I had such a great experience here! Robert and Stephen were SO kind and courteous. Talked me through everything and made me feel super comfortable. I was in and out quickly too! So happy to have this newer location close to me.

Absolutely top notch!! Damon went way above and beyond servicing my car my last visit. All of the technicians were professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I usually perform my own maintenance however now, I trust the professionals. Cheers

We use this place for our oil changes. They are fast, correct, and professional. They always do a walk around to make sure all signal ,brake and other lights are working correctly. I do recommend this place.

I went in to have them check somethings on my Tahoe , talk about honesty !! Wonderful experience and very professional and friendly , my daughter uses them all the time . Reasonably priced and they all are steadily working and very well trained.

Good work and professional service. It took about 15 to 20 minutes per car. With three cars in front of me (both sides were full) it took about 50 minutes. Manager kept things moving along. I just came at a busy time. Coupons help offset the higher price.

Had an oil change and the next day there was oil all over the floor in my garage. Went back and was told it was spilled oil. Changed the filter as a precaution and was told the tech would clean up spilled oil. This morning another puddle under my truck. I don't recommend this location.

After the tech directed me to pull in left lane, I Sat for 20 minutes in left lane then the right lane is finished and someone else pulls in only waiting a few minutes. I tried to speak with them and they didn t care or even want to rectify this. What a waste of time - been using for years with my business and personal vehicles and will never deal with them again. HORRIBLE service - what a joke - this is wrong

A little higher priced than some other places but the convenience and service level make up for it. Stay in your car and they handle everything. They do it all, show you what they did and you're out without a fuss. They can get busy so pick your timing but it's still fast. Definitely recommend.

Used to love this place before they were bought out. Now they're so slow. Always a 30 minute wait or more to get a simple oil change and even then gone are the days of the 10 minute oil change, its about 20 now. And let's not talk about price. Used to be right at $30 for the same service that I just paid $56 for. I know stuff has to go up some but almost double in such a short time is sad.

They did a great job and when done they talked to my 2 grandbabies ages 2 yrs.old and 3 yrs.old the 2 guys was surprised when they told them thanks and god bless I give them A+ great and clean job will return this was our 1st. Time there.. Thank you guys so much .

this place is awful. the first time i went there, they blew a fuse and i spent forever trying to figure out what happened. i had to pay for it myself. i decided to give it a second try, and they drained the transmission fluid out of my truck and blew the transmission. they said they would pay for it but were running circles around the dealership and wanted to put a used one in and wouldn't answer the dealerships calls. i haven't had my truck for a month now and it is totally ridiculous. if you want a new transmission, this is the place to go.Service: Oil change

Excellent service! Very quick and efficient team. They showed me the drain plug on my truck to see the condition of my fluid on a differential oil change, I was surprised they did that and was glad that they did. I love valvoline been coming here for a while now and always had quick and wonderful service. Today I needed to get my tires rotated and only one garage has a lift, and Franklin directed me to the wrong one. Also while he was talking to me he was smoking his vape and smoke was getting into my car. Thankfully Cleve and Damon and another man I didn t get his name, but were very helpful and nice and even gave me a discount!Services: Tires, Oil change

A very pleasant surprise... I was greeted almost instantly by a Technician and was in and out within 25 minutes. They performed a pretty thorough inspection, and let me know my battery was on the cusp of needing replaced. No hard sell either. Also let me know my Transmission Fluid would need changed in 15,000 to 25,000 miles. I had a digital coupon but for whatever reason it wouldn't scan... No problem, the Tech just manually entered it... Overall, a very good experience and I will be back... Oh, and with coupon savings, the cost was much less than where I was prevoiusly getting my oil changes done...Service: Oil change

Highly recommend this establishment for oil changes. I regularly use QuickLane at John Megel, but lately they're too slow for my schedule. Eddy, Dalton, and Frank were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They even alerted me of another service issue with my vehicle from previous shop's workmanship that saved further damage to my vehicle.I brought my commuter car here for an oil change and within 10 minutes they had me in and out the door. Drove immediately home to get my 2022 Ford Explorer ST and returned. They had all of the tools and quality components to change my oil with piece of mind for a performance vehicle.
