Service was immediate and friendly! The processing from initial contact to handing us the lock and keys for our storage space took mere minutes, and the staff was more than willing to answer all of my questions, even on holiday! Plus they re finishing a new, bigger, climate-controlled facility next month for those in need. Highly recommended to anyone in need of storage space while waiting on housing, or on PCS/deployment orders.

I have secured a storage space from Life Storage. I worked with Dasha, Store Manager Auburn Ave, Columbus, GA. Dasha is extremely professional and very easy to work with. She made suggestions for my move, which put me at ease. The facilities are extremely clean. I recommend Life Storage.

They made this process so simple and easy for me. I was able to make the reservation, pay, and move in in less than an hour. When I got to the storage, they had a door lock there to give me the option to purchase if needed. It definitely came in handy because I misplaced the lock I intended to use. Excellent customer service, clean storage unit, and easy(yet secured) access!

Debbie from the Auburn Ave in Columbus GA store left me completely impressed with her professionalism and customer service, we explored options on bringing relief to our auto payment issue and was generous and kind to work with me to run my card after an initial fail. I highly recommend this business andYou will soon encounter their customer service is second to none for the services you need. Thanks Debbie.

The storage was safe and well lit and definitelysecured..used them for years. Only exceptions they kept goings up on price and the insurance. After I spoke with Manger about the insurance. My storage was insured through my insurance company and she was very nasty about removing it and still didn't remove it afterwards..The manager is real rude and nasty. But that was the only hang up was the manager and price increased continued.

Debbie helped us purchase the storage unit that was best for my husband and me. We got the first month free with the exception of insurance and the lock. The unit was much more economical than the prices we ve experienced before even with us renting a larger space!

The two ladies at the Auburn Ave location are extremely helpful, kind and professional. They were able to take care of all of my needs and even move me into a bigger unit without hesitation. They also reached out immediately to inform me of any changes to my contract to prevent any confusion. I am incredibly pleased with the customer service provided!

I stopped in to inquire about a unit and well, Debbie was looking it up for me I asked about the new build that s going on across the street , Debbie told me it s going to be the new office and more storage units and it should be ready by end of August at the most I told her I would love to be the first one to get a unit in the new build once it s done she was like leave your info and I will get in touch with you once it s done and I told her I will be back when it s finished and I even like how she even keeps up the place especially the flower bed areas.. she does a very wonderful job

Life Storage on Auburn Ave is an excellent facility. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great, as it is centrally located. The facility was clean and easy to access. 5/5 would store items there again.

Amazing staff!! I was a client for 2 years and am finally getting out of their hair. I had no hiccups and everyone was so kind and worked with me through the closing process. Thanks to everyone in the local office.
