I recently had my first oil change at the AutoNation South Columbus GA location and had exceptional customer service. I had to wait and they respected that with a lounge with free coffee and I only had time to drink one cup! Chris, my service guy was super easy and very informative about my vehicles health. I will certainly take my business back to them.

I had a great experience with this location in Columbus. Sad I had to travel so far to get a excellent deal. This is especially hurtful after my local dealers customer service skills and low balling my trade sunk the sale. My salesman in Columbus was attentive and willing to work with me to make the sale happen. I was impressed with Jason. Thanks for a experience.

My experience was very great.All communication was great right up until I went to pick up my car. When I left my car, they gave me a ride home. The driver was very kind and respectful. I enjoyed my visit there. When I bring my cars there, I feel like I am in Good Hand every time.

I had gone by dealership a couple of times looking at my vehicle. I wasn't pressured or anything by salesman. Everyone was very nice and courteous. Vehicle was cleaned and they filled the tank up for me. Easiest process I've experienced buying a car.

This was a very pleasant experience which you rarely hear in the new car purchase world. They did everything possible to get me the deal I needed to purchase a new truck. I spoke with three Dodge dealerships and the other 2 were terrible. I would recommend AutoNation South Columbus for your new car/truck needs.

Again, the service department was a home run! I drove right in and within a couple of hours my truck was finished. My previous comment still stands true so, I m going to leave it. (The service department is awesome! I called and got an appointment for the next day, drove right in, and got my truck taken care of. The new building next door is very nice and made the wait comfortable. They had some nice cars to look and dream of! Also, they did a nice job washing my truck as well! I highly recommend them!)

I bought my Jeep here, so let s service here. Never again. Started out fine, was told 1 1/2 hours, so they drove me over to where I would wait as they were under construction. 3 hours later, asked about my Jeep, said it was done would send someone to pick me up. An hour later I went ahead and walked to the service department. 4 Hours. Don t wait for your car, go somewhere else where they are upfront and communicate with you.

Took my van in because it had a bad smell coming from it. Through the process they found the problem and the mechanic Clinton was very helpful and awesome. He kept me updated and did a great job on my van.

My Dodge Durango has been at your shop for 56 days now. The car is still sitting in the same spot it was towed too. Dec 26th was when it was towed. It was the starter at first, fixed it and then said the engine was messed up. Chris ordered the engine and said it would be here the 31st of January and take about 2 days after to have it fixed. Check again And still no car within those 2 days. Husband when to check again and was told the same thing. Car would be fixed by last Friday but no later than this past Tuesday. He went back again yesterday 03.13.2024 and the car is still parked in the same spot and hadn't been moved. Something needs to be done.

Purchased a 2022 Jeep Renegade Latitude at AutoNation South and have been driving it now for 2 weeks- it's awesome! Initially I was considering searching for vehicles up in Atlanta but after seeing their inventory and offers I made the drive to their dealership on a Friday. I met with Richard from their sales team and told him what I was looking for in pre-owned inventory along with what kind of deal I was looking for. Richard and I walked the lot and he suggested the possibility of a new 2022 model which would come in at roughly the same price or lower, which ended up totally true. Settled for a Black 2022 Jeep Renegade Latitude (initially was looking for something like the old 2014 Compass I had) and I'm honestly impressed by this Jeep SUV. The Renegades are very on point with features and still handle like a Jeep. I needed to run the deal by my wife of course, and Richard and AutoNation South were kind enough to allow me to borrow the vehicle overnight to show my wife since she couldn't be at the initial walk-through. The following Saturday morning we bought it. No price hassles, no price surprises, no APR surprises, but just a very easygoing and straight forward deal the entire way through. Richard and the team gave me the full walk-through of all the new Jeep features and our purchase experience took about 2.5 hours. We've had zero issues with our new Jeep Renegade and plan on having this one for a long time.Thanks to Richard and the AutoNation South team for a very satisfying purchasing experience. My wife and I will definitely consider purchasing another new vehicle here the next time we need one. I'd recommend Richard and the dealership to anyone in the area on the market for a new or used Jeep. A legit 5/5 at this location. Thanks again guys!

My last experience and last visit was on November 29th, 2023. It was a great experience. The customer service was excellent. My service advisor Josh Lane has a great personality and he is very professional . The service Manager Chris is very knowledgeable and also has a professional experience attitude . Great job you guys !!!! You really take care of your customers, especially me. I really do appreciate your kindness to me.

