The staff at the Advance in Columbus were amazing. We were traveling from Atlanta to Florida and had an alternator failure in Columbus. Luckily this location had an alternator in stock and let me use a cart and their tools to swap out the part in their parking lot. We had four small children and could've been left stranded if it weren't for the staff loaning us tools to get the job done. Hats off to the staff at this Advance location! Thank you!

Glad you closed and locked the store 10 minutes before closing. You should probably change your hours to reflect so you don't have customers coming down while your hours say your open.

If this is the advance auto in the downtown area its the worse i will NEVER go here again...I purchased a throttle body from there 08/04/2004 the guy whom I believe is also the manger said he couldn't give me a receipt at the time cause the computer was down..but he would email something he never did will I started having problems out of the throttle body..went to there to return the item he claimed he couldn't find it in the computer...so I still had the box that the item came in..took it back inside the store to him he said we don't even sell that part so basically this man called me a lair..it was a Hitachi throttle body.. how else would I have gotten the box if you didn't sell it to me!!I've been shopping with advance for over 20 years and never have I been so insult in my life!!!!! I didn't even want to leave one star but that was the only way I could leave a review so to the guy that took my money and apparently put it in your pocket you

Claim they will change a battery, but they will find any excuse in the book not to change it. Better to order off walmart or amazon and do it yourself.

Best auto parts store in the Columbus area. Eddie was super helpful and spent an hour hunting down a part I needed that no one carries anymore. It's a farther drive to get there, but this is the only parts store I will ever use.
