Discovered we had a nail in the side wall of our new tire. Pulled into Turner Tires in Cleveland and without hesitation they helped us put on our spare until we can get the replacement. Highly recommend them and will be back.

You need two things for a peaceful life, a good doctor and a good mechanic. At least I have the mechanic finally . Turner tire is highly skilled and more importantly they are honest. They won t let you ever leave disappointed. I don t have to take my cars in much for repair because they are kept in good shape by Turner Tire. I don t recommended places that I m not sure about, and I definitely recommend Turner Tire . Thanks guys

Had Turner Tire check my vehicle's brakes as I was preparing to make a long trip pulling a camper. They were extremely professional, even sent pictures of thier inspection. They found no problems. Most shops would try to sell you brakes needed or not.They didn't. On top of that they didn't even charge for it. I don't live in Cleveland, but if I did Turner Tire would be where I service all my vehicles

Thanks to these guys for a quick fix for our rental car flat tire so we could make it to the airport on time. Super nice and a great experience. Wish they were closer to Houston, TX so we could use them all the time.

Excellent service, tried calling another garage in the area but because it was a 2004 they said it was too old to work on.Turner Tire had no such problem wit it made the appointment and they delivered.

I walked in without an appointment. They addressed my tire issue and it was fixed and I was back on the road in less than an hour. They were all exceptional nice and understanding of my situation. As Arnold would say; I ll be back.

We wanted to put a new tire on our trailer and the gentleman said he could repair our tire assuring us there would be no issues. Fixed it & were on our way. Friendly & courteous services.

I ve been using Turner Tire since 2021 and they have been awesome! I wouldn t take my truck anywhere else. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the mechanics are A+ ! I ve sent several new customers over and they are pleased with them as well.

Had some tires put on and the price and their friendliness was great. However, after a few weeks I went outside and noticed 3 tires were very low on air. Went to a closer tire shop to my house and they said it was leaking around the bead due to whoever installed them not cleaning the rim. In turn the rim oxidized and caused the tires to lose air. Called and was told they cleaned the wheels just like they do every other vehicle

Had an issue with tires not being balanced correctly from another shop. Was bouncing down the road for an almost a year. Turner tire took the time to match the tire to the wheel and now my truck drives great again.

For auto repairs, I always use Turner Tire. Been using them since my move to Georgia 14 years ago. They do great work, charge reasonable prices and are friendly. Dont waste your time anywhere else. Just had my brakes done there. Will be back for more maintenance and tires when needed. Thanks again Turner Tire.

I am very loyal to Turner tires because of the way they treat every person the walks in the door, male or female. They do an excellent job and take the time to look over the car and make sure everything is right. I ve seen them go above and beyond to help people. Then they follow up after you re leave to make sure you are with your service.

Recently changed tire shops due to the lack of customer service and drastic decline in the overall service. They used to service all 4 of my vehicles for the past 10 years. I also used to refer family and friends to Turner Tire. The last 3 visits were terrible with one of their employees coming out from the garage and having a confrontation with one of the customers over the poor work done. They no longer have my business and I'm very happy with the new tire shop.

They did a very professional job, rotating my tires, checking the air pressure and making sure there was no damage to my tires . I ve been a customer of Turner Tire for about three years. I ve never had an issue with them. They ve always solved the problem and their service is excellent. I would highly suggest Turner Tire to all my friends

As a loyal customer since 2017, I really dislike the way this once great place has declined the past few times I have used them for my auto maintenance and tire needs. I understand being busy and unexpected issues but this past experience was a bit ridiculous and the more I talk with people the more I find that this is not an uncommon thing.Long story kinda short. An appointment was made for a 80k service for 10am almost a week out. Car arrived at 9:45. Car was taken back a little after 12:00 and then we were notified they did not have the necessary items for this service. After sitting on the uncomfortable church pews for an additional 2 hours I was finally able to rescue my girlfriend who had taken the car for me and had been stuck there for over 4 hours. Almost 2 more hours had past when I was notified that the car was ready. When asked why it took so long, I was told that the car needed to cool off so the plugs could be changed. 6 hour cool down?? Then when asked what all was completed I told just the filters and plugs, not the 80k service.Unless you have plenty of time to waste and willing to be charged for services either already performed or not gotten, by all means stop by.

Drove 45 minutes for a job interview, when I arrived I noticed my tire getting flat, took it to Turner and they got me back on the road really fast! They went above and beyond for my needs, and I was pretty needy! Will use them again!!!

Receptionist was very rude took 8 1/2 hours to replace five tires. Very overpriced. I would highly recommend finding somewhere else.
