a technician installing my filter, would not take my suggestion and remove the beauty cover on my engine in order to install the new filter. so, he drop my oil filter three times working in a tight space. Two days later, I find my oil filter very loose, dripping all on my carport. If I had not found the oil spots that filter could have vibrated off completely. Does destroying my engine. Very unhappy. I love my Cadillac

This place was truly fantastic. I have had issues with some other mechanics in the area but not this place. They were super friendly and amazingly helpful. Their expertise and knowledge with my vehicle helped me to get my car fixed quickly and without issue. Tia was the lady who helped me and she was fantastic! TIA and Caine we're very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My car received and oil change in a timely manner and they were even able to help my car with some other issues I was unaware my car was having. Tia had a great sense of humor and Caine was very kind. They made my day and definitely left a great impression on me.

I went to Grease Money on Buena Vista Road to have my fluids checked and while the technician was checking my oil he accidentally rubbed against my fog light trim and broke it. Even though I got a little emotional, I must say the assistant manager stayed calm and professional. He asked for my contact information and requested I contact the manager the following day. I went back the next day and the manager assessed the damage to my fog light trim and she ordered and installed the part back on my vehicle within one week. I ve been going to this location for over 20 years and I have always received first class service. Thanks again for all you do!

This was not my first time using Grease Monkey. I usually come here because I can be in and out fast and the workers are professional and knowledgeable but something was different today. It took longer than I expected. The Manager was so sweet and down to earth. The other workers communicated with each other and worked very well together. She checked back with me to give me updates and to reassure me that my car would be done soon. The customer service was so good I didn't care how long it took at that point. Great customer service is hard to find! I will only go to Grease Monkey to service my car. They treated me like their favorite customer and that made the wait well worth it. Thank you so much! Brought my car to this shop twice and am extremely satisfied with Tia's help and expertise. The first time was for a car oil change. It was completed quickly and I was out of there in about 15 minutes. The second time was to replace my brake rotors and pads. The mechanics helped me to understand the problem and recommended feasible and fair solutions. Overall, I am very pleased of this shop's customer service and ability to provide me a no-BS solution to my vehicle's problems.

My experience was over the top! Tia was professional and made me feel comfortable. Noticed a discrepancy in my miles from another company before I could tell her. I'm so glad I came in. I learned a lot about oil viscosity , color and oil lfe and how to check it. Thank Tia!

If you re looking for a great place to go for your regular oil change this is the PLACE! Tia and Chris always take great care of me and fully explain what s going on with my car which is extremely helpful. My oil changes are always quick and efficient and today my tune up was amazing I left the shop with the engine running way smoother. I have been going to this shop for 10 years.Chris helped me big time today. Chris informed me that my particular car model did not need to he serviced as frequently. They wouldn t put fluids in my car or let me pay for oil, just because I don t get my car serviced with them. I ve never had this issue at their other locations, so I ll just go to Take 5 from now on. Unprofessional!

Bad Attitude. The short round Blond, needs an lesson in customer service. Always trying to hustle somebody. She has the audacity to get an attitude when my wife didn't take her advice on the oil change. I will be reaching out to whom ever her boss is. It took over a hour before I was ever pulled into the bay. 2 cars behind me pulled out and left. I ask once how long it would and was told 30 minutes but after 45 minutes I was still outside the bay. I have used this location for over 20 years and never had this bad of a time. Michael Henderson is the best! He has worked on all my cars and when he doesn t know or can t solve the problem, he s not afraid to call his mechanic and recommend a full garage that can solve more serious problems. He and grease monkey show great customer service!
