From start to finish Farran made the purchase of my used truck as simple as can t be. She went above and beyond to make sure all my questions was answered. Being 4 hours away made it difficult to go see the truck at the drop of a hit but she made sure I received all the pictures of it that she could possibly think of that I might want to see. Everything was ready to go before I even arrived on-site marking this purchase fast and easy.

We like Franklin Spring Creek Ford. We have purchased our last two vehicles from there. For this visit, we used the service department.The service itself was good. The staff that I encountered all made me feel welcome, from the service manager to the service writer to the cashier.I had an engine light issue that was a simple fix. The service writer called me quickly to let me know of the issue, and the vehicle was fixed within the short time frame presented.The only issue I had was getting the appointment to begin with. I called a couple of times and was put on hold never to have the call answered. Plus, I tried the online appointment option, but my request was never answered. My 3rd call a couple of days later was finally answered by a service writer.Once I got service, it was great. However, you gotta answer the phones when a customer calls or leaves an online request. If not for that, this would have been a five-star review.

5/5 Star experience, thank you Farran!I found a car online at Franklin's Spring Creek Ford that I wanted and called to learn more. Farran helped perform a virtual walkaround of the car and secure a deposit. Next, Franklin's supported my pre-purchase inspector to view and drive the car, and eventually supported my shipping company to send the car to Michigan.I never saw the car in person, but the car showed up as expected.There were no add on charges to the car, the transaction was simple.It felt like it was important for Farran and the Franklin's team that I had a good customer experience!I'd buy a car unseen from Franklin's again. If I lived within several hours of the dealership, I'd drive there before going to any nearer dealership.

Love the Silverado I got from them. Very quick to get back with you on any questions you have. Noah blue was my salesman and he was great! I drove 4 hours to buy the truck when I got there they had a full tank of gas in it for me and just got it out of detail! AJ with financing got it done for me! I recommend going to see them!

Had my vehicle towed to their shop for a diagnosis and to get a new key made for the vehicle. Took over a month for them to get it into the shop and then before they did any service wanted to sell me a battery. I asked that since starting the vehicle wasn't necessary, why was a battery necessary but instead of an answer spoke with three very rude employees including a manager. Avoid Ford vehicle and avoid this dealership.

My experience with Billy, Anthony, and everyone at Franklin s Spring Creek Ford was excellent. I live in Indianapolis and had been shopping a couple months for a Roush Ford F150 and came across the Spring Creek website. The truck I was looking at already had a deal working, but they had another truck that was in an accident and there was a small amount of damage. We worked out an agreement and Anthony assured me that they would have the truck looking good when I arrived. The truck was in OUTSTANDING condition when I flew down to pick it up. They arranged to pick me up from the airport as well. Billy and Anthony were awesome to deal with throughout the entire process. The team at Franklin s Spring Creek has gained a customer for life! Thanks Guys!I also wanted to mention that there was a couple stickers that needed to be taken care of after all was said and done. Anthony got them to a local dealership here in Indianapolis, and made the arrangements to get it done. Thats Follow Through! Well Done!

This was one of the best vehicle buying experiences I've every had. Once my F150 arrived after 10 months of waiting, it was a smooth process all the way. Everything we discussed when ordering was followed to the letter...NO surprises. The finance department was quick and thorough, answering every question I had. No hard sell on anything. Franklin's Spring Creek Ford provided a genuinely good car-buying experience. We recently purchased a 2022 Ford Maverick that we ordered through Franklin's Spring Creek Ford. The vehicle came in, I was contacted, and I drove up to get the truck a few days later. The day-of process was seamless; I paid an price we had already worked out in advance (no last minute changes added) and traded in another vehicle. Everything was smooth and there were no surprises. Everyone I dealt with was excellent.I made the drive from Tallahassee rather than going to any of the many closer dealerships because Franklin's Spring Creek Ford was willing to work with me and was great to deal with. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

NOT your typical dealership. I m from way out of town with my family towing our 5th wheel. My 2021 F-350 suddenly lost all abs and communication with the trailer so I had no trailer brakes far from home. Every dealership will booked up for months. They squeezed me in the same day and took great care of me. These people are truly a blessing !!!!

Spring Creek Ford started out for us as the only service department we will trust with my wife's F150 when they quickly resolved drivetrain issues others had previously missed. Thank you Hunter for everything you do.This last time we picked up the F-150 from service I decided to look through the used truck selection and was graciously greeted by Noah. Noah quickly let us test drive the trucks we wanted to look at and let us make our own un pressured decisions but was dedicated to us for all information we required for a final decision. We easily met at a number we were both satisfied with and shook hands. AJ rounded off the great experience in Finance.We will be long time customers and thank yall for your great customer service in all aspects of the business.

Even making appointments for routine service, etc. is a breeze. We love the Ford Bronco Sport - it was a special order and everything was perfect.

