Great place to take your car to the mechanic and find out what s wrong and get it fixed with a GOOD and CLEAR explanation of what they re doing, what s going wrong and why that might be. They ve been so good to me, especially with the little car knowledge I have. I feel like I can trust them to take care of my car, because they do!

Mr. Mosley and his crew were very professional and fixed my vehicle in a timely manner, keeping me updated on the costs and new arising problems each time. I've taken my 2000 wrangler to this business 2 times last year for huge repairs and it runs amazing and has been since. William is my go to guy at Moseley Auto Repair. When I need my auto or truck repaired I will go to his shop without hesitation. They employ good mechanics and their prices are reasonable. Highly recommend Moseley Auto Repair for all your Auto repair needs.

I recently had my drive shaft repaired at Mosley. William was very friendly and professional. Their diagnostic pricing was reasonable and so was my drive shaft repair. Unfortunately I can not recommend Moseley Auto Repair. They held on to our van for multiple days for a very simple issue. Every time I called I was assured that it was in the shop and technician was looking at it, but when I finally drove up there to talk with them because I could not get an answer, our van had never been moved.William did apologize for the inconvenience and sought to make it right, however, I will not be taking our cars here again or be recommending to any of our friends.

The ONLY people I trust with my vehicles!! Been using Moseley Auto Repair for YEARS and never had ANYTHING but FABULOUS experiences! I can take my truck in and know that they will fix WHATEVER the problem is at a fair price without creating other issues like other shops have done to me in the past! I have referred MANY family and friends to the Moseley s and will CONTINUE to do so in the future! Each and every one of us leave satisfied customers!!

My car has been down for 3 1/2 days. My car has been at this shop since Wednesday. Every time I called up there to just get an update on my car, they was giving me the running around saying that they were busy and they would get to it when they. Understandable because every car shop is busy. Then on Thursday around 230ish. I call and talk to Mrs Michelle. She thought I was fussing at her but I was trying to get an update on my car yet again, at first she said that they having gotten to my car. But when I was trying to get an estimate time she then said that they are working on my car but they haven t found any problems so they was doing and electrical test on it. Asked her how long that was going to take she was getting upset with me and saying I need to stop calling in and she hung up. Then I call back and talked to Mr. Mosley and he said that we are working on it as we speak. Called back around 5 because they was about to close to see if they had a solution Mr. Keith said that they stop working on my car to start working on another car which was unacceptable. He was laughing and what not because I was trying to figure out why they stop working on my car. They said because he was here first but then he came back because it was a issue and they was short staff and need a extra hand. Told them that they were unprofessional and they would be hearing from higher authorities Mr. Mosley got mad and said I had to come get my car. Came and got the car today and took it to Todd s auto repair ( which was awesome) and they figure out the problem within 2 hours. That s a shame!!!! Never again going back

This place is awesome!! Ive never had such a great car experience! Super nice and friendly shop! I recently moved to Columbus and didn t know where I should take my car so I looked up reviews and this one looked the best and it sure was! I highly recommend you use them for your car needs! Fast, friendly, and direct! If I need anything else for my little car you better believe I ll bring it back!

To Narrow it down, worst customer service ever experienced, lack of communication to inform on your vehicle, when called, never pick up the phone.The car ended up having other mechanical issues after they took a look at it, and the attitude & demeanor in which they speak to you(unless you match your skin tone), is like they doing you a favor, by the way prices totally over the roof.

A bunch of conservatives they gave me the wrong diagnoses for my car on purpose and ,tried to charge 1800 for a 200 dollar.Part that I didn't need waisted time and money. ...I recommend you not yo go there

Took our diesel truck there. They said they ran a test on it and said nothing was wrong with it. We planned a trip to Florida. Went 50 miles down the road and the truck lost all power and stalled out on us.We took it to a different mechanic and he said Mosley must not have known what they were doing.

This mechanic shop has no clue how to diagnose nor how to follow a list of repairs. Let's not forget if your car is being serviced there for a car dealership they do the absolute bare MINIMUM!
