Originally took my car to get the exhaust fixed. I called to check on the status of my car and they tell me they fixed the exhaust but now it won't start, didn't even bother to call and let me know. They said it was an engine misfire, we agree on a price and they fix that too. Then when I went to pay they told me the battery was dead and they had to replace it. It was a 6 month old battery that was under warranty so I asked for it back. Then they tried to give me back a battery that wasn't mine, still haven't gotten my battery back. Will not be using them again in the future and I don't recommend them.

I took my truck there and they keep one of my old parts with them and i call to ask for the parts and they dont want to give them back bad service and expensive too

Terrible work. I have no confidence the welds will last. WELED EXTRA HANGER WITHOUT ASKING. SPRAY PAINTED IT RED. Now I have to pay double to have a better muffler shop fix the lazy work done here.Service: Auto exhaust system repairService: Auto exhaust system repair

Took forever to get me in. very unprofessional. told me to come back early in the morning and they would get me in. i came back and they were backed up 3 hours i ended up going to another shop who got me in and out for 30 mins

Brought my s10 in for an exhaust leak and not only did they fix my issue but also other small leaks that I had! Did an excellent job, would recommend 10/10

Very reasonably priced repairs. The receptionist , Payton is so friendly and values your time by keeping you informed of their work load at the present time so you're not waiting for hours and they're not able to get to you so I REALLY appreciated that. Will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend to others

The best staff you can ask for! The best place to get your transmission repaired or get at least running at a great price! I would recommend this place for get your car maintenance!

Went to get my exhaust tip replaced and they claimed I had a hole in my muffler and exhaust leaks wanted to charge me over 400$. No leak and no holes were in my exhaust.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I had to have a catalytic converter replaced along with two oxygen sensors. They installed parts that I provided. Their labor charge was very reasonable, and they didn't try to upsell anything else to me. It was a very straightforward process, and I wasn't left guessing. Will likely use them again.

The receptionist is very friendly and welcoming! I had to get a new catalytic converter. I took my own part in. The price was very reasonable! I will definitely return to them for other repairs.

I took my car to exhaust pro systems to get it fixed. Mike and the staff here are wonderful. I have been taking my Ford to a dealership for years and have had many problems with them so I decided to check out Exhaust Pro. They were very efficient and fair and I appreciate that. They saved me about $200 since I didn't go to an overpriced dealer and fixed my car right. Needless to say I will always use them in the future for any car issues.

Very friendly and did a great job with a custom exhaust i wanted at a good price as well, they got my car started soon as i got there and finished in a couple hours. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a custom exhaust job.

They always do great work! They work quickly and always explain what needs to be done. If need be, they'll take me in the garage and show me on the car itself. Excellent sevice everytime...just make sure you get there early!

Let me start by saying the staff there is wonderful - But Mike on the other hand is more like a Dr . jekyll and Mr.Hyde-Reason being I have been going there for at least two years getting the same service on my car every time for the same price - well yesterday for some odd reason he doubled the price and when I confronted him about he was very unprofessional even though on several occasion he himself quoted me the price and when I reminded him of that and even offered to show him the receipts - his response well I most of quoted you wrong and he wouldn't even honor the recent price even though he himself qouted me the price-WOW - Says a lot about a person who cannot honor there on word especially when they have the power to change it - So yeah don't know if he was having a bad day or what God knows we all do - But me myself being in Management know THAT YOU NEVER BRING YOUR PROBLEMS TO WORK - And last but not least you Never treat a customer with disrespect because without a customer you have no Business-

The manager at this place is so rude! I took my car to them before and they told me my exhaust was not stopped up it was something else so I paid to get that fixed and comes to find out from another shop it was stopped up so I spent $270 in there and they tell me your car have other problems I mean you are a shop you can t tell me what s wrong with it? even after I paid $70 just to get it ran on the machine. They tell you one thang and it s another all they do is try to get your money!Service: Exhaust

I had Exhaust/ muffler work performed on Saturday.. they close at 1pm so I wasn t able to take the car back for the issues had.. Monday morning I arrived at the shop around 10 AM and the Manager/ owner or what ever he is proceeded to get smart with me and assumed I was going to to except the attitude after I spent money at the shop the previous Saturday needless to say I put him in his place immediately, but to be in a manager position and having that kind of attitude towards customers is unprofessional... they will fix the issues with my car but I will NOT be spending anymore of my money at that location... my advice to anyone who will be taking the vehicle to them for work please be sure you perform a thorough evaluation prior to leaving cause once he gets your money it seems he has no concern afterwards....

Had my vehicle fixed for a issue beyond my control. Later I had some other work done at another automobile shop and they noticed the problem that was suppose to be repaired. I took it back and they told me nothing was wrong. As a business stand behind the work that you do. That wasn't the case will not be doing business with them ever again.

My fianc� went in to check the cost of a muffler and they decided to do things on their own that wasn t asked to do and wanted to charge him for it! They are scammers and I definitely wouldn t recommend going to them !

My experience with exhaust pro was good at first I got my car inspected to see what was wrong with it they came and told me what was wrong with it and the price was a little high but for me it was okay when I got my car back about two days later the same noise came back so I took the car back to them and they told me that the mechanic had missed one of the parts SOOO for me as a customer I really did expect to get that part done with a discount off the price I know I can't get it for free but where's the customer service because I could have paid for all that right then and there so I'll give them two stars because that means now I had to come out more money so I just went elsewhere but the people are great

Try to make me spend money I didn't have to spend. People please get a second opinion. Took my Lexus to a certified Toyota mechanic with 40 years experience. He told me I didn't need none of those things that they say I need it, all I wanted was a 4-wheel alignment.

I only had the chance to deal with Mike, the owner. I've got to tell you, the guy is a snake. I needed a simple flange cut off and replaced. It's 2.25" pipe on my vehicle, and the manifold will not accept a gasket any bigger than that or it will leak. Well, guess what? Mike the know it all used a 2.5", thus requiring a bigger gasket, and just filled in the gap with weld. Didn't notice until a week later when the exhaust started leaking from my brand new flange! I'll take my business to someone who knows what they're doing, and that charges a fair rate for quality work!

Purchased a catback exhaust for my mk6 GTI. Spent a lot of money to be slightly underwhelmed by the sound. Took it to exhaust pro and spent waaay less than I was thinking for a resonator delete. Few bucks and 45 minutes later my car sounds like I've always wanted it to and crackles and pops like a bat out of hell. Love it. Thanks guys.

Horrible customer service!!! kept telling me tons of thing that they thought was wrg w the car when I only came for an alinement. The boss even told me that I should take my car somewhere else lol the worst place in town!!! I will never go back and suggest that you do the same.