I carried my truck to Franklin's Ford in Colquit , Georgia told them i needed them to get my Speedodometer back working it took them a couple weeks to finally dianose the problem because there was more to it than just the speedodometer . I want to Thank Franklin's Ford of Colquitt on a job well done . I also told them that i needed them to fix my drivers side window it had come out of the window track they also got that fixed for me . Thank You very much Franklin's Ford of Colquitt .

Purchased an F-250 at this dealership and dealt with Billy in sales. I was impressed with his professionalism and high level of customer service. I went back and forth for a week or so asking him questions via text and phone, he was always very quick to respond and helpful - also not too pushy, which I appreciated. When I arrived to pick up my truck, all of the paperwork was ready to go as promised - no sitting around for hours waiting. He had the the truck detailed and filled up with fuel. Billy also took time to give me a tutorial on the functionality and technology on the truck before I left. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I would highly recommend this dealership and ask for Billy! Top notch customer service, knowledgeable staff, fast and friendly service!!!

This was my first purchase from Franklin's Spring Creek Ford but I will just say I would make the 2 hour drive there again to purchase a vehicle and recommend any of my friends or family to do so also. Best, smoothest, no drama car buying experience I have had in a long time. When you are a business with good ethics, you don't have to tell people, it shows and others can easily see it. I had a great experience with everyone at Franklin Spring Creek! I ordered my car through them in February, and because of the microchip shortage, it took eight months for it to be built and delivered. Noah was so kind and went out of his way to have the tint completed, at my request, as quickly as possible, and AJ made the financing and paperwork quick and easy! They also were able to get me a much lower rate than my bank, also! Our family has purchased several vehicles from Franklin Spring Creek, even though it's a two hour drive for us. It's not phony and pressured, just small town and friendly, and we will keep coming back!

We drove over two hours to this dealership to get our car because their asking price was unbelievable and they were so highly rated. Well, they lived up to that five star rating! Everything was exactly as advertised online, the salesman, Billy was friendly and super helpful, and even the paperwork was simple, streamlined and easy. These guys are honest and this dealership was the best I ve ever dealt with. I had sworn off dealerships in general, but now I think I ll be driving a long way to work with these guys from here on out. They are worth the drive!

This was our first buying experience with Franklin s Spring Creek Ford . We went searching for our daughters first vehicle. Our salesman Noah Ballew went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with a vehicle that was suitable for her. I found the truck while looking online. The salesman, Jeremy, was very responsive and helpful. He answered all my questions and got all the additional pictures I asked for. Drove down on a Saturday. Got there earlier than expected (around 9:30) truck was washed and ready to test drive. We were done and out the door with it a little after lunch. Great dealership, great people and a great experience. Would highly recommend.

I purchased a 2016 F-250 Super Duty Super Crew diesel from this dealer in August of this year. I was very excited to finally find a truck like I needed (my other one was totaled in a wreck). After getting back home with my truck (Butts County Ga.), I discovered that the following was missing from the truck: Owner manual, Diesel owner manual, Factory floor mats (there were none of any kind in the truck) and spare key. I immediately called my salesman next day and told him what was missing and he said he would get it all together and mail it to me. I received the owners manual about 3 weeks later, nothing made numerous more telephone calls inquiring about the missing pieces. They said the floor mats and a key had been sent. Two weeks later I received a set of floor mats, not factory, after market plastic. Two weeks later I received a key that was not programmed. I took it to a local ford dealer to have it programmed and was told the cost was $75.00 but they would not guarantee it to work due to the fact that it was aftermarket. Since that time I have made numerous telephone calls and they put me on hold for 15-20 minutes and finally come back and ask to take a message. I even requested to speak with the owner and he was in a meeting and would call back that was 3 weeks ago and still have not heard anything from anybodyI HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU BUY A USED VEHICLE OR NEW TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING THAT IS SUPPOSED TO COME WITH THE VEHICLE IS THERE OR YOU WILL PROBABLY NEVER GET IT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. I have been buy Ford products since 1966 many of them used and never had the problems I have had with Franklin's Creek Ford.Sammy R. Johnson Sr. Butts County, Ga.

The owner is the best in the business. My family has bought several vehicles from used and new vehicles. I recall a time my truck needed serviced. Dealership brought me a loaner and picked mine up for me. I know for a fact from vehicles we ve traded the owner doesn t try and rip you off and then up your car by $6,000+ to make a huge profit. There s a small markup and it shows by how quickly cars are turned over.

Broke down on the road with family and 2 dogs in my F150. Called this dealer from about 20 miles out. They were very accommodating and had a mechanic waiting when I managed to "limp in" with a truck that would barely run. After about 30 min inspection the mechanic returned and informed us personally that the throttle body had gone bad, and that by stroke of luck, they had a replacement in stock. Repair was completed in about an hour and the total charge was quite reasonable - much less than I expected for a dealership. Everyone was very nice and especially accommodating. I am not typically a big fan of dealerships, but I would not hesitate to take my truck back to Franklin's.
