Fantastic experience after I took them my car for a deer collision. Repairs were finished ahead of schedule, my car looked fantastic, and the pre-work communication was clear and on point. They made the entire process very streamline which saved me quite the headache. Entry receptionists were also very nice both on the phone and in person, though I did not get their names.Definitely recommend

Our brand new car got hit with less than 800 miles on it. CBW was a preferred body shop with the insurance of the party at fault. CBW (Cameron) had great communication about the progress of the work on our car. It took a few days longer (as we expected because extra damage is always found). When the car was returned to us there was still a dent and there were numerous scratches on the body below the rear window. They immediately worked for us to bring the car back and rectify the situation. The area of initial damage is much better, even if not 100% and the scratches are gone. However, we now have some damage to our black rim. Hopefully this review has management reminding their employees to be more careful with all parts of a car they are working on or removing from the vehicle.

Got into an accident and asked the Northlake location to repair my car. Car looks amazing and work was done a day early! Kameron was a great estimator who I gladly got to know and the receptionist is a very friendly woman. Amazing Staff!! Couldn t ask for better! Hit a deer and had to have the bumper, fender, side mirror and door repaired. One of the guys found more damage that the auditor missed and made sure it was taken care of too. Work was completed 5 days early. Highly recommend to anyone looking for helpful and efficient services!! I was rear ended by a uhaul that left the scene and the staff here couldn t have been more accommodating. Abby at the front desk went above and beyond to help coordinate between myself and the third party insurance which relieved a lot of the stress for me. Chance did excellent work on my Subaru to make it just like new again! Will definitely refer my friends and family to this establishment.Service: Body & Trim

Turned my vehicle in for repairs on 17July23. The individual i was working with kept me informed with information however it was not always the correct information which caused confusion between us. When i picked up my vehicle i was not briefed on what was completed however during a phone call he said my rear passenger door was replaced but they're are significant chips in the door, very noticeable, which makes me believe that's why he didn't walk me out and explain the repairs to me.

I've been using CBW for many many years for several different vehicles. I've seen management and staff changes over the years. Several years passed on one of the last repairs. The paint began bubbling and eventually peeled. I contacted CBW with what I saw and without hesitation they said bring it in and let us look at it. Even though quite a few years had passed and the management and staff changed, they told me to drop it off and it would be fixed in two days, no questions asked. And they followed through with that statement. Great customer service keeps me coming back! Thanks CBW!

I hit a deer and had to send my truck in for repair, it took them one week to replace the plastic grill on my vehicle, and then they sent it off to the dealership to finish the work they couldn't complete, another week was wasted when the dealership returned vehicle after the second week of sitting around, only to find out there wasn't a problem to begin with.For the work that actually completed, they returned the vehicle to me with one of the new parts uninstalled, in the bed of my truck. Once I discovered this, I had to take off more time from work to come back in to get it installed...

WOW.So much to write, so little space and time.My 2016 F150 got keyed on the two drivers side doors. When I took it to Adam he first gave me a quote right then and there, then told me they could take it in that day and start on it and have it back to me by the end of the week (which they did).While I waited for him to finish his estimate, Ciera their parts manager helped me look for a new hood that I wanted to put on my truck. She was able to get more answers in 10mins of looking than I had been able to find in a few weeks of searching. When we found out it wasn't going to fit she didn't try to pressure me into buying something I didn't want, and was just as happy as I was that I had gotten a definitive answer. She was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly.When I came to pick my truck up it was pristinely detailed and buffed, they made it look like she belonged on the show room floor of a dealership.When I dropped my truck off to have the door panels fixed I asked them to take a look at a few other spots that I had gashed my truck pretty good. I had two gashes that were about 6-9" long and went all the way down into the metal. On the other side I had a spot on my door that was about 9" Long x 4" Tall, from when I scraped it against a tree. They repaired both of the spots to the point where you could not tell that anything had even happened to them, even while standing in the sun and knowing exactly where the scratches had occurred.When I dropped my truck off I expected my truck to perfect when I got it back, and even with my expectations as high as they were, I was still blown away at the quality of work from Adam and his crew. They also gave me a lifetime warranty on the work.I cannot say enough great things about CBW and would recommend them to anyone who is wanting to have any amount of quality work done on their vehicle.

It is rare to get this high level of customer service. I recently had some body work performed on my vehicle. And Chance Frazier gave me first class service. My experience at CBW was completely exceptional. Starting with the wonderful receptionist, Abby, she greeted me with a warm welcome and connected me with my service technician, Cameron. He was pleasant to conduct business with and very attentive to the many questions I asked of him concerning the repairs of my vehicle. I was regularly kept informed by Cameron of the repair status. The vehicle was ready the day that it was scheduled to be completed, washed and cleaned. Thank you Cameron, CBW, and staff.

Columbus Body Works is the BEST! They are extremely kind and VERY quick. Have never had a problem with them. Best body works shop in Columbus. Abby, the front desk receptionist, is extremely kind and caring!! Very helpful, efficient, professional and definitely cares for customers! 5 stars all around!

Wanted an estimate told I needed an appointment. Of the 2 cars in the parking lot was told I needed an appointment. Go inside I would have been the only customer. I had a scuff mark on my bumper would have taken seconds to see paper work I don t know that part. Most people probably wouldn t even bother but I m not that way. I have unfortunately used them for over 40 years wrecks accidents whatever. But never ever again. You can t give me 30 seconds to look paper work I don t know. I smell laziness.

CBW is by far the best body shop I ve ever used. They asked that I come by and so they could match the paint and come back a few days later to have the mirror put on. Said it would only take about 20 minutes. True to their word and the mirror is perfect. They also did a lot of body work on my son s car just a couple of months ago and it looks brand new now. They are professional, considerate and my favorite person there is Cameron Dudley because he really listens to my concerns. He s the best!Service: Body & Trim
