Brought my 2011 vw jetta here. I bought 2 new tires. Picked it up the next day, went to drive it the next morning and the brakes were locked up. I called and they told me that it was just a code. But they were the entirely wrong. They had broken both of my wheel speed sensors and refused to repair them. Worst auto mechanic company I've ever dealt within my entire life. Don't waste your time

We waited at another shop for an hour and called Pritchett to see how long it would be to fix a mail in my tire. 20 minutes . Yes 20 minutes we were in and out! Thank you for the quick service and very reasonable price.

Had an alignment done and a tire swapped from my spare on to the truck. When I picked the tire up they had put my directional tire on going the wrong direction. When I asked them to turn it around I was told that they misunderstood? Not sure how that can be misunderstood. Asked for my alignment sheet and was told they did not know how to print it out or send it to me. "Trust me, it's right." I was told. Left and noticed my steering wheel was not centered. They were closing so I did not bring it back immediatly. I had to take a 200 mile trip to South Georgia. Noticed upon interstate speeds that the left front had vibration and the truck was pulling to the right. When I stopped for fuel I noticed the left front tire had obvious scuff/toe wear marks on the outer edge. Brought it back today to have the alignment fixed. Before the truck was even put on the rack they called asking if I had lowered the truck more or made any changes to the suspension, almost accusatory in my opinion. Once they put it on the rack they called to tell me "You're not going to believe this. We found the problem. Your front left wheel bearing is bad." They admitted that it was fine when it was aligned initially. But offered "Wheel bearings go bad." as the cause. Accepting absolutely no responsibility. They seemed stunned when I told them I would not bring it back after replacing the bearing. Truck has 68k miles. Now I am stuck for a $403.64 hub and an aligmnet at another shop after. Had I known of the issues my coworkers had in the past here I would not have taken it in the first place.

Good prices, great service, dropped off two tires to be remounted, they were extremely busy, called me back in two hours and they were ready to go. Always provides great service.

Traveling south and had tire trouble. They got us in and back on our way in no time. Great service and their parking area was big enough to get our camper and trailer in and and out. Thank you!

The folks at Pritchett Tire have always been great and have had good service and honest pricing. I've purchased multiple sets of Cooper tires from them and have had other services performed. They've always been able to suggest manufacturer rebates that are available or coming up to try and save some money!

Removing my previous positive review. Took my truck to get the tires rotated to find that they did not rotate them, only charged me for it. I know this because I plugged one of my tires myself and noticed that the plugged tire never moved, weird huh? I Immediately took my truck back to have the issue addressed only be treated like I was the one with the problem. We are busy and will get to it when we can buddy, Is what I was told after I had already spent 45 minutes waiting to be charged for a rotation that never happened.So I wait and I am told my tires have been rotated, got you took care of - WRONG. Plugged tire still in the same place. Throughout the ordeal not even a hint of apology or an acknowledgment that I had been done wrong.I have used these guys exclusively for 8 years. Never again, trust is a big deal to me. Look elsewhere for your tire/auto needs.

I was very impressed. I had a tire that needed to be repaired due to an air leak. I didn't have an appointment but I didn't have to wait long. Turned out I had a nail in the tire. The price was great, the people there were both friendly and professional. Will definitely go there again.

Been going to Pritchett for 20 years now. These folks have always treated me fair and honestly. We took our motorhome in for 4 rear tires and Mark called to let me know the brake pads were pretty worn so I told them to proceed since the tires were off anyway, but there was a problem with the caliper on one side and the mechanic was not knowledgeable on dealing with this issue, so instead of possibly causing more harm, stopped immediately and called to let the issue and referred us to another local mechanic Dalton's Automotive to fix the problem. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism.

People recommend Pritchett Tire to me but I found them standoffish and unhelpful. I was looking to have a 2 inch leveling kit and 4 new tires installed on my 2019 Jeep Cherokee they suggested I try the shop across the street that looked unprofessional and run down but you never know. It was very unfortunate because I have heard a lot of good things about Pritchett Tire. Hopefully they were just having a bad day.

It says right here on maps that they do emissions tests and says it again on their website under engine diagnostics. So, I shared the link with my 71 year old Dad who needed emissions done. He made the hour round trip only to be told they don't do emissions and they were also incredibly rude with him.If you are looking for professional courteous people? You won't find any here.

The tire pressure warning system came on 800 miles from home. Not the best feeling. On a whim we swung into Pritchett Tire & Alignment on a Saturday morning. They quickly diagnosed the issue as a defective valve stem core, replaced it and said "no charge". Flabbergasted this type of service still exists. Can't recommend them enough.

I cant say enough about the customer service we recieved from this busines . We were in a bind and needed tires for our camper. David went above and beyond to make sure we got our new tires installed so we could continue our vacation. And thanks for to the guy who installed them so quickly while we waited with our dogs.

Mark and the team were very friendly and helpful with a rental I brought in. A new tire was needed and they showed me concerns with the wheel. If I lived in the area, I'd bring my car here to get any and all tire maintenance done! Thank you guys!

Been using Pritchett for about 4 years now. Love them. they are great and won't take advantage. The first time I brought my Yukon to them I told them the brakes were bad. they called me back saying the brakes were not bad they just needed to be resurfaced or something which was probably an eighth of what getting the brakes replaced would've costed. Any other place would have taken advantage and changed the brakes and charged me more instead of being honest. Great honest people there.

My vehicle had a heavy vibration after I'd rotated the tires. I took it to Pritchett Tire and told Tony I thought the suspension on my front end needed work. Within an hour he had checked out the front end, determined that the vibration was from the tires, and balanced the tires. The total bill was 30 dollars and the vibration is gone. If you're looking for fast, honest, and reasonable service, check out Pritchett Tire in Cleveland.

I dropped off my car this morning and just called the shop and explained what I wanted done. Oil change, tire rotation, air filter and fuel filter. Got a call back in less than an hour and my car was ready to be picked up. Fast and friendly staff and service they even remember my name from the last visit lol.

I ordered two tires and I needed the front end realigned . They said that they did not take appointments. That it was a first come first served. So I was the first one in this morning and they informed me there was two people ahead of me. I have done a lot of business with them in the past but I will not ever do business with them again.

Great service. I went there expecting to need a tire put on but they insisted it was safe to patch, they repaired it on the spot and I have driven several hundred miles on it without a problem. They saved me time and $$$ so I'm very happy and highly recommend them

I took my vehicle there on a Saturday. I wanted an alignment. They informed me I needed two new tires as well. I chose to shop around on the tires because they were too expensive through Pritchett. Well upon leaving my vehicle started to shake and one of my tires was wobbling horribly. They decided to rotate my tires, which I appreciated, however they failed to put all the lug nuts back on properly. When I walked in Monday morning to inform them, I was made to believe it was my fault because I didn't buy new tires within one day. I have a small child and to be accused that their inability to properly check the safety and quality of their own work was my fault is terrible. I wouldn't want anyone to go there!

Car showing low tire pressure due to cold snap. Without an appointment they repressurised my tires, in and out in 20 minutes.