I had gotten used used to in the past with other dealerships of getting pushed around, not getting what I really wanted, But when I went here they made my dreams a reality, and got my dream jeep. I bought a certified pre owned Ram. Darius was a really good salesman who had a lot of knowledge about the vehicle. He didn't try and sell me anything I want interested in like some salesmen do. I appreciate that. Between him and the sales manager, Dale, they were easy to work with and kept their word on any agreement we made. My truck needed a few repairs and both the sales team and the service department was quick to help and accommodate. I think as long as you treat these people right and don't try and don't make unreasonable demands, they will take care of you. I've had the truck a little over a week now and so far the experience has been a good one.Based on the relationships built and the customer service, I will continue to buy trucks here as long as I'm in the area. I even look forward to the service department installing the lift, exhaust, and tires I will buy in the future.Thank you to the sales team for keeping your word and extending your help beyond what is necessary. That goes a long way.

I ve utilized Autonation South Columbus service s on several occasions for scheduled maintenance and repair. The appointment was always easy to get into quickly, and the services or diagnosis was just as fast. I am extremely thankful to Chris Wesolko who assisted me in navigating a recent repair. I had a Family emergency that required my attention swiftly and he made sure my car was ready so I could go. I highly recommend AutoNation South Columbus, you ll be happy you did.

It was easy to schedule an appointment on line and they were waiting for me to pull up. I had a water in fuel light come on and needed to have it checked. Took a little over an hour but they did their due diligence and got the issue fixed for me. Thank you!

I recently had my air shocks replaced at Autonation South. My vehicle was there from 9-1-23 to 12-22-23 due to a strike and it was impossible for them to get my parts. My vehicle was fixed once the parts came in however I'm going to have to address an issue with the Shop Manager. On a personal note, I feel like they could've given me a loaner vehicle because this whole ordeal having to rent a car from Enterprise cost me over $2300.00 and that money could've been saved. I'm just happy to have my vehicle back.

When I arrived my truck was being cleaned which took quite a while to complete. The paperwork was a long exhausting time, I was at the dealership 4 1/2 hours. Simple things that should have been repaired by the dealership fell on deaf ear. I would never do business with this Auto Nation dealer again.

I recently had an engine replaced for factory recall. I dropped it off on a Wednesday and picked it up the same Friday. It was an incredibly fast turn around for an engine swap, I was provided free shuttle service back to my door step, and after pick up the interior and floor mats had been cleaned. I left with a new engine, and a new car smell!

These People Suck They Don't Know What They Are Doing They Are Rude And Well Over Priced They Need To Be Sued Or Closed Down! An I told them to check my battery or whatever to see why my car was going dead after letting it sit for a day or so they told me nothing was wrong I went to pick my vehicle up an it was dead in their parking lot, I said that's crazy it's nothing wrong but my vehicle work start so he says oh I'll give u a jump that took 45 Mins to do. Smh I'd never go back even if they were last on earth.

Let me tell y'all about my experience with this place. My wife bought a 2020 Jeep brand new from there and let's just say that it has been bad since we bought this jeep. First the alternator went out 6 months after we bought it. Then we had to wait 3 months to get one. Then I took the jeep in to get an oil change and tire rotation. They didn't put all the lug nuts on the jeep tire came off while I am driving. Thank God my wife wasn't diving her jeep but me. Wife jeep spent weeks in the shop and when I get a loaner they don't want me to drive it out of town. I am so over this place. I said I would never write anything negative about a place on Google no matter how bad. I have been here an hour waiting on their shuttle had to call my friend to come pick me up. This place is the worst. Enough is enough. I am done!!!!!!Update on my wife's jeep now that I have time to talk about it. In November took my wife jeep to the shop again this time the whole rear end had to be replaced. The car was in the shop for 2 months it took them so long to fix the jeep we traded it in while it was in the shop. I have warned you about this place if you go there good look. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone period. I do know they understand money if you don't give them any they will get their stuff together. I say again they lost a loyal customer my wife has driven a jeep for thirty years and you lost a customer just like that. Don't shop there if you want a Jeep or Chrysler product get it somewhere else. That's all I am saying.

Had a 9am appointment got there around 8:30am our only transportation so we were stuck. The man we had appointment with did not arrive until 12:30 / 1pm. All this time we waited a lot of workers were walking around but none had any customer service background because nobody noticed us nor offered any concern, coffee or anything else. We know they had a fire there a few days ago but DAMN atleast show some respect to your customers..
