I really appreciate this company for the service that they provided. They were more than willing to accommodate us so that we could get our replacement in a timely manner. Not only were they fast and efficient, but they also had good prices. The order process of the glass was fast compared to other companies I tried. I would definitely use them again and refer them to others.

I had an appointment this past Wednesday (3/20). I got there at my scheduled time and they were done in 30 min. or so. I was like WOW that was fast plus there was no other people up there. They were awesome and I recommend them to anyone who need a window or windshield replaced.

I never write reviews or complain but this is ridiculous. My husband s front passenger window had a crack in the middle that we noticed Thursday night and the next day was spreading fast, so we called around and came across glass boys. They quoted us and said they could see us same day (Friday)and replace the window. We were told it would take around 90 minutes. When we got there to drop the truck off they said they could do it right then and the guy said he knew a trick to fix it and it would take twenty minutes. They were done in ten and then came and said the window regulator was also broke but they didn t have parts for it.The regulator was not broke before this appointment and we had no problems with it rolling up and down and now the window will not stay up.The only problem with this window before this appointment was the crack.I m assuming his trick broke the regulator and instead of admitting it he said it was broke already.DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

They were fast and NICE! Very easy on the pockets, also . Had to have Miss Black Widow's windshield replaced and I will definitely return if their services are needed again.

Excellent service!!!! I called them after receiving the quote from the company that works with my insurance and it was half the price and I was able to have the job completed the same day. It took them less time than I thought.

They misquoted my glass by more than half. Front desk lady was rude and they didn't fulfill promise of taking vehicle less than two miles up the street. Then, window has a hole and truck is getting soaked. They want me to leave truck again, my only vehicle, and didn't want to fix it because it's been a couple of months. The issue is obviously from their work a friend of mine saw for me. I won't go back here.

They replaced my windshield on my 22 Nissan Frontier truck and reprogrammed the electronics at the same time and it only took a little over an hour. The price was very fair and the personnel were very friendly. If you need a new windshield this is the place to go!

Excellent customer service. They were done with windshield a lot faster than expected. Kelsey was friendly, professional and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.

Receptionist was nice. Repaired glass looks good, so far. But does damaging my car come as part of the package? I guess I should have just taken it to the dealership to be repaired. I'd have taken "care" over "speed".

Superglass is the best place to go for windshields. They have replaced 2 for me and I am trying to get a 3rd now. I tell all my family and friends to go here if they want affordable windshield replacements.

Very disappointed in the work. Someone broke side glass of my wife s bmw x5. We brought here to replace glass. Which they did. However they didn t remove Al the broken glasses from the door panel. So every time we opened or closed the door. We could hear millions of small glasses in there. Very bad reminder of terrible thing that happened.

It s only a bargain if it s done right. Plus side: polite personable staff. Not so great: A sharp tool was left in place to slide down the windshield first time I drove the car after replacement. As soon as it rained the windshield replacement leaked. I made an appointment to bring it in at 9a.m. to be fixed. A number of hours later I was called and informed that during the repair the windshield was damaged (cracked) and that the replacement unit they had on hand was also damaged. They would get a replacement on their overnight deliver. I had to leave my vehicle unexpectedly overnight. I specifically asked if my car would be the first to be addressed in the morning and was told that I could expect a call around 9a.m. that it was repaired. I specifically clarified that point to be sure I heard right. By noon the next day I called, having heard nothing. I was told I could come at 12:30 to retrieve my car. I followed the instructions and left the tape in place for over 24 hours. On removing it i see that the frame is clearly cracked and poorly filled with some sort of glue. I think it s obvious this is the windshield they originally damaged trying to fix the leak. So now what? Really concerned about the integrity of this windshield. I know mistakes happen. But this feels disingenuous to say the least. I d like it to be done properly with an intact windshield, but not sure I trust the workmanship. I ve already lost work time on it too. Very unfortunate that I can t recommend this place.Service: Auto windshield repair

Called the evening prior to ask about windshield replacement and was given a quote and told could have the windshield in first thing in the morning. I immediately booked the appt for the following morning as soon as they opened and just took my name and number, didn't request a deposit or anything. I showed up as soon as they opened and started right away. I was in and out in 1hr! I highly recommend Superglass! Nice local owned business that doesn't nickel and dime you, just hard working folks doing a great job!

Paid over $200 to get a 10 minute repair fixed and my hinges in my door somehow got messed up in the process. I took my car back here the following week and the mechanic wouldn t even take the time to look at my car to see what HE messed up. If you are having an issue with your car DO NOT come to this place. I recommend going to cartunes.

They replaced a Camry windshield in about 1 hour. Very professional and friendly. And the price was fair. I've had other windshields replaced there in the past, which is why I went back. They kept their standards very high.Highly recommend.

Kaley was a big help in trying to locate a windshield for my car. They didn't have mine in stock, but she said she'd keep looking and let me know when she found my exact one. Taking ownership is A1 customer service!!

I worked here under the glass boys name for a couple months. I m not here to bash anyone s name. Just here to be honest about the quality of work. Some of the employees care more about their work as in every work place. But it can really show here. 9 times out of ten. When something is found broken after they work on your car. It is. They broke it. But will deny it til they just issue a refund like it fixed what was broken. Management will run from every problem so if you call and ask for a manager you can hang it up (literally) because you will never get past the front office. If you love your car and want to keep it around. I would tell you 1,000,000 times for you to take your car to a better place and pay for the quality that should come with the job. Good work isn t cheap and cheap work isn t good. Simple as that. Now question the price on your new glass.Services: Installation, Auto windshield replacement

Someone broke my husband's window and we need to replace it. I went safelite glass and they told me that I have to order the glass on-line and what need to be done. Someone told me to go to glassboy. This place did perfect job with very reasonable price. Safelite would changed 3 times of this place. The place has tight parking place,but I will definitely go there if I need again..

Wow! I m so glad I called this place!I saved over $300 for a new windshield installed the very next day.Parking was a bit tight but hey I got what I needed at a great price. Excellent customer service to boot!Hope I won t have to come back but if I need a windshield, this is the place to go!

I have not been to this business yet but one of my best friends, Sharae, works at the front! She is one of the nicest people you will ever meet, so I can assure you, from her, you will get excellent customer service! That is something very important to me. If I ever need glass replacement in my car I will definitely give them a try!

Went into Glass Boys to get a quote on a chipped windshield. They were excellent in helping me find options at an affordable cost. I will for sure be going back in the future and recommending my friends and family. Berkley was the one who helped me and she's super polite and friendly and will get you taken care of with ease! 5 out of 5 star service.

The WORST SERVICE! They Put The Wrong Windshield in My Mercedes Benz Truck.. It s Been Leaking Water & They Broke My Rearview Mirror & DAMAGED INTERIOR INSIDE My Truck! They Messed Up 4 Things & This Is A 50K Truck. All This Happen 8/24. They SAID THEY WAS GOING TO FIX EVERYTHING. 8/28. THEY text Me Saturday Saying Come Monday Morning @ 8 Got There @ 10. Still No Glass. I Call 911 Did My Report & Will Be Suing Them!
