My husband and I needed to rent a Budget truck from G&P to move all the way across country. Tiffany was amazing in helping us solidify our plans and when some bumps in the road came up, she took great care of us and made sure we weren t penalized for circumstances out of our control. She was great to work with and I definitely recommend G&P for any trucking needs you may have!

I came out as an adjuster and the lady in the office as well as the other employees were so helpful and stayed with me to make sure I was able to collect all the info needed. Big help to me

If I COULD, I wouldn't give them ONE STAR! HORRIBLE PLACE TO DEAL WITH! I was OVERCHARGED FOR ALMOST $60 FOR GAS THAT I ALLEGEDLY DIDN'T PUT INTO THE TANK...AND, I PERSONALLY DROVE THE TRUCK BACK! YOU CANNOT GET CORPORATE OFFICE AS THEY TOO HAVE A CALL CENTER OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE LAND! I HAD TO DROP OFF THE TRUCK AND THEY CLOSED EARLY WITHOUT NOTICE...TWO OTHER'S WERE THERE WITH HUGE TRUCKS AND WE LITERALLY HAD TO PARK THE TRUCKS ON THE SIDE I THE ROAD!? BY ALL MEANS, FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO RENT A TRUCK...BUDGET TRUCK RENTAL IS A HUGE RIP OFF!

We always carry our vehicles here for paint and body work. Never want to have to take one but we know they are in good hands when we have to.
