I want to share my last experience because it wasn't the best. All I have to say is the workmanship needs to be exhibited all the way around. I literally waited 3 hours for an oil change. They didn't update me or any thing during the time I waited. I asked her for my last service receipt she gave me the current copy twice. I may not return.

I was greeted by Kim she made my experience so great! 4 new tires oil change and an alignment went smooth and didn t take long at all! If they don t have a tire, it just doesn t exist lol Def recommend this place.

My first visit was today, I was getting tires taken off one car and placed on another. I was greeted when i arrived. It such a nice atmosphere. The ladies at front desk were really nice . When buying an oil pan and a filter Wrench costs more than $20, and ya need that oil changed. Pull up, talk to the nice lady in the office, and get in line. When it comes to used rims or tires. This place will bend in half to get you rolling again .

From the ladies that greeted me at the front desk, to the technicians that aligned my car , and changes my tires..it was a phenomenal experience. They were professional, courteous, and attentive to my concerns. I will definitely be back!

After going to multiple shops trying to get my rim repaired and being turned away due to the wheels having a clad cover. I found J's and was greater by an awesome staff I explained the problem and was offered a solution which was to remove part off the clad cover in order to repair the rim. (Keep in mind the clad cover will be destroyed in this process) but I didn't mind as a new rim would have cost over 800.00. They completed the job in under 2 hours and for under 100.00. I can't thank them enough for going over and beyond to help find a solution as other shops wouldn't. I will definitely be using them again for all my tire needs they are amazing and fast.

Referred to this tire shop by an employee at another place who couldn't quite remove my tires from the rim (Jaguar). Easy to locate via any GPS navigation app. Respectable employees. I called to asked for a quote prior to arrival. I arrived and the employees went right to work. I had a conversation about my concerns and all of my concerns were address. I had no idea that this tire shop existed until the day of my review. Best service in the area comparable to many others that I've visited. I was in and out with four new tires mounted and balanced in less than 30 minutes. Don't go anywhere else. Come here for all of your tire needs. I had 4 new tires that I purchased online prior to coming and there was no issues at all. I highly recommend!

20/10 highly recommend. Was searching for a place to fix my Nissan Maxima rim, and they got my car back working again. Did a walk in very nice and professional team. Will be back for any future repair needs.

I Jus Wanna Say That I Have Been Goin To J for The Last 5 Yrs Or More For My Tire Needs, Most Reasontally Was A Couple Of Weeks Ago For My Rite Front Tire An The Ladies Up Front Were So Helpful an Kind An Wen I Arrived There I Was Given A Very Good Affordable Price For My Rite Front Tire Now I Also Went There An Bout 4 Tires Within A Month B4 I Went To Indiana 3 Yrs Ago Again I Got The Most Affordable Price On My Tires an They Were Mounted perfectly an In A Timely Manner Everyone Was Very Nice To Me an I HIGHLY RECOMMEND J'S TIRES. Now I Will Be Taking My Cars In The Next Few Weeks to J's Shop For Some Major an Minor Work an I Kno That I Can Trust J an His Guys To Fix My Cars an Get Me an My Daughter Back On The Road Very Soon.
