Great experience I called kind of last minute around 4 pm because I just bought some new tires and needed them mounted and put on with an alignment!Couldn t be happier with the treatment and level of care the staff, Tae and Kim took seriously and in a timely manner!!Pleased and would definitely do service again!!

I've taken both my truck and SUV to this location. The tires I purchased for my truck have been excellent, both quiet on the road and great in the mud. Our SUV had a screw in the tire and it was finally leaking air without us knowing. They got us in right away and repaired the tire. Sunday we picked up another screw in a different tire, so fresh that there was no wear on the screw head. Again they got us in right away. Very happy with their friendly service and ability to pick up drive ins for quick service.

Took my car in for brake service. Had spoken with Tae the day prior. He was very helpful & courteous as was the rest of the staff. Had brake pads installed on the front of my car. The service was excellent & didn't take long at all. I would highly recommend this location. I will definitely do business with them again!! Very happy customer!! Thanks!!!

I went there to get my brake light replaced and the staff was amazing very efficient and very knowledgeable of what was going on with my vehicle. I would definitely recommend this location for your car needs. Plus I also had my tires balanced and rotated, and again they didn t disappoint very fast service but also efficient. Thank you guys for a job well done on my vehicle and services

The cost of tire replacement was fair and the work was completed quickly. They did suggest an additional repair I knew about the issue and it was something that needed to be addressed, so they weren't trying to run up the repair costs. I already had plans to make the repair myself, so declined.

Today was not my first time at Mavis, but they have come through for us several times in the past as well. Conveniently located at Bradley Park, I was able to get a quick fix on my tire and still make it to work on time. Tae helped me and communicated with the team about my problem it helped make it a speedy visit! Thank you!

I had a positive customer service experience! When I discovered an air leak in my tire due to running over a razor blade, the staff promptly took care of it. They were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

I arrived at the shop on Whittlesey Blvd to get my belts checked out around 8.15, on 3/12/24. New belts where replaced by mechanic Lamar and he did an outstanding job. All personnel to include the business manager was very professional, and explained everything and total cost. My rating is 5 or more.

RIP-OFF!!!! They wanted over $90 to change a single headlight bulb once. I got an estimate on my brakes at another place ($500 for front and rear) and here ($760 rear only). I mentioned the price difference and they knocked it down to $500 for the rear. I didn t want to leave a bad review at first but you should swindle people out of their money.Response: I m good. I just had a friend replace my brakes for $80.

Went in with a just purchased used car for my daughter to have new brakes put on.They called me back to look after it was up and showed me that it very recently had new pads put in, and there was no reason to replace them.They took it down, and I asked what I owed them, "nothing" was the reply.It's good to find honest business practices these days and something to remember for the future.I can tell you who I will be using when I next need brakes...yep, Mavis.

Called yesterday for a time quote on a wheel alignment, was quoted it takes an hour. I set an appointment, came in today, after waiting for an hour a half I check to see the status and they didn't even pull my car in yet... When I asked about it because its approaching the time I have to get my daughter from school, the lady who quoted me the time frame says "yeah they overbooked us" and looks annoyed with me... Then why didn't someone update me while I'm sitting there waiting for over an hour? I've come here before for work on a car in the past for but you all have lost my business at this location.

While on a 6 day road trip, hit an obstacle in I 185 in Columbus GA. Made a call to Mavis at 7PM. My Santa Fe was on the lift in 30 minutes and out the door soon after. The staff was Excellent and we could not be happier, again thank you!

So frustrated! At Mavis Tires on schongburg Rd....To start off....the guy that checked me in James offered an extra discount for a good review....I don't know him and my car hasn't even been serviced yet...had a 12:00 appointment and they didn't pull it in until after 1:00 and that was after I asked when it would be pulled in. while waiting I hear him on the phone bragging that he was going to beat out the whittlesey location and was already at $10,000 for the week, then names off all the things in the shop that he got approved to work on. Money and reviews is all he wants. He just came in to let me know my car was almost finished and he would be back to go over some things they found....I said no thanks....he laughed and thought I was joking... .I looked at him and said I'm serious. At 2:30 it finally came around and he had another guy check me out. $83.25 for an oil change on a 4 cylinder vehicle! I even told the guy checking me out what I heard... But he obviously didn't care either.

I had a great experience with Tae. I arrived and I was serviced as soon as I arrived. My car was done in a timely manner. Tea was very friendly and professional. I am very please with the work that was done. I will be a returning customer.

Tae and Glen Were an answer to prayer today. I was in and out in 20 minutes with my tire patch and filled back up to pressure and with the best customer service I have received they were so kind and comforting during a scary moment!

My mother had a flat tire and had a very poor experience at Rivertown Toyota across the street from this Mavis location. Mavis was called and they sent a tech to the dealer. They were able to repair a tire the dealer insisted needed to be replaced with a tire the dealer didn t have in stock. Mavis was able to get my mother back on the road in minutes with honest service.

My wife got a flat tire in the parking lot in front of Target. We had my one and six year old in the car which anyone knows that is not the ideal situation to be in. The wonderful employees at mavis loaned me an impact socket to help me quickly remove the tire and immediately start patching the tire once I rolled it over. These mavis employees were fantastic and I could not be happier with this wonderful team understanding our situation and immediately helping us remedy the situation. To give you a better understanding of how quickly they helped us, from the time I walked through the door to borrow an impact socket I removed the tire they patched it and we were back on the road in 45 mins. Thank you so much Mavis!!! The Mavis team off Bradley Park Drive in Columbus are the BEST!!!!!!
