Amazing Customer Service!I arrived at the Veterans Parkway location around 4pm on a Tuesday. After explaining the unique fabrication request for my truck, John the manager and his team were able to complete my request the exact same day before they closed. John even loaned me a vehicle to use to run an errand while they worked on my truck. An amazing experience all around. I highly recommend Columbus Body Works for your vehicle needs. You will not be disappointed! I won t hesitate to use their services in the future if needed.

Please forgive me for forgetting the owners name but he was a very nice guy. I brought my 2016 Toyota Avalon in for him to look at and give me a quote and with my permission he was able to have one of his guys buff out the damage to my passenger side rear door and even added some paint, problem solved and the best part was he didn t even charge me, God place a special blessing on this gentleman and all the good people that work there with him, thanks!!

CBW did a GREAT job on my F150. Not only did they fix my windshield properly, they cleaned and vacuumed it out, and found a way to save me $100! They really went above and beyond. The staff was very nice and very professional. I recommend them!

I've used this shop twice. They are a the best. Will helped me with all the Insurance stuff I was confused with. They were very helpful and amazing. Highly recommended!!! The staff was very friendly and the service was very quick. However, it had been raining all week and the vehicle was washed before some minor touch-up paint was done. After driving home and waiting a week for it to stop raining to wash the vehicle. A large number of scratches were noted on the vehicle. After trying to contact someone who won't be named I called their office only to speak with him so that he could say that they can't do anything about it since I didn't notice it the day it happened. Now my vehicle has more scratches in it than before I brought it there.

Had a great experience at Columbus Body Works. Stopped by late in the afternoon with a unique need. Was warmly greeted and attended to immediately upon entering. They connected me with John. Loved that he introduced himself by name before asking about my issue and the entire interaction was personable, welcoming and friendly as he took the time to understand completely what issue I had. John brought my issue to a tech and they had me out the door with my problem fixed in less than 15 minutes and they even gave me a soda/water while I waited. Auto-issues can be a stressful experience but they made the experience easy and Columbus Body Works has definitely earned my business long term. Grateful for the fantastic experience and will be back with any future needs.

The technician did an excellent job on my vehicle. I can t say the same thing about the staff. They were nice until it came time for me to pick up my vehicle. I was given the runaround as far as the communication. The receptionist L I will call her; lacked interpersonal skills; unless she acted that way towards me because I was black. I had trusted them to repair my 2023 vehicle but yet they held my vehicle hostage until they were sure they got their remaining 1300. I had to come out of my pocket to get my vehicle. I would not recommend no one and I mean no one to trust them. Don t let their frivolous kindness fool you. The experience I had with them; I don t wish that on no one; no matter the color of your skin. That was the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. The lies, misinformation, non-communication, the lack of transparency and interpersonal skills was overwhelming up, out, and over the roof

I went to Columbus Body Works to have a Chip Foose Hood Scoop, and a Rear Spoiler that I purchased online painted and installed. I met with John Weddle and I was very impressed with not only his expertise, but his professional opinion which I asked him for as we did a walk around my vehicle. John's advice was spot on and he actually saved me some money with what I consider to be Outstanding Customer Care. The man definitely knows his job very well. Many Thanks to John and his team there who done an Amazing job with my vehicle. They have EARNED not only my respect but my future business for sure. I have included some picts. not to brag, but to instead show their professionalism.

CBW located at 1919 Veteran s Parkway Columbus Ga. I took my car in for repairs and picked my car up and later noticed that my front floor mats (weather tech) were taken and cheaper carpet mats were placed! My rear mats were taken as well and replaced with a one piece rear mat, where as I had two separate rear mats. The rear mat was covered with the rear weather tech mat! Is this what happens? I should not have to remove my mats to have my car serviced! It gives a bad feeling when you leave your vehicle and things are taken! ZERO STARS for this location! The work that was done has been over shadowed by the theft!Service: Body & Trim

I had a great experience with Columbus Body Works, specifically Tre. He was extremely kind and VERY knowledgeable. He bent over backwards and came with receipts when dealing with the incompetent car insurance agent. I believe I spoke with the manager upon picking up my vehicle and he was well rehearsed on the situation as well. They even drove my rental car back to the rental company on top of allowing me to pick up my car early due to me having to go out of town. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Trey was incredibly helpful and professional! He got me an estimate within 30 mins, and I was able to drop off my car to be worked on the next day. My car s rear fender needed cosmetic work and Trey was able to get the job done at a low cost. Highly recommend CBW, with a shoutout to Trey!

This has been my go to shop for any body work repairs. They do a great job and stand behind their work. Two years back I had a doe crush the driver side door on my truck. Unfortunately the paint peeled at the bottom of the doors a few months ago and CBW repaired it at no cost. Looks as good as the day I bought it.

Incredible business!! I stopped in to get an estimate on a very small repair yesterday. John looked at the repair needed and told me to bring the car in the next day (Saturday) at 9:00 for the repair. I arrived at 9:00 and was out by 10:00. Every employee I engaged with was focused, hustling, attentive and exhibited pride in their work. The most impressive businesses I have discovered in a long time.

About a year ago I was in am accident and my entire right side was damaged on my vehicle, so I took my car to CBE for an estimate. I thought looking at the damage that it would be extremely high but it wasn't. It was fairly reasonable. My insurance company at the time even referred me to them!Everyone I met there from the front desk on were extremely friendly, extremely well versed in their knowledge of vehicles. The waiting room was comfortable and extremely clean. The staff were very hospitable and offered water, sodas, and coffee. They even gave us cups and t shirts welcoming us for our first time. I was totally impressed with everything about this company.Nine days later I received my vehicle and it looked as good as new and drive as good as new. I assured them if I ever needed work done again I would definitely be coming back to them! Unfortunately, I didn't realize I would have to do so again so soon! Once again, my car has been involved in an accident and once again I am going to be needing miracle work done by these amazing people at Columbus Body Works of 1029 Veterans Parkway. Keep up the good work people! I will, in return, keep telling everyone how great you are!!! Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Painting, Body & Trim, Brakes, Battery

These folks are the BEST! Helped us with a broken window. Quoted us two different prices and temporarily fixed the problem FREE OF CHARGE so we could travel the same day! They have our business from now on!
