Good, honest down to earth folks .I had new tires riding around in the bed of my truck for several days and couldn't find anyone that had time to mount them , or that would mount tires not purchased from them.I pulled into Williams place and even though he had other things going on he went to work on my truck and had me out of there in less than 45 minutes with a perfectly balanced set of wheels and charged me a reasonable price even though I didn't buy the tires from him .The next time I need tires or tire work this, will be my only destination.

While we were on our way to the beach in October we had what we thought was a flat tire, but turned out it was a defective one just purchased a year earlier in the Atlanta area. I16 offered long distance between exits but we found Williams Tire on our map and headed there. Our issue was quickly diagnosed, a new tire installed and within the hour we were on our way with parting words to call them if we had any more trouble on our trip. We highly recommend them.

While pulling our fifth wheel we had a tire issue in the middle of nowhere that resulted in needing 4 new tires. The shop had what we needed and quickly changed the tires, making it safe for us to travel again. All at a great price as well! We re extremely grateful to them for getting us back on the road.

We got a flat tire in the middle of nowhere and these kind folks came and fixed it for a really reasonable price. And we called 30 minutes before close!! Cannot recommend enough, absolute roadside guardian Angels

We had a flat tire on our travel trailer on I-16 out in the boondocks!! I found Williams Tire on GPS and it was only one mile from our location! We slowly made it up the interstate and to the tire center. They placed a new tire on, we were in and out of there in less than 30 minutes! Very friendly and efficient! We have AAA but figured it would take too long for someone to get there! So glad we found Williams Tire!

We had a piece of metal catch our tire on the way back from Savannah to Atlanta and AAA failed to help. We temporarily plugged the tire and drove to Williams Tire. They were so incredibly helpful. We were in and out in no time. Highly recommend!

Southern hospitality. Great trustworthy folks. We had a flat about 10 min from their shop. This is on our way home to Tennessee. They had the tire waiting on us. They were very nice and also looked over the vehicle before we left.They don t like to be tipped. So tip if you can. I just laid the cash down and walked away lol places like that are what is great about USA.

Great honest decent people. Was driving a van for work to Savannah and thought I was getting low on air and was quite nervous as there is almost no help when you have a tire issue between Macon and Dublin. Plus after Dublin, you're in trouble till Savannah. These guys really helped me out. I'd say they're good honest service relieved my stress immensely. Highest recommendation.

Incredibly nice. Had a belt break just off the exit. Mr. William went and got the part and put it on. Cannot recommend enough.

Reading the reviews and see that of all here, there is only one that wasn't happy. I know Mr. William's personally and have for many years so I can say with confidence that he is one of the most genuine people you will ever encounter...honesty and integrity is not even the beginning of this man....Good Job Mr. Williams... you and your family have done an amazing job!! Keep up the good work!!

3 weeks ago I came in for a quick tire replacement... 3 hours later and police had to be called due to their machine screwed up my alloy rims badly. Mr. Williams wanted to glue a hub on my alloy rim. Really??? It's alloy!An agreement was signed by Mrs. Williams, me and the officer that they would ship me a good used wheel to match my others in 1 week... Going on 4 weeks and still no wheel.I do believe it was their young daughter that changed my tire.By the way, Mrs. Williams showed me what had happened and was only going to knock off $15.Beware.Do Not ever call me a liar Missy...I called the officers out, and was on the phone with dispatch until they arrived.As for your comment about harassing your customers??? I told 1 man to not have them use your machine. I did not yell I did not cuss. I stayed with my daughter outside your establishment for 3 hours because you refused to replace my wheel your machine tore up. Your lack customer service skills needs improvement.Telling a customer you'll take $15 off after your machine messed up my wheel was unacceptable. "We will replace your wheel, I am so sorry" would have done the trick.But that is not what I got, right off the bat.You did, in fact, tell me (after I said you will replace it) a flat out "No"I do have a dashcam (that records while the car is not running... audio as well) that recorded everything you and your young lady mechanic said and did before, during and after the officers left.As for the replacement...You did replace the wheel.Thank you.

Had a flat a mile away. They put a tire on, i went to work. Time to leave work, tires flat. They come pump it up and I follow them to shop where they swore it was valve stem. Come home and go to bed, get up for work and flat tire. Well they come get the tire and call and say its hole in the sidewall and will be this afternoon before they have different tire. All the while a lady is in the background talking junk like she's being inconvenienced. WHAT A JOKE! Everyone except her seemed really nice but its a last resort emergency only type of place.

Amazing people!! We googled everything to help with our being hours away from home, we stopped at the store and they sent us here. Despite saying closed he said they are ALWAYS open! Here less than 10 mins. 1000/10 stars!!

I was traveling with a bad back tire and the young man at the shop was very helpful. Changed out my tire with my spare... He jumped on it and in no time at all, it was done... Thanks guys

If they have what u need ur in an out quick. Between Macon an Savannah it is the only place to get tires fixed
