I was planning on getting new tires on two of my three vehicles and asked them to check my vehicles for tread wear. They said to continue driving for the time being. These are honest folks! I have been a customer for 20 years and they have my trust!

I had the very best experience at Bross tire today! They let me know what was going on with my vehicle and even though I had offered to pay for the evaluation, they told me that there would be no charge today.They could have told me lots of things were wrong with my truck but they didn't. They told me the issue, which was a bad alternator. Before I left, I asked them again if I could pay them for the evaluation, but they again, kindly said no. These are the most kind hearted people in Columbus! I would recommend thier honest work to anyone! I really appreciated them!

Awesome and honest!! I had a flat and originally took my car to Mavis on. schomburg they immediately told me my brand new tire needed replaced and couldn t be fixed. I decided to call aroundAnd get pricing and when I took my car to replace the tire even though they had special order a tire for me they looked at it and said this can be fixed. I saved me $300.

Excellent customer service and very trustworthy! They were busy, which was understandable, but apologized for the wait and made sure I was taken care of. I needed a patch for one of my tires and they handled the problem perfectly. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

This is the place to go for tires! Our car, truck and camper all have tires from Bross. We also get our oil changed here regularly with free tire rotation as well. Quick friendly service with fair prices.

I first visited Bross' tires back in May due to a loud noise coming from my daughter's rear tire, I brought it to them at the end of the day within an expectation of picking up the next day. However, they diagnosed a bad hub, contacted me, and replaced it the same day; the vehicle was ready for pickup. Although I was pleased with that visit I did not leave a review. I ended up going back there a week ago for an alignment, I did not have a problem waiting even though there were four customers in the store. The gentlemen at the counter told me there would be, at least, 1.5 hour wait and needless to say.....45 minutes later my vehicle was completed, paperwork in hand and I was on my way.

I have been going here for years. Great service and honest. I never feel like I've been recommended a service or product I didn't need. Reasonable prices for all their services and products.

My first time here and I do not regret it! I got some BFG tires for my truck. While I waited I talked with two very nice older gentleman and they both have been coming here for over 20 years, enough said for me. The staff was friendly and helpful, the mechanics were great and willing to answer any and all questions. Overall this establishment had that friendly small town feel and if you need tires I would 100% reccomend it to anyone.

Horrible autoshop. I took my car to get its brakes done, and they scammed me for parts. They never replaced my Calipers, but they charged me for it.

As a woman, most car places try to either take advantage of you or assume you are clueless when it comes to cars. Eight years ago I was searching for tires and went to a few local places for advice and estimates. I stopped at Bross Tire, mostly because it was across the street from the other tire place I had just been. It was instantly different from the other tire shops. They listened to what I wanted, showed me an example of the tire they thought best met my needs and never assumed that I was clueless when it came to cars - which I'm not. I ordered tires from them that day and have been a customer ever since. I've taken brand new cars still under factory warranty to Bross because I actually trust that they will do a better job. Through 5 cars I've had all of my tires and maintenance done at Bross and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend Bross Tire and wish all businesses were we as honest and customer friendly.

Quick stop in because i was concerned about my tire pressure indicatior. Even though all I wanted was a quick pressure check the manager had someone get on it right away and everyone was friendly from beginning to end. I will definitely go back when it's time for me to purchase new tires or for any other services that they offer. Would 100% recommend!

I can say I've been a customer of Bross Tires since 2008, and they always provide first rate and courteous service. My late father in law was a customer of theirs for many years, and he steered me their way when we moved to Columbus-I've never regretted it!

Let me first start off by saying I received online quote from owner. When I arrived at the shop I asked the guy at the counter about the tires I had previously received the quote about. I did not mention the email quote at first. The guy seemed dumbfounded that I would get a quote $200 cheaper from the owner than what he had just quoted me. We finally agreed on the tires and the price that was quoted to me in the email. Shortly after sitting and waiting for them to install the tires he came to me and told me that they were conveniently out of that specific tire and they only had 2 in stock. They could give me a better tire for the same price. The new tires coming to find out we're not better. I just left a new tire place to get my tires rebalanced. A job that they were supposed to do when I bought my tires from them. The guy at the tire place that I just left said that every tire was out of balance and it look like they didn't even try to balance them. They didn't use sticky weights on the inside of my stock Nissan rims. And to top it all off when I got home from Bross tire I noticed that the spare tire was dangling below my vehicle. They didn't even take the time to secure my spare tire underneath my vehicle. Needless to say I will not go back nor will I refer anybody.

It was the first time and it's going to be last time. When I walk in I asked how much you Chargin for the alignment and he said $69 and I said ok I will be right back when I came back I done the alignment and he said it's going to be $89 I told him when I came early it was a different guy i asked him for the alignment price before I decide if I want to do it here or not he said 69 and you charged me 89 and he said I don't know why he says 69 we usually charge 89 . Anyway when he done my alignment I took my car for a test drive and my car was pulling to the right and i called him twice I told him my alignment is not right it keeps pulling to the right and he said check your tires and I have brand new tires and I came back to the shop I told him check the alignment make sure if it's is it right or not he said yeah I done is right check your tires so I took it to different places and they fix it for me

Stay away from this place, they will rip you off. They charged me $300 for a simple front-end alignment on my Ford truck and then overcharged me for parts that I later found out I could have got at half the price elsewhere. Rude customer service.

As a former employee.... I will say I have nothing but, RESPECT on the way this Operation is ran.... if you want Cheap.... well shop Cheap.... if you want Quality.... and a Fair Price and Service... this is the Place I Recommend... interesting FACT.. you do not stay in business for 40+ years unless your doing something RIGHT!

This is in response to the two negative responses we have received. The first was from Mark Johnson,we have no one by that name in our files, so we assume this is a made up name.The second person Steve Grogan. We changed his oil on his Acura in October 2015 and fixed a flat in June of 2015. On 2002 we replaced a Fuel Pump on his 2002 Chevrolet 1500, in July 2002. But to my knowledge did not have any problem with the work performed.Bross Tire Sales had been in business for over 43 years and we strive to do the best work possible all at the lowest price. As usual, they will do nothing but rip you off with their over inflated prices. I have had them lie about replacing a part on my vehicle when they didn't even touch that part.You would never think they would be so scandalous as they smile and make small talk, but all the while ..they are gouging you with outrageous prices and false repairs.I will Never buy anything from this place again, and certainly will go to Sams for tires because at Sams you only pay $ 7.50 for road hazard where as you will pay $ 20.00 per repair at Ripoff Bross Tires.

The worst customer service, disrespectful personal and poor job. I just need repair 1 tire(nail on it)they took almost 2 hr with a empty shop. They scratch my wheel, set the tire pressure 30 PSI on a 1/2 ton truck. Do not go to this place, don t waste your time and money in this shop.

So called fixed my brakes eight months ago...BRAKES ARE SCRUBING BAD RIGHT NOW...POOR PISS JOB DONE..HAVE THE NERVE TO HAVE ATTITUDE TOWARDS FEMALES. NEVER AGAIN OVER PRICED ESTABLISHMENT
