.

I had a limb fall on my car busting my windshield, August 5th during a storm. I called around and got quotes. Felt hopeless. I was given suggestions by friends. Nothing. I pray daily but it was not until I asked God to give me the right person to fix our windshield at the price that was best. That's when I Google searched and found Norman's. Thank you Lord for Jarrod and the guys. Bless them and their families!

Professional and punctual, there's nowhere better in the surrounding area to get any bodywork/paint done. Very friendly and will work with you on a good price that fits your budget within reason. 10 out of 10 would reccomend!

Jarrod Jordan, with Norman's Automotive painted my 2003 Kawasaki Z1000 for me recently. I am extremely pleased with the finish product. He used Dupont products on my bike. The quality of the material used, as well as the quality of work that he does are both evident on my bike and also other vehicles that I've seen come away from his shop. Jarrod is a professional and his prices are competitive with others who can produce a paint job of this caliber.

This is a small shop but with that comes individual attention and quality service.I received a quote from the dealer for just under $1000 and Jared fixed it for $200ish.Highly recommended!
