The prices are great for quality work! I had a basic windshield replaced along with a rear quarter window. They were literally half the cost of a big box auto glass place. They are nice, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The only downfall is that you have to look hard for their business because it is hidden on the side of another business... but it was worth looking for!

My mom took a car she just bought here this morning to have the windshield replaced. A know on the inside was broken while in their care. My mom had just deep cleaned and detailed the car before taking it there. She literally used the button that was later broken on the way to dropping the car off. She immediately noticed the damage and called them just to be ignored and given the run around. They claimed nobody was inside the vehicle, but someone had to drive it from where it was parked to the back and then back up to the front. The man who drove it had a tool in his hand when he got into the vehicle so maybe he accidentally hit it. Regardless, not only are they not taking responsibility, but they're being sarcastic and calling my mom a liar. They responded "I'm sorry the car was damaged before you brought it here..." That's absolutely untrue. Even the person she bought the car from confirmed there was no damage and it was just bought a few days ago. We are 100% prepared to take this to small claims court and making a complaint through the BBB.

I took my Envoy to have the windshield replaced. When I picked it up, I noticed the top corner of the button that controls the fan for the heat/AC was broken. Ive called and left messages but noone except their answering service will call me back. I left a comment on their Facebook page and got a response that noone had been inside my vehicle and that it was damaged before it got there. That isnt true. My car had been moved twice so someone definitely was inside my car. I believe, after replacing the windshield, the technician had a tool in his hand and when placing the gearshift in park his tool hit my fan control button and busted it. This company wont talk to me, they wont try to resolve it and are practically calling me a liar. They should be ashamed of the way they treat their customers.

Best price around and incredible service - these guys are awesome! Had an appointment for a windshield replacement but couldn't find the keys anywhere so called to cancel and they came out to me instead! Definitely recommend and will absolutely use again!

I m ecstatic to share my experience with Auto Glass Specialists. The SUPER FAST from the initial phone call and return call of them ordering and installation date for my vehicle to be done(48h). I m totally a satisfied customer and definitely want to recommend this repair company. I m a customer for life.

Do it yourself or call PROFESSIONALS.Initially they were great. Being it was a window replaced on my passenger side. Dont expect them to take care of your vehicle. Window seal is missing. Had to reconnect(what was left of the handle myself). They called back Monday now havnt heard a word. THANKS GUYSSSSSS

They got our vehicle in quickly & repaired the window that Safelite said they couldn t order. These guys got it done quickly & efficiently.My only suggestion is investing in a small shop vac to clean up the glass pieces in the vehicle (from our shattered window). Other than that I really appreciate the work they did & getting the correct window the first time!

I called them late on a Friday for a windshield for my Jeep. Other shops in the area couldn't get it and their prices were much higher. Auto Glass Specialists had it in stock and was able to get me in first thing Monday morning for a replacement. The price was great, and the service and staff were awesome as well. I'm very happy with the windshield and I highly recommend them for all your glass replacement needs!

Love them! I just had my window replaced by them this morning. They were on time and friendly. They replaced my rear driver side window (due to a break-in) in about 30 minutes. And they came to my job to do it without any additional fees. They started my work day off right. I was very impressed & pleased! I will highly recommend them to my coworkers, family and friends. 110% satisfied all the way around! Fast, convenient, friendly, and competitively priced! Not only did they replace a cracked windshield 24 hours after I called, they came to my office and were in and out in <30 minutes, and were priced cheaper than what I thought was the cheapest in town. Would definitely use these guys again and refer friends. Do it, you won't be sorry!

called yesterday to talk about replacing my windshield. Amazing customer service over the phone when i spoke with Will. They came out next day (today) and replaced it while i was working. Angel and Will did a fast and amazing job. I would choose them over any other company. They drove from Columbus all the way to Hamilton GA with no extra fee. IF i could rate them 100 stars i would.

This company is great! A rock hit my windshield & cracked it on my way home from work one evening. I called them & the very next morning they came & replaced it for me. The quality of work is great & they got everything done fast! I would recommend them to anyone in search of a high quality, affordable windshield repair company! Thank you guys for the amazing job!

Everything about this business is top notch! They worked with me around scheduling conflicts and rain. On top of that, they came to me so I didn t have to worry about missing any work. Overall Wonderful Experience! Very professional (Tony and Will were both very friendly and helpful), quick (had a new windshield less than 24 hours after I called them), convienient (they came to my work), and affordable (called over 10 places and they beat everyones prices by ALOT!) I will recommend them to everyone I know and will use them again!

Safelite wanted to charge me $350 for my windshield replacement. Auto glass specialists charged me $170! If you are looking for reliable and affordable glass repair or replacement, I highly recommend their services! Called Monday, they came the very next day (they will come to you, score!) And were done in 30minutes! Can't beat that.

They searched for equipment for my unique. Glass application for my Nissan convertible. After getting what was needed, they went to work and completed a that other shops said could not be done and were very very rude. But AGS made sure I was satisfied I will definitely return and send others.

The experience was great, very professional! I had the same service done before by Safelite for $300+ and when I needed it done again the price was $426+, so I contacted AGS and that same service cost me only $240 + 15% tip I gave ($276)

Have used a number of Columbus glass companies over the years, these guys are by far the best. They come straight to my work and replaced the glass on site, didn't have to drop car off any where and arrange for rides, and they guys were very professional in answering all of my questions. Will definitely be getting back with them for any of my glass needs in the future.Thank you
