The representative I spoke with was extremely helpful. He made the process quick and easy to choose the right size storage unit and complete all required forms. Checking out was just as easy and the person that helped me was friendly and fast. I definitely recommend!

I really had a great experience here at Life Storage on Miller Rd. The assistant Manager Mrs. Sharon was very helpful and knowledgeable and Mr. John was absolutely great and very pleasant!!! This is definitely the BEST STORAGE ever! A++++ in my book!

Nice facility with friendly staff. Maya saw me struggling finding my unit. She offered a ride on the golf cart and helped me find my new place. Excellent service and great management.

I was interested in a 10x30 unit and reserved one online. They called me within 24hrs to get my information and set me up with a unit! We have yet to move our things into the storage unit yet, so I will update the review after we've gone to the facility. But so far, great service!

I was looking for a storage unit and I did not know what to expect when I arrived. The lady there's name is Samantha Cosby, and she was so helpful she went out of her way to explain all the details about the units to me when she didn't have to and she has such a great personality! She was so helpful she even showed me exactly where my unit was going to be. Thank you so much again Sam!

I went through the website and found the perfect storage locker I needed for all of my extra stuff, and it was SO EASY!! Once I got confirmation, I went in person the next day to check out the climate controlled space & again, SUPER EASY!! They were extremely helpful, and the process was quick. They even give you a welcome bag with a lock & set of keys!! 10/10 would recommend!!

I reserved a unit online starting mid December and it asked how long I needed it. I keyed in 6-12months and the price showed $116/ month. After 2 months of being there, they decided to spike my price to $196/ month with no explanation. I would not recommend to store your things here unless you enjoy prices regularly going up.

I rented here for 2 months, the first month was free so I got a really great value for the size of my unit. The premises were always clean, the gate was always in working order and the process of renting a unit was very smooth and done fully online and the move out was just as simple.

Love the ease of renting the storage unit. All of it was done online. Everything was just how they said it would be when I showed up. Prices are just right. And office staff is top notch!!!!

Called to get information on units and prices, and spoke to Melissa. She was super friendly and helpful. Went to the business and signed up for a unit with Samantha. Very professional and genuinely sweet. Clean units, great prices. Only thing...there should be extra carts for moving stuff using the elevator. We had to wait on someone who was using the only cart when we were ready to unload. Otherwise, we're extremely satisfied!

Found this place after searching 3 other storage units to no avail. Samantha and Debbie were great. They helped us out when we were in a pinch. The facility is managed very well, and the spaces I rented were clean. Access is easy, and when the movers came, it was fairly easy for the truck driver to get his semi close to the units. Would recommend this facility all day long.

Rosie is the best!!! She was so helpful in every aspect. We have rented from Life storage for over 8 years, in other cities, and Rosie is THE best ever. The units are easy to get to and priced fairly for the area. But honestly, it s the customer service that won me over.
