I had an excellent experience with AutoNation South in Columbus, GA. Josh Lang and the team were excellent at helping get my car assessed, working with the insurance company, making sure the parts were ordered to my specifications, and putting in a new engine without further damage (not my experience with other dealerships). They returned my car to me clean and in perfect working order, with excellent customer service along the way for a reasonable cost. I hope everyone's experience is as good as mine as it's clear that Josh has integrity and cares aboutdoing what's right. I would definitely recommend.

I had an appointment with Heidi today. No one told me that my car had to stay for 5 days for diagnostic. Also, while talking with her, two technicians came in. They almost knocked me out of the way. I had to back up. I felt disrespected. I said so aloud but no one said anything. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated. I can take my money somewhere else. Someone needs to train these technicians on how to treat potential customers.

I came in to this place feeling skeptical and on-guard and came out with my faith in humanity restored. We were helped by a number of sales associates who went out of their way to help us find the right vehicle for our budget, especially Dale and Angela who were absolute superstars who bent over backwards to ensure we left the building satisfied with our purchase.

Thumbs up to the Parts department for locating a door for my truck. Been looking for a door for over a month since Chrysler has RAM door replacements on back order across the nation. You guys don t even know how appreciative I am.
