As a customer for over 5 years, I cant say enough good things about Shawn and the crew! They service all of our vehicles and take fantastic care of our personal vehicles as well. David, does a great job at keeping us informed of the progress of the work on the vehicles. The technicians are awesome at giving us a heads up to potential future issues they may see. From the quality of work they do, i know they are looking out for us and not just trying to upsell us on repairs we don't need. If you're looking for a shop that will shoot you straight and stand by their work, this is the place to go!!

We took my mother's car in and they did a wonderful job. Her 2003 cavalier is running again. Also very friendly. I got a good feeling as soon as I walked in the door. Thank you so much

I never got a repair done here, but I just wanted to come on here and thank each and every person that works there. My vehicle stopped on me and while I was getting the situation handled my mother passed away the next day. They were so nice and very helpful to allow me to park my car there while I went back home to Louisiana to bury my mom. My vehicle was there for over a month and they were so understanding and kind. Although I did get any repairs done, they have definitely helped me in my situation and because of that I highly recommend them to anyone that need repairs done. Thanks so much you guys!

This place is AMAZING! We are not from the area and had driven 12 hours to take my son back to the Army base. Unfortunately, we woke up to very unexpected car issues. After a nightmare of a morning with check engine lights screaming at me, we were told by someone at the local auto parts store to go to JP Autocare. He said that Shawn would take care of us, and that they were the most reputable shop in town. What a blessing to have met Shawn! He went so above and beyond to help my mom and I out! It was a broken radiator, and he got it replaced and had us up and running before the shop closed! Thank you Shawn and your whole crew for saving the day on such an important day for us Words cannot express how much it meant to us. May God bless you all!

They don t know too much and extremely careless with time. Well at least with my time. I dropped my car off on a Thursday and 7 days later they had not still even moved my car to look at it and I had to come up and actually ask what s going on. I dropped TWO cars off and never got to either. They claimed they looked at 1 but they didn't know i drive by on my way to work. I think they didn't feel like my cars were worthy of their time due to them being older. I won't be using them again but hey life goes on ..

Luckily I haven t had much need for mechanics the last few years, we do most our routine maintenance ourselves. My vehicles are now high mileage and we are starting to have some repair needs and so I gave JP s a try. I have used them twice in the last 6 weeks and they have been very fair, knowledgeable, and offered me great advice directing me away to another shop when describing one of my issues saving me money on an unnecessary repair.I have been very impressed by their service and professionalism so far.

I will never have my car serviced by them my Hyundai veracruz was sitting in the shop for two months and when I went to drive off, all of the engine codes came back, took my car back to the shop, they cleared the codes and 2 days later my engine blew, I asked for the warranty on the parts, there response was they are not liable, now I am out of a vehicle and lost $1500.

Great shop with awesome customer service! Went above and beyond for me and actually worked after hours on a Friday so that I could get my vehicle back in time! I wouldn t hesitate to send my mom or wife there to get things checked out or fixed as they are honest and just a great local shop!Thanks again to the guys at JP!

Over 100 dollars for a diagnostic, which I'm guessing they just hooked up a device that analyzed codes, it comes up with a bunch of codes, most are sensor this sensor that, but the issue is clearly the engine. I stated a previous technician said it's likely misfires needing spark plugs or coils they believe it could be the same, they change out the spark plugs and a co2 sensor and I pay a week's worth of work only to find out the problem is still there. It would appear the people they have don't have enough experience to see or hear or feel an issue and know what it could be nor do they drive it for maybe a minute to see if it's good. I may not know allot about cars but I highly doubt a sensor is causing acceleration problems and the gears having trouble changing up an down and then the jerking, fixing cars simply based on codes alone is just a easy way to make money, Plus side is they were polite

Went through them as a recommendation and did not disappoint. They were very friendly and the price for what they did was great. Will definitely return. Shawn was excellent in customer service, very friendly, and was quick to follow up with important info. Job was done very quickly and now my car runs great.Great job!

i was told by another shop that i had a very expensive problem that needed fixing. before paying them to fix it i decided to have the guys at JP check it out. as it turns out all i need was a bolt tightened! no replacement needed! they saved me hundreds of dollars because they are honest. i appreciate them more than they know!Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

I was having battery issues with my truck and Ebco Battery Co recommended I go to JP Auto Care because my battery was not the issue. They are always busy because their work is that good. If there s any issue they will bring it to your attention immediately. Another shop advised me that I needed bushings and bearings, along with a front end alignment, I always use JP because I've never had a problem with them, They checked out my truck and I only needed an alignment.

I will say what everyone's review was they are honest and up front and I will vouch for that! They have definitely earned my business now and in the future and I highly recommend them if your car is out of warranty. Definitely take it to them first and I promise you won't be disappointed!

I had sporadic electrical issues in my car, Derrick checked it out and found where the battery post was cracked and leaking this was causing massive corrosion and the sporadic issues. He replaced the battery and everything seems to have cleared up. This is BY far the best auto shop in town, great quality, they always do the best work, and never try to take advantage of you, they really do well with explaining what is going on with your vehicle and the best options when it comes to fixing it. They will never give you the run around just to make you spend more. The front desk man named Bryan is THE HOTTEST man I ve ever laid eyes on .to tell you the truth I just keep breaking things on my Jeep on purpose so I can keep going back to see Bryan If any ladies are reading this just know he s a sight for sore eyes and has the cutest bum The things I could teach THAT man He can see my parts any day of the week Services: Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

Second time I ve done business with JP. Extremely satisfied above expectations both times. You never know what you re going to get these last couple years with service anywhere. Great work but slow turn around time over all if you want it done right it's a great trade off.. but I was told they take them as they come.. in my personal experience I had a window that wouldn't roll down and inhad already bought the part and had it with me.. I was told it would be next week before they could get to it. Obviously I passed and went elsewhere who took it right in and had me going in under an hour..

Great integrity. Was quoted $500+ at dealership. Dropped in to get a second opinion, was helped immediately and given an honest assessment instead of trying to sell me parts and services that I didn't need. Saved $400 and they got me fixed up quickly and on my way. The waiting area is very comfortable and clean as well! Highly recommended!

After a stall on my 6.0 Powerstroke, these guys came to the rescue. While being only an hour from home, these guys took my truck in and got it out in a timely manner since it was only a few days before Christmas. They got it out just after Christmas and we're extremely knowledgeable on the 6.0s. they work on everything from cars to trucks and high end high horsepower type trucks and cars. Brian is upfront and honest during these times of all the shops saying, " man, I'm three weeks out before I can even get a chance to look at your car". Not what's wrong with it or let me see what I can do. He got it short handed of staff and still got it back to me two days ahead of what he said he would. Same pandemic affects him yet he got it done for me. I waited to review so I could test the repair. I'm satisfied and I recommend JP Auto Care!
