They didn't call but once during the 7 work days they had my truck. It took then w days to even look at it and said it was 1 thing and next thing I know it took me to call them and it was something else 3 days later. They also ordered and replaced multiple parts that i wouldn't have known about unless I called them. And they charged me over the agreed price. And they didn't 100% fix the issue i told them about and instead ordered parts to fix other issues.

We so often are quick to give a bad review that we forget the awesome ones. These folks are great. We have several problems with our Doge Ram truck and were supposed to pull the camper this coming weekend. They got it in on Monday. Went out of his way to find a very popular part, Kept us informed the whole way and got it fixed in plenty of time. After all the very poor service we have received from several dealerships, it was a pleasure to deal with honest local folks!

Pace automotive is the only place where I take my Buick to get serviced. The owners are friendly, honest, and do excellent work. I would not trust my Buick Encore with anyone else.

I was well pleased at the work they done for me. They called me before doing anything to let me know the price and what was wrong. Very nice and polite staff. Thank GOD I feel like I was not over charged. Thank y all so much great job. honestly there s not even any reason to bother with this place. i don t understand how they still have business or how they have so many good reviews. on multiple different occasions with more than just mine and my families cars, but also friends cars, the cars will have the exact same problems or even worse problems when they get them back. we had to take our truck here against our wishes because we needed it fixed quick, and the truck ran ok for a week before doing the exact same thing it did before. i will never go here again even if it s for an emergency

I personally have not used Pace, but my mom, sister, and late aunt have. They have been great with my mom's kia, and my late aunt used to take her both of her Grand Caravans to Pace. Both of which she bought new, and Pace took better care of her vans than the dealership.My mom and sister trust them, and they love the staff.

Blaine is an honest and skilled mechanic-both rare qualities these days. Dealership in town quoted more than double for the same work. I ll trust my vehicles with him from now on.

Went to these guys for a clutch kit/ flywheel replacement. All said and done, they wanted about $250 more than originally quoted over the phone by Blaine himself, after I had them remove the $112 battery that was "specially ordered" for my vehicle, ( I usually "special order" them for $40 at my local Walmart) And after I paid them an exuberant amount for the job requested, I come to find my clutch hydraulics were adjusted in a manner that made my vehicle nearly undriveable, and my speedometer cable was snapped off at the back of the instrument panel, and pulled halfway down the dash, undoubtably due to incompetence or a lack of grace on the mechanic(s)' part. Flat out denied any and all responsibility, and refused to make it right. Upon further inspection, while repairing the speedo cable, i noticed the bottom 3 bolts holding my transmission together were missing and a fourth was completely stripped and fell out with a gentle tug, no unscrewing. Would give zero stars if it were an option. Would not recommend these guys to my worst enemy. Like

I really think this place is a rip off the people who run it or work on the Cars will fix one thing but knowing something else is not working properly unless you leave until the same problem coming back around and then I said oh well this just broke now you gotta spend this example on the money
