Thanks for your transparency and immaculate work. I waited to drop off the vehicle for a month and it was worth the wait. There was zero hassle and they dealt with the insurance company on our behalf. Incredible experience. Hard to find honest and transparent companies these days. Highly recommend. A bit of advice, be patient and let them complete their work. Thanks!

The attitude of the manger has a lot to be desired. I had front end damage and my front bumper and passenger headlight needed replacing. When I picked up my car the difference between the driver side headlight compared to the new passenger headlight was huge. My car is 8 years old so I understand that the old headlight (cloudy) would not match the new headlight but they made zero attempt to clean it and better match it. They had the front end apart with easy access to the old headlight and they have the ability to clean it to better match the new one. I told the manager that I wasn t happy and he just made excuses and said that even if they cleaned it, after 3 months it would be the same or worse. He also stated the insurance company doesn t allow them to do that. He lacks customer service skills and had a condescending attitude. He sarcastically told me to have a nice day. I don t spend my hard earned money at a place of business that couldn t care less if I m happy with the work done. He could have made an attempt to clean it. This manger lacks empathy for his customers and needs to learn customer service skills.

I would not say everyone working here is not trustworthy but definitely one person stands out. Requesting supplemental cost from the insurance company for things that had nothing to do with the collision. Two of my vehicles there at the same time since my first vehicle was there for a 700+ job that ended up being at or around 3900. The job was estimated to be completed within a week but ended up being around a month. Finally picked it up and there was issues with it that were not there when I dropped it off. I would not recommend this shop ever. For my second vehicle, original estimate was around 1400 but supplemental was around 3800 with inflated damages not caused by the collision. Took my vehicle to Franks Collision, on Armour rd, and they repaired it within the timeframe and price they originally provided me. Truly a great experience with Franks Collision. If I could not give a star to Joe Hudson, I definitely would. I do not need a call or response from them I just needed to share my awful experience.

As a car guy, dealership sales over 25 years, I know a thing or two about body work. Don t work for Dodge, but their collision center was able to use pictures off my IPHONE for an estimate. $4500 in 60 seconds. I told the young lady to just get a collision expert to look at the pictures. There is no collision, just fender bender truck needs a bumper and to be painted. I have 10 pictures, clear IPHONE 15 . She tried to force an appointment and went to speakto a manager, and she said the lady told her that I need to make an appointment. No worries I ll go to DODGE. For some people time is money, as well as if a person tell you there was no collision, minor damage to just let a collision expert look at it .Why not satisfy a customer that s going to pay you $4500 for a job? Let that collision expert tell me to make an appointment. Sometimes a person can be wrong. But sometimes the person know exactly what they re talking about and it could take minimal time. Guess $4500 not Enough to inconvenience a collision expert for 120 seconds.

They were pretty awesome. It's very clean and nice inside. If you're insured by State Farm, they made the process really easy--way less phone calls. They were pretty good about communication and the receptionist was very helpful with every aspect of things.I totaled my civic and they made the process simple and clean for me on my end, so it was no more stressful than it had to be considering I lost my car. I got a new one in the end so all's well.

This is a company that have racial manager and let their employees be harassed and be called racial word and the owner ,manager and other overhead staff do nothing about it so if u want ur car fixed or want to work there please go somewhere else caused they do not stand up for the black at all !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Super professional location that was recommended by my insurance. Did a great job installing a new bumper after mine was damaged in an accident and also provided additional service when I asked for help installing new headlights and fog lights that weren't required. The price out of pocket was reasonable and it did not take a long time. They send notifications and updates throughout the whole process including reassemble and detailing work. They then explain the work done and any additional info. This might not mean much but they also sprayed down my car which was a little dirty when I dropped it off which was appreciated. I was very pleased with the collision repair services I received from Joe Hudson s! The entire staff were professionals and should be commended for their communications skills and engaging customer service experience - I received automated messages and was able to track my vehicle s repair/service journey via their web portal! Audra was awesome to interact with - thank you for your patience and guidance in coordinating with the third party insurer and my personal travel schedule. Great customer service. They did a wonderful job repairing my vehicle and returned it quicker than I expected. I also really appreciated that they kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle through the whole repair process. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be using them again for any future car repairs.

Excellent customer service in every aspect! I was informed daily of the repair process on my vehicle. It's was ready before the estimated date and was repaired to my satisfaction in every way. The car was detailed and delivered without any complications. I will return if the need ever arises. I greatly appreciate it !

My car was involved in a minor fender bender which only required the bumper and one headlight to be replaced. However, I brought the car in one day. And got it back the next day. During this time, i received constant updates through texts about my vehicle. Service was awesome. Customer service was even better. Don't change a thing. You guys are doing great. Thank you.

I received excellent service recently from JHCC in Columbus. The individual providing the estimate was very efficient and friendly. She answered all of my questions. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly when we returned to drop the vehicle off and also when we returned to pick up the vehicle once the repairs were complete. Cory did a did a vehicle inspection and markup when we dropped it off. He also accompanied us when we returned to inspect the vehicle after the repairs were done, as well. We were well-satisfied with the repairs they completed. I received periodic text updates as the work on my vehicle progressed. I couldn't be more pleased with the over-all service provided by JHCC; very easy to work with.

Be prepared for your vehicle to always be ready in a week for months. They will lie and claim that 2 months is how long the repair will take, back down when pressed and pretend they had to wait weeks to start and begin ordering parts. There's no way any repair will take 320 hours unless you're an amature that doesn't know what they're doing. "We had to weld on the main pillar" I work professionally in the welding industry and can attest that at most that would take a day if you had to rebuild the whole side of the frame of the car.Tl;Dr: Incredibly slow, full of excuses, and won't make up for the fact that they're taking forever due to their own incompetence.

They are very nice and keep you updated on the progress of your vehicle the entire time.Have worked on my car twice from 2 separate occasions. The work was completed on time and was very good. I am extremely happy with the service I received.

After my accident Joe Hudson's was recommended by one of my co-workers as having superb service. I am glad I took his advice. From start to finish this company and the team assigned to repair my vehicle was the absolute best. Everyday I received both a phone call from the manager detailing the progress of the repairs as well as an e-mail. At every stage of the repair process I was kept in the loop. The team at Joe Hudson's completed the repairs ahead of schedule by 2 days and under the original estimated cost. I can not stress enough how highly I would recommend them to anyone needing car repair. On a scale of 1 to 5 stars I would easily say this company exceeds the 5 star rate. If I ever have to have my vehicle repaired again I will go out of my way to get the work done by Joe Hudson's Collision.
