I have a 2019 G70 and the check engine light came. Oh-O, needless to say anxiety immediately came to mind. However Mike and his team, put me at ease by letting me know exactly what the issue was and it could be repaired. Explained to me in layman s terms what was going on and why. They kept me abreast of the process and delivered to me on time as promised. I will definitely be a repeat customer.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Oil change

I had a problem with my blower for my heat and my A.C unit...they pinpointed the problem and resolved it .and let me know about a couple more things that I didn't know about...now my car is running the way it's supposed to.

I was looking for a location where could start taking my car for oil changes and auto maintenance. The staff we friendly and helpful. They worked me in and change my oil and inspected my car while I was there. It was nice to get a list of things that I need to prepare for to maintain the maintenance on my car.

What an outstanding experience at auto masters repair! They are very friendly, very informative and Cody kept me up-to-date with the status of my vehicle throughout the duration of the repair. There user friendly notification system was able to text me the link to show all the repairs that were needed, the estimated cost and approval to conduct the work. Thank you Auto Masters. I ve never been so impressed with an auto shop! Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and communicative. I received detailed reports every step of the way and felt confident in each assessment. I really can t say enough about how great of an experience it was! HIGHLY recommend Auto Masters.

I always have their team work on my vehicles because I trust them and that's worth a lot. Brought my vehicle in because it's having some transmission issues and they took it on some tests. but couldn't find the issue, although they notice something's wrong. They recommended another shop to help find the issue and the Automasters team didn't even charge me for their time spent. Find me another expert mechanics team like this, I'll wait. Still my mechanic team and always will be.

Everyone was very friendly at Auto Masters. I did make a 7:30 am appointment to be there first thing when they opened. They were just running a diagnostic on our car, and no mechanical work. I still had to leave my car and called my wife to come get me. I waited all day and they never got to my car. I left my car overnight. I received a text the following morning saying the Tech was working on my car. Less than two hours later, I received another text saying the work was completed. Got my wife to take me back. They told me the Tech drove the car and did feel the stutter and hesitation, but the diagnostic didn t show anything wrong. They said I would need to drive longer until it gets worse and throws a code. A little discouraged since I went through all of this, getting no answers, and it cost me $95.00.

UPDATE: it's been a couple weeks since I went in for my alignment, I was about to change the brake pads on my truck and realized I couldn't break the lug nuts free. The mechanic put them on so tight with an impact wrench that I could hardly break them free. Mind you I'm 6'3 300lbs. I had to stand on a 3 ft breaker bar and bounce to get them loose. Completely ridiculous. One of the lug nuts rounded off and now my tire is stuck on the truck. Thankfully there wasn't an emergency out in the middle of no where because there is no getting the tire off.Went in for an alignment, nice place and staff but after the alignment my steering wheel was turned left while driving straight. Called and spoke with someone and they told me to bring it back in so they could look at it. So I go back up there about an hour later and they take it in, 3 hours later they say the truck is done. Steering wheel still crooked and alignment was off again. I won't be back even to fix it for free. 2 strikes and you're out.

Can always count on AutoMasters to get the job done. I have been coming here since 2011 and have always experience superb customer service and full transparency for all repair costs. They were able to resolve the issues and get me back in my vehicle in under 48hrs. Cant say enough about this shop- must go to for your vehicle needs

I usually take my Volvo to Montgomery for service and repair but the dealer was backed up. I called auto masters who had my car diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner at a reasonable price.

Friendly, cordial people. I especially liked the way they kept me informed on the status of my repair. Quick and efficient service on the replacement of my radiator. Costs seem to be a bit less than the average for this job.

Auto Masters did a great job with my car. It was an emergency and they got me in and checked it all that day. They did the diagnostic testing and replaced some filters and replaced my dead battery. The general manager and office staff were extremely polite and friendly. However, I am not convinced the technician(s) did a thorough diagnostic of my air conditioning issue. We were told the condenser and compressor had to be replaced with a total estimate amounting to $3000. We took it to another shop that diagnosed a freon leak and repaired it for $283. The air conditioning now works perfectly. I m so glad we got a second opinion!Service: Air conditioning

Had my valve cover gaskets replaced, some time later while in their shop for another problem they discovered my gaskets were leaking again. Recently my vehicle was at the dealership for routine maintenance and it was discovered my valve cover gaskets are leaking!! Just because you say you can work on cars is not good enough!! My advice take it somewhere else!

I had less than 45 minutes to get my oil changed when I walked into this shop. They were polite, efficient, and courteous. My son and I waited in their waiting area that was stocked with toys for kids as well as snacks and drinks, a comfy recliner and TV for the adults. They took care of my car in the limited time I had and got me on my way! Thank you!

I brought my fusion in because I thought that there was a noise coming from the left side of the front end. David, the service advisor, was very helpful and getting the car checked out right away. I was surprised that they got me in so quickly, first thing in the morning. They checked out the vehicle thoroughly and found that there were no issues with the front end suspension. Even one of the technicians drove around with me to see if there were any noises, and the car was very quiet. I commend these folks for getting me in right away, particularly when I was in Columbus on business, and I live over two hours away. If I ever need any car issues resolved while I m in Columbus, I will check with these folks!Service: Vehicle Inspection

We came here to have them look at a car we were potentially purchasing. While we waited, we had them change the tires on our van. They have the best customer service and stayed open late for us to look at this car. The guy who was selling the car didn t end up showing up and they were so nice about it. I always have such a wonderful experience every time I go to auto masters! The last 2 times I have been I pull up to get a tire because mine was either blown or completely flat and I fixable and they stayed late making sure that I was taken care of and waited for me to go to sams and pick up the new tire and come back and this was 2 separate times over the last year! ve done business in the past with them and they give could quality service in a timely service while paying attention to details, I returned on 12/9/22 for a oil change then they brought another issue to my attention and it was completed by qualified technician. Thanks for your service
