WARNING!!!!!! This car lot does not have your best interests in mind. I would not recommend buying from this lot if you want a quality vehicle, and to not get scammed out of thousands of dollars. They took back the suv with me only being 28 days behind even after I expressed to them multiple times my financial situation and troubles with the car due to the transmission going out once again, mind you this is the second transmission that was put into this vehicle when I originally got the vehicle from them two days after purchasing it the transmission went out. They told me that they would fix it and put a new one in it hasn t even been two years later, and the transmission is going out again which means they knowingly gave me a lemon. I ve been paying on this SUV from them for 2 1/2 years and they have gotten every payment except for the month of October 2023, which was only one missed payment in 2 1/2 years. I originally got the car it was $7000 off the lot I have paid them over $8000 for this vehicle and and when I confronted them about why I was still paying why I still had so much to pay on a car she told me my interest rate was 28% and all of these extra added fees, so now a car that I have technically paid off has been taken back and will be resold, so to anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle to please take your own mechanic with you to look at the vehicle thoroughly so that you are not going off of the word of the dealership that there is nothing wrong with the vehicle because if you don t, you may end up out of the thousands of dollars with a lemon and possibly ending up in situations where you won t have transportation.

Car seemed to run good but 2 months after we got it the transmission stopped working and I payed for a new one and then a few moths later it broke down. I wasted thousands.

Car broke down the same day. I also seen him at the auction, rude as heck. The lady was nice. I feel sorry for her having to work for him.

2 ladies and 1 mechanic that helped us were great. They didn't hassle us once we got on the lot and looked at their cars. They did a very good job not breathing down your neck as you looked at cars...they kept their distance but not far away enough to where you couldn't call them over to ask a question.They gave us 30 minutes to test drive each car and once we started the buying process, they were very understanding and down to business. They are very professional and courteous. We were missing a few documents and they allowed us to still buy the car as long as we returned the documents at a later time. If you put effort into a commitment with them, they will give you the same effort back. I recommend going here with a mechanic or if not, take the car on a test drive and drive it to a mechanic!

After lots of trouble with big dealerships me and my husband went here and got the car we currently have. They told us to take it for a test drive and have it back after everything was good and checked out. They even held it for us for a few days until we could get the down payment. We have had no issues with the car and they are great people!

I ve purchased SEVERAL vehicles from liberty over the years. They are USED cars and trucks but despite the obvious risks, I ve always been satisfied!!!Reasonable pricesEASY financingPleasant staffMake your payments on time and you won t have a negative experience!Thank you

The owner is not friendly, his staff is nice. Be careful to read all your paperwork before you sign anything and get the vehicle checked out good by your mechanic before you buy!! Please!!! I can not stress that enough!!!!. We bought a lemon that needs A LOT of work and was told we bought it "AS IS" so he wont fix anything!

These people are the most heartless crooks I have ever meet in my life. They take vehicle from someone when payment is offered in full. The owner is cruel and anyone would be a fool to buy from this car lot. People work hard for their money and they will take your vehicle from you with money in your hand to pay it.

CONSIDER WARNING!!! I purchased a 2007 Nissan Murano from this car lot on 10/08/2020 from the start it was red flags the car cut off on me in mid driving in busy traffic causing me to almost get hit from behind. I spoke with the owner Carie and she assured me their mechanic Josh did a thorogh check on all their vehicles and this vehicle the only thing was they had to replace the battery so i took the liars word and purchased the vehicle they replace the battery with a used one probaly out or another vehicle on their lot car continued to cut off on me brought vehicle back mechanic check out said he saw codes but notice some clip worn applying to the cam sensor easy fix he said ordered part..when it can in they didnt even contact me to let me know it was in so it could be fixed i had to contact them and when i did he stated he had 6 other vehicles ahead of me..so a customer that just paid 2000 cash nearly getting killed in traffic with their vehicle is NOT a priority. So i picked part up and had my mechanic fix it..no luck ITS THE TIMING CHAIN which is costing me 2000 to get fixed i pleaded with owner for some resolution she stated you purchased vehicle AS IS im not obligated to do nothing for you and hung up the phone. Please if you value your hard earned money STAY the Hell away from this Car lot Liberty Auto Sales knew this was a Lemon and stuck me for my Money!

If you are in the market for a car, this is NOT the place to go. They sell lemons and will tell you that they fixed something knowing good and darn well that they didn't! Then the little test drive time that they give is not enough time for someone to thoroughly check and determine if there are any major problems going on with the vehicle.

Keep your money and go to a different car dealership.Buys cars from at least one auction in Alabama and resells the vehicles. Turnover rate for mechanic per his sign out front is showing he can't keep a good mechanic. The owner of the company D. Jones previously a paramedic has shown to be dishonest and won't face the truth. His daughter is very much like him & works with him.

Looked at the caddy. Car was very nice. Salesman was very friendly. Decent price. Unfortunately they offered me peanuts for my trade, and they gave me the ole, we have another person interested in this car bit.

I got a car from there in october 2015 ... And just a few months later it started to break down power steering problems , the battery dies if i leave the door open for more than 3 mins with the car off ... Its inconvenient and i dont recomend them save a few more $$ and go somewhere better .

So i looked at mostly all the reviews and it seems like white people are more satisfied with the cars than blacks...so just be careful when purchasing from used car lot...when you test drive your car of interest..make sure you take it to Midas and pay that small fee...to make sure you dont get stuck with a lemon....

Always someone wrong with their cars. The owner is a horrible person encouraged people to run over little children to get to the front of a line at a high school graduation. Very appalled by that behavior.

$2,800 left on the note. I needed to pay the note late bc I need to have the alternator fixed...he flat out said NO. Note due on the 15th you better have it in on the 15th. NO COMPASSION
