The man at front desk so polite and he was knowledgeable of my situation. He explained in detail what was going to happen and very detailed.The mechanic talk to me and he was polite. I always take my car to be service at Firestone. I been a customer for years. I would highly recommend Firestone to my friends and family members. My husband also take his vehicle to Firestone to be service. The payment plan very reasonable. The wait time is not very long and I can drop off my car and the friendly people at Firestone will give me a call and let me no when my vehicle is ready. I will continue to use Firestone . I also like the inspection that they offer to check my vehicle out if I need this to be done. The oil change there is reasonable and the tire rotation is great. I love the fact they offer different services if I need it. I will be going back to have my next service doing in a couple months. I would like to thank the the knowledgeable men for looking after my vehicle . L. McClaney

Both manager and mechanic very thorough trying to solve riddle of leaking tire. Several methods tried but to no success. Filled up and topped off all 4 tires and did not charge for the service. I gave the mechanic a $10 tip for trying.

Brought my car in at 10:45 in the morning and didnt get it back until they closed 7 and half hours later. All i asked for was and inspection and to change my brake light. The guy who i talked to at 10:45 when i brought it in said i only had 4 cars ahead of me which equalled to about an hour and a half before they get to my car. I took a nap and 4 hours later they didnt call me and i hadnt missed a call. Turns out they dont warn customers when they overbook themselves and just let your car sit there. After everything it was over 500 dollars for two new tires, an inspection, an alignment, and a brake light change that didnt happen but the reciept says it did. Very disappointing for such a "great" shop that came highly recommended to me

Customer Service from the time I walk into the building. One of the service manager identified who I was and called me by name. While I was waiting on my vehicle, the service manager kept me updated and informed on what was being done to correct the issue I was having, and how much it was going to cost me to fix it. The issue I was having was something simple, and I was on my way in less than an hour of arriving for my appointment.

Waited over 3 hours for a valve stem replacement. A task that really could be done without taking the tire off of vehicle if the correct tool is available, which all tire repair shops should have one. Literally can be done in less than 10 mons. The staff working the counter/computer not very polite.

Great Service. Several years ago I retired and began driving fleet vehicles cross country. I used Firestone if needed. They have always kept my name in their system country wide.

Firestone purposely sabotages my car everytime I go for a minor fix like an oil change this has happened several times for me in the past. If you don't believe me look up the Allegations and lawsuits, they have against them.

My rear brake caliper went out as soon as I arrived in Columbus. It was about 3 pm when it happened. The friendly staff were very busy. I had to drive a little over an hour to make it back home & that wouldn't have been a safe or fun trip. So, they made time to fit me in. I made it home safely thanks to all of the guys. I really appreciate you all for helping me & being so understanding. Great team!!!

I was in, and I was out. They quoted me at one price but after the service it was cheaper than the quote. Glory to God. They were fast. I used to go to midas. I left there because the customer service went down. I appreciate Firestone. They truly take care of the customers' needs.

I needed a tire repair, and it was like an Indy Pit Crew, IN/REPAIRED/OUT, and they checked my Battery as well advising me it was not full strength and could be a concern in the Near Future.

3800.00 and still lit up like a Christmas tree, still No AC (paid for the flush, recharge, etc.), and now it keeps overheating! New radiator, hoses, and more... but why CarGods? WHY???

They were incredible! Fast, courteous, and everyone had masks and gloves. I was in and out in a good amount of time. Definitely would go back. Definitely recommend.

They do some Good work and have some good customers survive they are also friendly and have his spirits but they age also a lil steep on there prices and have a good but of a waiting period of they have 3 are more customers they also have complementary coffee for your water all in all there are a good to take your vehicle for services just be willing to wait and pay a purity piney for there work.. But I always was told that you get what you pay for and if you want it got to just do it... Firestone is where you want to be if Any problem with any of your vehicle needs stop by and see Loan great guy..tell him I sent you....

Waited three hours to be told I needed a new blower motor for my air conditioning and no one had a part available. Had to make another appointment to come back. Started the car to leave and surprisingly the air conditioning worked. Tech never told front desk he fixed it. Never needed a blower. Found the pictured mess in my car when I got home.

It was a Sunday afternoon and I had tire issues. My friend recommended this place and she was right. The gentleman who handled my request was caring and concerned. I waited less than an hour. My issue was resolved and I felt safe to leave. I will return when I need help. Highly recommend this establishment

Saturday morning, I noticed I had a headlight out. I have big hands and big arms , so I called Firestone to ask could they change the headlight for me. The guy at the counter( I will get his name later then update) told me I will have to pay $75 for the light bulb, then labor would be $350 to install it . Which is absolutely insane and unbelievable that he would even say this.

Called to get info on new tires. Told the employee that I would call back to confirm since the tires had to be ordered, he said fine and I should ask for Ryan. I called back, was told Ryan was busy so I left my name and number. 2 hrs later with no call back I called the store again and asked fir Ryan. When Ryan came to the phone I explained that I had called earlier and wanted to confirm the order. Ryan said he had not talked to me or anyone about tires. So I asked if I could order tires now, Ryan replied "I guess so, I was in the middle of doing something else"Totally rude and no desire to help.What's the odds that I got the wrong name of who I talked to before and there just happened to be someone with the same name working there?
