The gentleman that was able to help me was extremely kind and helpful and did what he could to make sure I had the best deal for what i was looking for (which is certainly appreciate!!) The location is super clean and they go around actively cleaning any possible messes and the units themselves are clean and look nicely kept up/new. Definitely recommend this location to anyone that needs to use storrage!

I called this facility because I was in need of a unit quickly! I started the process online and ended up having to call the actual location. The Associate was so pleasant, kind and helpful. Then I got to the location to unload and noticed I didn t have my gate code; the associate working happily stepped in, got my code and ensured I got to my unit with ease. What a GREAT, Customer focused facility. I m so happy I choose this location..be sure to use them when in need!

My furniture has been in storage at the Amber Drive location in Columbus, GA, for several years and I have never had any problems. Whenever I checked on my furniture, it was still in the same condition as when it was initially stored. The unit is air-conditioned and not infested with critters. Their is security throughout the grounds. The customer service personnel is very friendly and courteous. I would recommend this establishment.

I was not hqppy with you for several reasons. Your web page did not work. YOU had no one in attendance SO MY DATE HAD TO be changed, but you are charging me for those days anyhow. It took me hours to fill out your form- because it kept saying I haf 4 things to sign. I finally had to agree to take Junk Mail I DID NOT WANT.

We have absolutely loved life storage. We have been with them for a year now best prices we have found for a 10*30 unit. They are very clean definitely on top of their security. We have not had one problem with our stuff being protected the whole time we have had our stuff with them....... Kinda sad we are now leaving cause we are definitely going to miss our favorite employee Stacey she is very friendly laid back yet very professional when it comes to handling her job and business. So if you ever get the joy of storing your personal items at life storage on amber drive in Columbus just know your at the best place with the best people for the job at hand.......

This is the best storage facility that I have used thus far. Stacey is one of the kindest, thoughtful, and most caring individuals I have had the pleasure of knowing. She not only personally helped me out with having my belongings picked up for a military move, but she is so sincere in how she has interacted with me. It has made me feel less like a customer and more like a friend. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone that is currently looking for a place to store their belongings, especially if you have the pleasure of getting to know Stacey. To the corporate executives at Life Storage...please note that Stacey is an exceptional manager and ought to be recognized for her incredible customer service. Stacey; thank you for all that you have helped me with, God bless!

Very friendly and helpful staff (which was particularly welcome and refreshing for my wife and I when dealing with storage companies). Stacey was great and even welcomed us to the city. The location is extremely convenient and the facilities are well maintained and easy to reach/use.

The customer service was excellent. The helpfulness and great overall atmosphere was awesome. I was blessed to meet and be assisted by Miss Stacy Abrams she was very friendly and dedicated she did not stop searching until she found the perfect size storage for my family's things. The storage is cleam and kept very well and I will definitely return.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! Sharon on Amber Drive in Columbus, Ga has the nastiest attitude in the world! I wouldn t recommend my dead dog to this place simply because of her! Be careful how you treat people!

I needed a place quick after a terrible experience with my home and the manager Linda was very helpful. We have been renting our unit for a few months but they are very nice. Even when I was late, she assisted me with info and encouraged me to stay positive. Thanks for being there. It's far beyond a business transaction with Life Storage on Amber Drive, we are family.

Stacy, did an outstanding job for my wife and I. We were so happy to rent two storage units across from each other. Stacy went out of her way to assist with our current needs, she is very professional and courteous, highly impressed.
