I took my truck there for brakes to be put on. When I went to pickup the truck from the shop I had no brakes. So I took the truck right back and they checked it out and discovered that the master cylinder was bad. This worked before I took my truck in. So they charged me about $800 to fix the brakes and the master cylinder. I would advise no one to take their vehicle to this shop!

On our way through town back to TN and the alternator went out, we made it here and met the kindest most helpful people. They were able to have us up and running so quickly so we could get back on the road. 10/10 recommend for any car repair needs!

Worst automobile experience of my life. I will never return. Forced to take legal action because they toke 5 months to finish it and returned it still not right and refused to fix it because I was upset. Owner thinks he's never done anything wrong just look at comments. BE WARNED YOU WILL REGRET GOING HERE IT COST $7,000 FOR MY LESSON. I WISH THIS PLACE WOULD GET WHAT THEY DESERVE.

Stopped in to get a tire plugged and caught them as they were closing. They did not turn me away. They plugged my tire and were happy to do so. Michael plugged the tire, adjusted air pressure, noted that my front brakes were wearing out and would need to be replaced in the next 6 months or so. He checked tire pressure for all tires and adjusted if needed and did so with kindness. I am so thankful for a business that cares about people! New owners are a blessing and so so kind. Thank you all so much.

I have bought 2 sets of tires from them last year one forMy wife s 2017 kia and one set for my 2018 f150I checked everywhere for a set of coopers they where 200$ cheaper there and they always know how to helpMe

This is our favorite car repair. Quick, reliable, trustworthy. We are glad we found them and take all if our cars here. They recently fixed a flat that I'm pretty sure anyone else would have sold me a new tire.

North GA Tire is fantastic - we blew a tire on our trailer and these guys helped us in the pouring rain, got us back on the road in less than 30 minutes.

Absolutely the most and kind car repair I found in the north Georgia mountains. I never leave there feeling like what s gonna mess up on my car now. Unlike their competitors in the same area.

Saw my post on fb looking for a mechanic and reached out quickly. They were willing to get my car in the next morning and offered to help with transportation due to having 3 kids. They replaced my wheel bearings the next day and my car drives better than ever! Couldn t have asked for more profession/ better service. Highly recommend. 10/10!

They say if you buy tires from them they will fix flats free I went today and they told me they could not fix it today??? I told them I would wait but she told me they could not fix it today?? I will not go back

Stopped by to have air added to my tire & the guy ended up finding out why I had lost air in my tire. Ended up being the valve stem. The guy immediately jumped on to fixing my tire. Quick service. Great people. Amazing company. Highly recommend this place.

came directly from a cheap tire replacement and they ended up properly rotating the tires and replaced missing/broken lugs as well as giving a full diagnostic instead of overcharging us on the scheduled repairs! glad a friend recommended them. fair and honest people with good prices.

I m never the type of person that leaves reviews EVER! I don t ever care to leave a review & I would give 5 stars but naw comes to find out I got way over charged for all of the parts that was needed for my car I mean I appreciate the work you guys put into it but come on really? I look up all the parts that was put on my car and I fount MOST of them for half the price! And for labor itself was over charged for that as well!!! & also nothing serious but that happen to lose my hub cap to one of my tires! Explain that? Lol I definitely got ripped off and the new owners should be ashamed!

Went in today which was the first day back open under new management, just want to say a big thank you to them for not only having great customer service but for also doing a great job. I had taken my care somewhere else the day before and that shop had messed it up. The guys at North GA tire fixed it up right away. They will be a great new addition to our community. It s rare to find a car shop that is trustworthy and not just after money. We will be back!

I saw the shop had reopened with new owners and figured I'd give them a shot. I stopped in to get new brakes and to see about getting my tire fixed that had a nail in it. They noticed another nail in another tire upon inspection. However that nail hadn't went all the way through so there was no need to repair that tire. They were honest with me and kept me informed about what was going on with the car. It's hard to find honest and reliable mechanics, so I'm glad I've come across this team! I definitely recommend them to others!

These guys saved the day! I recently went to Firestone to get my lifetime alignment and asked specifically for them to check the brakes. They came back and said they were a 3 out of 5. This morning I rolled into Dahlonega only to hear something loud scraping in the front. I didn t look until around 330 and my brake pad no longer had any pad left so it was scraping into the rotor. I have to drive over 120 miles tomorrow so I called these guys and talked to Jake. After explaining my situation he told me to get it up to his shop quickly which I did even though they close at 5 pm. Everything has went smoothly and they immediately got it in. I m currently sitting here as I write this review. Like I said they saved the day.

Not my usual mechanic. I stopped because I knew that my car needed an oil change. Got my oil changed and asked to have them look at to see why it was lagging. They checked the codes on my truck and wanted me to leave it for a day and 90$ to diagnose everything wrong. Took it to another mechanic for a second opinion and my car was completely out of coolant.... I find it unusual that NGTAC didn't also check the fluids on an Oil Change. Every mechanic that I've been to has before.. they usually ask if I'd like it done or just do it. So be aware. That you need to double check your fluids before you leave their lot of you're having any sort of fluid service. It took them an hour to do my oil(about 80$) and check my car over. That shop however was busy at time of service.

I absolutely love this place. My girlfriend had taken my pickup truck and today to get an oil change because I am not able to at the moment. They took fantastic care of her and treated her like an actual human being and took care of my truck because it's my transportation for my family. I will be returning all of my business to them for any of my vehicles and really appreciate the service that was given to us. Thank you guys very much God bless you all

This place SUCKS!! Not only did they NOT perform the service asked of them, it took two days to do nothing more than press out 2 races in my wheel hubs and grease the new bearings....then charged me $200 for this $75 service!! AVOID THIS PLACE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!! Jake was ignorant and abusive as I left....will NEVER recommend this stinking place nor ever return for ANY reason!!Thus place SUCKS!!

So I stopped in at 5:08 with a tire of my own in the trunk just needed it to replace the one on the passenger side in the front as mine was horrible completely pulling my car to the left and not to mention every time I hit water felt like I was going to be slung off the road yes I know that close at 5:00. But I also just got off of work myself and rushed somewhere to try and get it changed. I only stopped because I seen a couple of guys in the shop with the bay still open so I pulled in one man was using a water hose in the Bay area so I went in and asked the lady if someone was available to just put the tire on my car I had the tire and everything first she asked me what she could help me with. She then said oh no they were already closed and she didn't have any man any guys there all her guys are going home already and then I can make an appointment. Just was not very good customer service not quite sure why she even asked what she could help me with why she didn't just start off with I'm sorry we're already closed but I can make an appointment for whatever it is that u need help with. I mean it literally would have taken tops 10 minutes but oh well.....

With a heavy heart i have to post this review! Have done business with Chris for years! Always trusted him! But!!! Back in August/September my wife's car needed front tires. Chris hooked me up with 2 new tires. And his mechanic did an alignment! Wasn't happy with way car acted after the alignment, steering wheel was not tracking straight. Brought it back and mechanic showed me on screen tires were zeroed in. So I left.....Just after Thanksgiving I noticed the new front tires on her car were wearing out, with only 18k on them! Went to another shop for tires and alignment. They put 4 new tires on. But once it was on alignment rack they found both inner and outer tire rods were shot, ball joints shot, and rear shocks shot! They took me back in shop and showed me every issue. This shop replaced all worn out parts and then did an alignment. Chris's alignment guy should have noticed the car has issues!!!!!! Tie rods, ball joints, and rear shocks just don't wear out in 4 months!!!! That mechanic's cost me $350!!!! Two new tires plus alignment! Those 2 tires were shot in 4 months!
