NOT SATISFIED, Michael Dinie worked on car, ruined engine, putting incorrect oil when specified wat is needed, has it written on cap too! Will be taking my vehicle elsewhere and never be touched by them again! No apologies or anything!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They are complete liars, please don't take your vehicle to them. They said we had a major oil leak. Left them went straight to Walmart for oil change, "wow" no leak Walmart said, oil change went fine. Grease monkey even takes fake pictures to try and get more money out of you for non existence problems. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THESE CON DEMONS!!!!!!

Well today s service at Grease Monkey didn t go as planned but Jake s customer service and professionalism made me feel so much. I appreciate everything he did for me. Long story short an issue came up with a cap or something that he couldn t fix but he took my car to their mechanic and put me in a rental. He walked me through and explained the whole process which made me feel at ease that the issue is going to be handle properly. Thank you Jake!Service: Oil change

I dropped off my car at Grease Monkey for an oil change and a tire rotation. The intake was quick, and they didn't do a hard upsell on me for additional services that I wasn't there for that day. They checked me out quickly and happily accepted a coupon I had - no fuss. Will definitely be going back for my regular car maintenance.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

I had the best experience at Grease Monkey, Jake, Jermaine, and Eddy , are Very professional they provided me with outstanding fanatical customer service. Usually I take my car to the dealership for services but I will be bringing my car to Grease Monkey from now on. I mean they cleaned the windows and vacuum the floor. They all were extremely nice and professional.Jake, Jermaine, and Eddy you guys are awesome.Corporate or home office please provide Jake, Jermaine, and Eddy a shout-out and some sort of an incentive . For their awesome customer service

Left handprints of some type of white substance on my doors, seats, steering wheel. It was not a little bit, it was a lot and I was somewhat shocked as the more I looked for the hand prints the more i found. Pretty much the mechanic failed to clean their hands before they got into my vehicle. - UPDATE: The manager contacted me and after speaking with him, I am willing to update my review. I am happy with how the manager handled my concern and they even offered to clean my car. It wasn t needed, but the fact he offered made it better. It was a very fast response and I got the feeling the manager was genuinely concerned. While the issue shouldn t have happened, the resolution was good.

The new manager Jake is very polite and professional, unlike the one before him. Thank goodness she s gone! Definitely will make trips to get an oil change a much more pleasant experience! Thanks to him and his guys!

I took our car in because of a suspicious odor coming from the engine. Being new to the area I had chosen this location because of the Google reviews. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable, and checked everything on the car. It appears there was some fluid on the engine that needed cleaning. They cleaned fluid from the engine, cleaned the inside of the car, and didn't charge me for the service.A little while later, the same car had the brake and ABS light come on, and since it was after 6pm I took it to Grease Monkey to for a quick safety check. They checked all of the brake systems, everything appeared safe to drive home, and they recommended I see a mechanic the next day. Once again, no charge for the service.Everyone I have dealt with is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Best of all they do not suggest unnecessary services. I will definitely be taking all of my cars here in the future.

Quick service, nice people. Very courteous. I will come again. They also will put air in my tires without charge (that's all I needed) but of course I tipped them for the courteous service!

We had to take our car here for oil change and the manager and staff took care of us. He gave us a discount on top of my military discount when he found out we had evacuated from NC because of Hurricane Florence. Couldn t thank him enough. Truly blessed. Their service was exceptional and friendly staff.

Best oil changing shop I went to out of all of the grease monkeys. I recommend all my friends to go to this location. I think his name was Matthew but he was the most friendly person to talk to. They got my car in and out at a great time. Thanks for your hard work and keep it up!

I got an oil change and I swear all of the tech's went out of their way to leave heavy oil on everything they touched in my truck. The vacuum guy and the service tech/engine bay tech both left oily handprints on my doorhandles, steering wheel, gear shifter, exterior door paint. Come on slackers! Wash your hands, wipe them or put some gloves on!!! Won't be back to the Gentian Blvd location.

Excellent service and fast. They even vacuumed the car for me and actually topped-off all the fluid levels; several businesses say they do but don't actually do it (ie. Auto Nation). They went over the details of my service in a language that I could understand. Highly recommend the Grease Monkey on Gentian Blvd., Columbus, GA. Double thumbs up! Oh, the free coffee wasn't bad either.

The company I work for uses these guys to service our fleet of vehicles. My experiances at breeze monkey have always been of great service, friendly technicians, clean waiting area (free coffee) and always quick service. I would and will recommend breeze monkey to all my friends, family, and co workers. Great job.

They over charged me for my services. I got an oil change and tune up later on that day that I got my supposed tune up my car started to shutter. This was technically my first time getting an oil change and tune up never had to do nothing with my car untilthat. The area manager I m assuming Mr. Jacob called me and told me that I was overcharged $90.05 I couldn t be mad about it I did learn my lesson from this and I won t be returning I ll just stick to my dad s mechanic.

This particular Grease Monkey is my favorite to go to. The staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They do not try to pressure you into anything other than what is necessary for your vehicle. I would recommend this branch to everyone.

So I am changing my previous Google review from two stars to 5 stars. had a bad experience but went back and Bernard and Eddie help me out with no problem and fix every issue that needed attention. They definitely deserve a raise. Would now recommend this place to anyone else.

Fast, thorough and friendly service! On top of an oil change they topped off all my fluids, aired up my tires, vacuumed my car and washed my windows and had me in and out in 15 min.

I took my 2012 volkswagen in for an oil change 2 months ago and was told they had mobil 1 full synthetic oil for my car to which I paid for. I recently found and oil leak from the oil pan and took my car back to them because the were suppose to drain the oil from the oil dipstick but didnt do that. They assured me I was good to go and too come back if I had any issues. I checked a week later and still had an oil leak from my oil pan, so I changed the oil myself to find out my oil drain plug gasket was overtighten which bent the gasket and put a crack in my oil drain plug. I will never go back for that reason alone. Worker did even know how to open my hood smh! When I drained the oil and checked it I noticed the oil wasnt mobil 1 oil, just some run of the mill synthetic BS they put in most cars or turcks. I still have the oil drain plug they broke, I gave them a gasket to change out due to the leak but i dont believe they even replaced it. They removed my oil cap and put a vacuum on it using a car vaccum acting like they where trying to fix the issue when actually doing nothing to fix my oil leak.

Horrible!!! I was told after 2 years that because my car had a small oil leak they Could No longer Service my car.So I took my car to Wal-Mart. Got great service and purchased 2 new tires.
