Amazing Dealership! Jackie in sales and Alex the sales manager were outstanding to work with super knowledgeable and very kind and caring. They took great care of me and my out of state transaction was very smooth and easy to do. The 7 series I bought from them is immaculate! If your looking at a car from this dealership buy it you will not regret it!

Best experience! Justin, Darnell, and Chris were excellent finding my perfect car that fit all of my needs - including my budget! From start to finish, everyone was so nice and accommodating. They let me know about a parking sensor that was out right away and they already had it ordered for replacement. The honesty and integrity of service they provided me was outstanding and they have definitely secured me as a lifelong customer and a BMW owner for life! I absolutely love my X5!! It drives like a dream!

I highly recommend this business. My tech Mark is always patient and explains everything that I need for service. He goes above and beyond to help me understand. BMW of Columbus customer service is second to none. They treat you like family.

The customer service here @ this lot is undeniably remarkable. They make you feel as important as the president or CEO of BMW. Now with that being said, I'm not gonna go into details about the quality of the vehicle that I received until a manager contacts me 1st. I will come back and rate the vehicles performance after I give them a fair chance to address any maintenance issues @ hand. 5 Stars for now for the staff, Mr. Stan, the financial team & every associate there, down to the janitor. Exceptional team!

Exceptional dealership with outstanding customer service, from the receptionist to the salesman and the finance manager. Thank you for selling me a wonderful vehicle at a great price and for taking excellent care of me as a customer. Mr. Wade, your honesty and hospitality mean a lot. Please don't ever change; you're the heart and soul of BMW of Columbus. Next time I'm in the market for another vehicle, I won't hesitate to make the drive to Columbus to do business with this dealership. This industry needs more honest and professionals like you.

Back in May, Mr.Dave the salesman immediately came to introduce himself and assist me with looking at vehicles. He welcomed my friend and I with a happy smile and bottled water! This means a lot and says a lot being that I went to a BMW location days prior to and no one even came out to acknowledge me. The staff was helpful and attentive to my needs and wants and made sure I was satisfied and comfortable. The process was a breeze and there wasn't any red tape involved! I'm enjoying my X3 and I will purchase here again in the future!

Thomas, James and the genius (forgot his name) were great to work with. The finance manager Chris could learn some people skills. Came off as rude and condescending when I politely refused his warranty offerings.

David was excellent. He did use a sales pitch he was honest and straightforward. When we arrived at the dealership after the deal was made the vehicle was clean gased up and ready to go. Awesome job BMW of Columbus

I visited this dealership in June to service my M6. I only note the model of my car as unfortunately it requires special tires, special oil, special parts etc., which can be a challenge for many dealerships to order and service. Since moving from Houston last year, where there are 3 M-qualified BMW dealerships within 30 minutes of each other, I have struggled to find a place to service my car (trust me don t take your car to the Montgomery BMW dealership). However, when I arrived, Zach took care of me and I was able to get two tires changed, my alignment recalibrated, oil changed, and full diagnostic tests done in just under 3 hours, which is insanely efficient. The staff was friendly, the facility and waiting area were spotlessly clean, and there were many new models of BMW to gawk at while waiting. I truly can t say anything negative about my experience at this location and will be returning as soon as my car needs its next maintenance!

My experience was flawless. All my questions were answered. Everyone had patience with me and still supported me, even when I almost went with a different car brand for my own knucklehead reasons. I stuck with the BMW and I do not regret. Thank you Matt for being the best Car Salesman I ever had. Truly exceptional. 10/10

Great experience. Easy communication and test drive. Was in and out of dealership with a great rate and purchase within an hour. No haggling just straight forward negotiations. They even found us a better rate the next day and called us back and literally took 3 minutes and saved us $40 a month our payment. Would highly recommend!!!

The team at BMW Columbus have been great. We've purchased two vehicles from them and both experiences have been excellent. Not only their sales team but their service department too. I can highly recommend them for your new and used car needs. They have our business for the foreseeable future.

I've been patronizing BMW since 2006 and the service has always been great. The customer service is great, and the staff are always friendly. Each time I take my car in for service, I never have an issue with it after service. Thanks BMW for keeping my car right and safe on the road.

Spent thousands of dollars getting my truck fixed. And it didn t stay fixed for 2 weeks. 3 different diagnostic and same problem. Truck literally went out on the side of the road at night

Check these folks out. Called about a car. Salesman had someone send me a video, drove the car, and made sure it was clean. Called me back and over the phone bought the car for my daughter and they delivered the car to her the same day in Savannah. Unbelievable service in selling a used car. Kudos to them!

My experience with BMW of Columbus has been excellent. Mr. James Wade have sold my husband and me a couple of automobiles over the years and we have been very pleased. We met Elaine Rocamora two weeks ago and she has been awesome explaining all the features that we have with our new vehicle.The Manger, loan officer and the entire staff has been awesome. I recommend BMW OF COLUMBUS highly.

I had a 8:30 am its 10:50 am no one has given me a update on my car on . Only a text . I came for a oil change and air filter.now I needed breaks. I hate coming dealership . it always cost me more.

The car had been bought from Carvana. Silver Rock approved repairs which were done satisfactorily. I was surprised that I was required to pay the tax on the total repair when Silver Rock said I was only responsible for the $100.00 deductible l.

Traveled from Florida to purchase a new X5 and this dealership is fantastic. Worked with several BMW and Porsche dealerships over the years and this one ranks at the top of the list. Worked with David Noelte in sales, Chris in Finance, and Elaine on the BMW Genius team and they were all amazing!
