Everyone was extremely courteous and professional. It was a really great experience! My Salesman Nate, even came out to my house and showed me some of the newer features that have me confused as I had no experience with all the newer electronic gadgets that come with the new cars. The Finance manager was very patience and explained all the ins and outs of the financing of the car and the warranty as well. I am very happy with my purchase. I really love my 2018 Ford Edge Sport!

Searched high and low all over the nation for my dream truck. 2023 Ram 1500 Limited with all the bells and whistles. Found it sitting at Jacky Jones and flew from Colorado to Atlanta to get it and road trip back. They had an amazing driver pick me up from the airport and bring me to the dealership about 1.5 hours away from Atlanta. Worked with Jamie to get the sale finalized and he made the entire experience smooth as can be! The finance office was great too and got me a lower rate than what I came there with! Could not be more happy with my experience there! Wonderful group of people and some great cars! Check them out!

Bought a 2012 Wrangler in April 2020. My Wife got into a fender bender. Dropped it of to the body shop and they said 500.00 $ estimate. Two days later the shop called. 8666.47$ damage. Front axle bent. Front wheel did not match Track bar. Hub and rotor, impact bar,hub bearing, rt flare back ,front bumper rt bracket. Front axle Total 9166.69 . Estimate crash speed 70 plus mph.Was never informed.

Process of trading in one vehicle while purchasing another was very smooth. No haggling which i appreciated. Feel like prices fair on purchase and trade in. Would definitely recommend Lee Call to work with.

I would love to give a shout out to the service department at Jacky Jones - y'all did an awesome job providing same day repairs on an emergency brake failure. The vehicle has never been there before, and I'm sure it didn't even arrive at the dealer until later yesterday afternoon. Your service department got them in, somehow had parts in stock (right now w/ UAW strike even), and got this 3500 back on the road.Big thanks from down here in Florida - your techs and advisors turned a major event into a minor inconvenience, and saved me from driving up to Georgia to trailer this vehicle back to Florida. All around awesome job guys - thank you for setting the bar for what a service department should be.

After a month and a half at the collision center and less than six months after getting my truck back, my bumper is falling off, paint is lifting. Door sensor was not hooked back up. Additional damage they did not fix. And the absolute worst is there are SEVERAL ITEMS MISSING FROM MY TRUCK!!! I d give zero stars if I could. Thieves!!

Just recently bought a 2016 Ram 1500 from Lee Call. He was fantastic to deal with. I was able to call, talk to him over the phone to verify the vehicle was still there, then negotiated the deal the rest of the way over the phone/text. When we agreed that there was a deal to be made, I was then able to make the 2 hour drive, to check out the truck, and complete the purchase, and was even able to get the truck delivered to me after the deal was done. It was a fantastic experience, and I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new or used car.

My review is apparently too long for Google. Attaching pictures of the full text.Honestly surprised this dealership hasn't had some major fines or similar from the DOT. Maybe I just had a one-off experience, but it's hard to imagine with all the issues I had were all somehow overlooked, it's basically as if someone just wiped the truck down clean and took some pictures without literally checking anything.TL;DR - make sure the vehicle you're buying has tires that are properly inflated. If your spare requires a "security key" to lower, make sure you have that. Make sure the brake and reverse lights work.Also, forgot to mention this in the document, but the parking brake doesn't work as well. The pedal will go down and the light will turn on, but the vehicle doesn't actually stay. Ask me how I found out.

I'm 66 years old and had my vehicles serviced all over the country and Europe and this was the first time to find a part (the large engine cover) missing when I got home. Wow. It will be a demonstration of their integrity and professionalism to see how they address this issue.

Update on car purchased that had 2 worn out tires:Initially I was not getting any progress on the Certified Pre Owned car that I purchased from Jackie Jones Ford, that unknown to me at the time had 2 worn out tires. After I posted my negative review, I was contacted by the General Manager, Berrong Kimsey about my concerns. After a few emails and a few pictures exchanged, it was determined that they would reimburse me for the entire replacement cost of the 2 tires.Mistakes can be made, but it is how the company treats its customers after those mistakes that really show the integrity of the business.Mr Kimsey solved the problem quickly and made me feel much better about my purchase, as well as earned my future business.Thank you for your help!
