Horrible service one of the workers got a attitude and didn't what kind of items they have in the store and then later try lied about what he said. MW not going say his first name because he might his job. I used to go store all times for parts I may never come back to store again.

Lazy liars is what they are maybe because I'm a woman but if another AutoZone said they were able to do something but this one claimed they couldn't and I could tell the man didn't want to come out in the cold to do a diagnostic test just lazy sapsuckers

I needed the battery put in my key fob, went to advance auto parts first they said they couldn't do it. right across the street was AutoZone, went there and Demetrius did a great job in about two seconds. I have to say also, the phone was ringing nonstop, the other girl had to help another customer on the phone and there's other people in line and they kept their cool the whole time. Thank you thank you so much awesome customer service

MARCUS WAS WONDERFUL very helpful . Was willing to help we had a great conversation. A+ customer service. Only one star because of the Manager very rude claim to be comes to listen to my car but went to smoke a cigarette . When we made eye contact he went to hide behind a car . When I went in to see he acted like he was busy. Again Marcus came to offer his help. In my opinion MAKE MARCUS MANGER . The current one is a JOKE!

since my review was taken down, I'll hit it up here again. The absolute harassment that occurs in this store is disgusting. I have been mocked several times in the store for being female. Comments from employees like "Shouldn't a man be in here for you so you get the right parts?" " Are you sure you know what you're doing? Don't you have a man you can call to make sure you're doing the job right?"I have been a mechanic for the better part of 12 years. They have told me that I dont know what parts I need because THEY have never seen it. Then i find it for them on the computer, and they argue with me that I don't need it. ( Gaskets, mounts, hoses, etc)I had one employee insult me to another customer because I told him the part he gave me was wrong but he knew better and i was just stupid. ( IT was in fact the wrong part)An older worker on my final visit said something akin to "There's no way you're doing this work yourself?" Referring to a job being done on an older truck. I will never buy parts here again. It may not be all locations, but this one specifically has some serious management and training issues that need to be addressed.

I promised Kerry (Victory Drive) that I would give a HUGE "shout-out" for going well-beyond what I expect from customer service.This young brother received my purchase for a turn signal lamp (rear) for my Buick Lucerne. Before I left the store, he asked about my knowledge of installing this component. I promptly replied that I was not knowledgeable of this task.Even though his work shift was over, he installed the lamp for me! I didn't ask, nor did I expect this young man to do this. But I am so appreciative of this great service. This reflects so well upon his character, his management, and the company. Five stars!!

Friendly and helpful staff. They need a little bit of trading though. I was looking for dielectric grease for my coil packs and the guy gave me some anti-seize packs, said this should work, lol. I just said thanks, paid for my stuff and went to find it somewhere elsewhere. At least they try.

They have my parts waiting when I get there, after ordering online. But I don't know why they offer curbside, because I called when I arrived and was told I still had to come inside. I can't give it half stars.One night I went in to get tag light (one was burned out). Young girl waited on me so fast and rude. Thought she was going to throw it at me. Asked if anybody there to put it in for me, she looked at other employee who was nice enough to try.

Customer service was not on point 1st I purchased a battery from the 32nd street store later to find out that that it needs an alternator. I specifically asked to check to see if it needs an battery or alternator he told me it needs a battery. Purchased a new alternator from Victory drive location later to find out this is a bad alternator after having it installed. I'm not understanding how a new alternator is bad. I feel that because I was a woman I was handled like this.

We were stuck 400 miles from home with a dead battery on 4th of July. This awesome team came to our hotel and tried to jump us. That didn t work out so they drove me back to the store for a new battery, then they drove me and the new battery back to the hotel, and installed it! We were then on our way home.Thank You

I was trying to purchase a cover for my vehicle, at auto zone.an employee took my information...ask me to hold, my knowledge of being put on hold was temporary.i was put on hold for 15 mins.i hung up, made a second attempt to get service.to no avail, this employee explain to me how, he just happen to be near the phone...he was a manager in another dept.i told him they had poor customer service.. and i was taking my business elsewhere.good customer service no longer exist.i would never patronize this establishment again!

I called about a product. I was quoted a price with tax. When I got there the price was different and they didn't have the product. Told me I would have to go to another store. No thanks

This AutoZone is Almost Awesome!!Offers a Wide Array of automotive items that Every Driver needs or will need as long as he/she is driving a car, truck or van.Reasonably Priced Too!!An ultra-clean environment with Exceptionally Professional Service!!You can't go wrong at This AutoZone!!Highly Recommended!!

This store is awesome! I had a problem with the serpentine belt area of my car. Firestone, the shop I went to, is overcharging me for the parts and labor to fix this. I did some research and I notice I can buy the exact same parts they quoted me in autozone, saving me about $100 in parts and labor. So I went to this store.I have little experience with fixing cars. The store manager, Jose, was really friendly with me. He help me find the part I need, the tools I may need, and he even went out the store to check my car and help me out with fixing it a bit!! Overall, he spent around 30 minutes to an hour helping me take off a stubborn bolt in the engine. This dude is awesome.If you want awesome customer service, this store won't let you down.
