They did a thorough job replacing all shocks and my upper control arm. They also found an issue with my pinion seal leaking. Very honest staff. I definitely will be back for future repairs.

Always extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I ve used them twice so far since my old go-to shop changed owners - and Neal Brothers has a loyal customer for life now. Both times I ve left feeling like I was dealing with top-notch good people who you can trust.

5 STARS!! I would give them 10 stars if it was a option! Zack zollars and his team are truly amazing! They really made me feel at home and helped me find the best tires for the right price for my budget. They also help me install some lowering springs I purchased online and installed them on my vehicle, he made sure they were dialed in perfectly, they truly went above and beyond to make sure, I was fully satisfied before I left there shop. I would highly recommend this business for any of your automotive needs! Thanks Zach for your exceptional customer service and your extensive knowledge on lowered vehicles and performance to help me make my car the best it could be. I am extremely happy with the outcome, my car looks amazing.

Don't go anywhere else! When they say they are like a big family, they are being sincere, and they treat their customers like family as well. From Tabitha, Alex, Mr. Bob and all the rest of the crew, they are amazing! They have gone out of their way to provide the best customer service to both my husband and myself countless times. The service, value, and prices here are simply the best! Neals Brothers is my absolute favorite!

It was so refreshing to deal with the Neal Brother s Automotive Shop. They were very professional & accommodating to understand the issue I was having with my vehicle. After researching the issue of my car they probably ordered the necessary parts to start making the repair as soon as possible. I was glad to deal with The Neal Brothers Automotive Shop and will be using them on a regular when necessary. Thank you for excellent service.

Everyone was extremely friendly, they conducted a thorough investigation of my issue with my car and they got back to me with a diagnosis and serviced my car very quickly. Quick and friendly service when I needed most. Dealing with a nail in your tire when you travel so much is a hassle. Neal Brothers handled a last minute call with professional courtesy and quickness. A job well done and a job very much appreciated.

I was in Columbus GA, visiting family and my car started making these unusual noises, I was driving down second avenue and happened to see Neal Brothers Automotive, I was worried to drive any further because I didn't know if it was safe, so I decided to pull in and see if they could help! I parked and walked in and I was greeted like I was family, which goes along way in my books, I let them know the issue I was having with my car. The GM was in the store and he said let me go pull it around and put it on the lift, I was amazed because he took it into his own hands, he works hard like his crew! What? Very rare to see that these days, his guy's were busy working on other customers cars, so he pulled it around and instead of getting one of his guys to be free to check it out, he personally took care of my issues immediately, I had a lot of lose bolts and parts that need to be tightened because they came loose over the years, He was amazing and he even found out I had a slight bend on my rim. He personally took ownership of his business and wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty, he drove it around and came back, jacked it up again until he was satisfied. What an amazing guy and an amazing team he has! Thanks Zack Zollars you are the man, and you do an excellent job. Thanks for keeping me safe so I could get home to my family.

Amazing , if I could give them 10 stars I would ! Trust worthy and great pricing ! All I can say is that they will not let you leave until the job is done and corrected ! You guys are all amazing and thank you giving me such a peace of mind with my 2012 Nissan maxima!

My vehicle has been out of commission since the end of December. Waited nearly a month for them to call about a GM part they needed for the vehicle Never happened. I called them because I can t attend my Cancer treatment in Lagrange without a car and they said they hadn t been keeping up with the part it actually came already??!!! Mind you these folks did a diagnostic test and told me what was needed before any repairs then they call me back after having the vehicle for weeks to say they can not complete the needed repairs they filed a claim to repair and told me to take it to their sister company JP Auto and they d kept the claim open and transferred the necessary paperwork so they know that the Cam and VV timing needed replacement. Now after bout two weeks at JP I call them and they tell me that they are nearly finished said it needed a blower also and I could come get it soon. I did unfortunately the VV timing wasn t even worked on and the engine light is on and the car makes a noise now it didn t previously. I ve not had Cancer treatment in over a month and still have no car to get there

Stopped in the shop 15 minutes before closing to get some work done on my vehicle. I was met with smiles and a willingness to help. My vehicle was fixed and returned to me quickly. I will be taking my vehicle here for anything I need done in the future. Awesome people!!!

