Josh is amazing and his customers service is beyond phenomenal. I ask for him by name every time we bring in one of our vehicles for service because we know we will be more than cared for when Josh is available. We also trust him with our company cars. Thank you for fantastic service.

It was on the money. Don't leave your car and very reasonableDONNIE helped me. Don't know who did the change but by all means give them a shot. They go through your car with a fine tooth comb. And I'm getting rid of this truck. Awesome 5stars from 2SCOOPS.

JOSH IS THE BEST, I came in with a pretty big issue of my own making .Mr. Josh went to work, very respectful and courteous. He will always get my business, just because he cares about the customer and knows how to listen to the customers vehicle problem. Being coming here for over 2 years and Josh has always been my guy who I want to do my maintenance. But in my visit today Josh was off. So I was very hesitant on about staying. But I took my chance with Mr. Donnie and he was GREAT!! And thing I can say is that they get you in and out while you sit in the car and watch them

Terrible service. Left their tools in my car. Drove my car off lift when not ready. left there stuff stuck under my car. and left their oil and hand prints in my car. terrible. manager was rude. says we are all human if your employees knew how to do their job they wouldn t make a mistake that damages my car.

I am disabled and new to the driving world, it can be hard knowing I am vulnerable and can be easily taken advantage of, I have been here twice just to ask questions and they showed me how to check my oil and tires. They didn t charge me or try to get me to get any other service. They were very knowledgeable and patient with me and I appreciate that. Thank you Donnie! I will be back when I need services for real!!

Jesse was my mechanic and did a thorough inspection on my car. He answered any questions I had and explained the cost of each service. It was my first time here but definitely recommend this place to anyone needing their oil change!

I have gone to several mechanics in the past about issues involving my vehicle paying in the hundreds for answers to the problem to my car. Not only did they review my car and diagnosis issue they resolved other issues that it makes no sense for prior mechanics to have missed. Say I appreciate the service feels like an understatement for the quality of service I received from my vehicle.I am not trying to sound like a paid spokesperson or anything but in all honesty if you want a job done right, go to the Express on Milgen Rd and experience it for yourself.

Jamir was so helpful with explaining all my maintenance issues. I just came in for a full synthetic oil change and received a routine report and quotes for my next service. It was a little higher than Midas but the fast service and quality customer service also the maintenance check made it worth my buck. Not to mention I relaxed in the comfort of my vehicle as I was being serviced. No waiting in a crowded small area for 2 hrs. I m now canceling my Midas appointment. Thank you Jamir for getting me in and out. He also took care of replacing my air filter which I had no idea how nasty it was. I ll definitely be back!

Clutch! "Jose" and "James" know what they are doing! I was on my way up 85N from visiting family in Columbus, and my 2001 Chevy Suburban began to not accelerate. I made an impromptu stop at 3pm by Express as my first and last hope for the day. They diagnosed, figured it out, and I was back on the road by 6pm. They even showed me the worn part that was causing the problem.In addition, I was met with excellent customer service. I cannot remember the young African American man's name, but he was GREAT and calm! Exactly what I needed at the time.Thank you for a great experience in a situation I did not want to be in. <SALUTE>

In a world of instant and gratification this is about as close as you can get when it comes to oil changes less than 20 minutes efficient and let me know if any other issues they see with my vehicle that I might need to take care of so for the fact that I don't do my own oil changes this is great Josh has taken care of my truck enough to know how to open the hood on my 99 Blazer lol...... So ill keep coming here till they Cross me
