Ordered propane. They require payment just to place the order. Said it would be 3 to 5 days for delivery, 6 days later no delivery and they said my order was pending. Canceled order and got better service at another supplier. Now watch them respond with their cut and paste response. Now I found that even though my order was canceled, they did not refund my credit card charge. When I called, they actually asked me if I wanted the charge refunded. I guess refunding a charge on a canceled order is something special that you have to request.

I'm a new customer. I ordered propane last week on Monday, they came out on Thursday and filled my tank. The storm hit Friday night and the power went out Saturday morning. Thanks to the quick delivery I was able to run my propane generator until late Monday when the power came back on.This is a great company and I will recommend them to everyone.

Totally unreliable. We have been calling for a week as out tank was low, now empty. Was told they would be here after lunch today. I was so happy to have a confirmed delivery but to no avail. I understand short staffed and less workers makes for difficult deliveries but we are easy customers. Our account is keep fill and they have my credit on file to accept payment the moment they fill. The problem is they don t fill. I know other gas companies check weekly I m lucky to be checked monthly. We are now with out gas so no hot water, no heat and can t cook. This is just unacceptable for a company that we rely on.

We had gas service with them for over a year. When we switched providers they took their time to come get the old tank. This was Oct 15 we callled and they didnt pick up the tank for a month and then had the nerve to bill us for another year tank rental and will not refund us for the gas that was in the tank worth several hundred dollars. This company is dishonest. Dont do business with them.

I've been waiting for more than a month for a conversion kit to convert my stove from natural gas to propane. No one at Mountain Gas seems to care enough to do anything about it.UPDATE: Mountain Gas has addressed my complaint to my total satisfaction and I've given them a more favorable rating this time. Thank you Mountain Gas.

Awesome service and very professional. Installed gas lines for generator and fire logs. Extra detail to make sure the fire logs look and heat was perfect. Complete instructions for use and maintenance. Jason and his staff are highly recommended.

Have tried few times to get gas from this Co. Absolutly NEVER a call back . The girl who answersphones now n than? I am a newly retired Propane Mgr all my life and I have to wonder how do these people survive maybe they pick and choose customers maybe they already make too much money they don't need more? Normally I would give this company a better review. Unfortunately, I can NOT CONDONE PRICE GOUGING!!! Most companies prices are half of what they are charging!!! The Customer service is great but that's about it. I won't be doing business with a company that is not only GREEDY but has no problem TAKING ADVANTAGE of their customers. SHAME ON YOU!!!

Always the cheapest price for propane for me. No delivery fees with minimum order of 100 gallons. I don't even call anyone else anymore.