I Appreciated That They Worked With Me And Gave Me A Time To Come Back From When I Had Came (I Did A Walk In I Didn't Have A Scheduled Appointment) So That They Could Still Help Me When They Was Available To. They Helped Me And Got What I Needed Taken Care Of With My Car The Same Day That I Came To Them And Asked Them What Services Do They Provide. The Employees Were Nice And Kind. The Employee That Worked On My Car Did A Great Job On My Car And I Have No Complaints.

Let me say that I am pleased with my experience at Neal Brothers. Zach and Tabitha were upfront and answered all questions that I had pertaining to a newly installed engine in my vehicle. I will certainly be revisiting in the future.

Went to Neal Brothers to get a second opinion. I was told I needed brakes on front and the back and was presented with an astronomical estimate. I took my vehicle to Neil Brothers as I doubted what the man at the other establishment quoted me . They were able to put my car up on the rack and take a look at it that day. I was informed that I did not need any back brakes and some of the charges that were on the other estimate included upgrades which I had not agreed to. I was able to take my car back to Neil Brothers within a day or two for new brakes. That day they had my car ready in about 3 hours. I was extremely pleased with their work and the price that I was quoted. I would recommend.

Tabitha really helped me out a ton in navigating my extended warranty so that I could get the fix on my daughter s Hyundai Kona resolved asap. Grateful for her professionalism and awesome customer service. The whole team there at Nealbros is top notch!!

Staff were friendly and caring both on phone and in person. All seemed to enjoy there jobs. Which enhance the experience. I was leaving for a long road trip. I needed oil change and tires rotated and asked for filters to be checked snd a general inspection.. I was advised of various things through the process- brake pads needed now and tires may need replacement at next oil change, etc. highly recommend.

I was driving down Second Avenue and I picked up a nail and I was right there in front of Neil's Brothers shop very convenient I pulled in explaining to them what had happened they immediately took my car back to the back changed out my tire and I was on my way very nice and friendly staff

Tabitha is an exceptional representative of Neal Brothers, she goes above and beyond to keep her clients informed as to what is going on with their vehicle from the time you drop it off until you pick it up. Neal Brothers mechanics are also pretty great, they get the job done quick and get it done right. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else to get serviced. Thank you all for such an outstanding job!!

Neal Brothers is a fair, trustworthy, and competent place for car repair. Tabetha at the front desk is amazing. They have a really neat system of text messaging and letting you see what the potential work is and you can also see the price. Then, the communication on top of all that with a personal touch is there. I have done business there for years and I will continue to do so because of the great service and excellent repair work.

Brought my truck in they diagnosed it (correctly) and got the problem fixed immediately had me back on the road same day! Brought it back the following week for some tires and alignment and they let me know about another issue that may effect the way my tires would wear and truck handling so they got it fixed the same day.These guys communicate well and handle things in a professional manner. I'll be letting them handle my maintenance going forward and would recommend them!

Tabitha at Neal Brothers is a life saver! I went in thinking I needed a tire rotation and balance because that s what my dealership told me she walked me through how to check my tires, brakes, and everything else on my own. We decided I didn t need a tire rotation like the dealership suggested. Later I had a screw in my tire and knew immediately where to go for great service. Thank you Tabitha!

Great service, even Better people! My partner and I were running a heavy load to Columbus from Atlanta and had a blowout at 3am. Unfamiliar with the commercial services in the area, we looked up Neal Brothers on Google and slept in the truck until they opened! Mr. Richard took great care of us with the new replacement tires quick fast and Mr. Bob provided some much needed information on additional replacements. The price was very fair. We paid significantly less than we expected simply because these days you never know what you re going to walk into when you re in desperate situations! I Highly recommend doing business with Neal Brothers Tire!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Great Customer Service! Loved Tabitha!! She kept me updated/informed throughout the entire process. I took my car in for a noise and they ran a full inspection which wow d me I was able to physically see everything that was wrong with my vehicle and everything that was in great condition. They fixed every issue that needed to be fixed( more than what i initially came in for thank god for the inspection because i would have never known why my brake fluid kept getting low) and now my car is running perfect no more loud noises no more leaking fluid. If you are in columbus area or surrounding or just passing by and having issues with your vehicle visit this establishment you will not be disappointed.
