I called him to work on my Chevy diesel truck. We agreed on a price but when he arrived and had to travel 20 minutes, he tried to charge me an hour for a twenty min trip.When I questioned him, he got irritated. Finished the job and gave me 30 day warranty. My generous wife even treated the young man and his fianc� to a nice extra for dinner. Drive the truck for a couple of weeks and the leak started again. I have called texted Mr Davis and till this day never heard back from him.I am very disappointed.I had to pay to have the same same job done knee again a week ago.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic

Jay replaced the rear baffle on my Toro lawnmower. In order to do so, he had to take the lawnmower apart. He did a great job. In addition, he quickly solved the problem with my Milwaukee string trimmer. He was also kind enough to show me how to use my recently acquired wood chipper. Great service. Personal and professional.

Jay didn't leave until the job was finished correctly. He replaced our alternator and then replaced the belt that shredded free of charge. He was quick, professional, reasonably priced and saved us a trip to another mechanic. Would highly recommend Jay.

Jay was extremely helpful when I was stuck with a broke down car in Helen on vacation. He was quick to respond and was quick to diagnose the possible problem. He went to try and purchase the part, and unfortunately they didn t have the part for my car. Being stranded far away from home, Jay even offered us a ride home so we wouldn t be stranded. Jay is awesome! My family and I were stranded in Helen after the connector to my starter went out. Jay drove from a family barbecue in Blairsville through a massive thunderstorm and traffic to come see what he could do to get us home. He unfortunately didn t have the specific part we needed, but worked in the rain and in a puddle, to get it to a point where we could drive home to the Atlanta area. His prices are reasonable and he is very knowledgeable about cars. His fix got our family home safely and I highly recommend Jay and his mobile auto repair service! my pickup started skipping while on a camping trip . Jay came early on a Saturday morning and read the codes and repaired my Truck. Just got my zero turn Lawnmower repaired serviced and sharpened By Blue Jay Mobile. And as a bonus he put some new headlights in my work van. Very pleased with the service and quality of this young man's work and professionalism. He picked all the parts brought to my home and did all the work there. Also it was the coldest day of fall season so far. So Kudo's for doing that work on a cold day outside. I was camping at Yonah Mountain Campground and I was preparing to leave for home on a Sunday when the slideout was stuck in the out position. I tried everything reccomended in the manual and couldn't make it budge. I called BlueJay Mobile repair and they came right out (about 20 minutes). It took the guys about 15 minutes to diagnose the issue and coerce the slideout back in. They charged a very reasonable and fair rate considering it was a Sunday afternoon. Highly reccomend these guys!

Jay was absolutely amazing. My car window stopped rolling up and down last night, Auto Zone gave me his number, and I called him at 7:00 last night and had an appointment for 8:00 this morning. The window got fixed by 10:00 and was a motor issue. He ll go to your house to work on your car which is so incredibly convenient if you can t drive your car, or in my case if it s raining and you don t want to drive your car out from under the awning. Jay was incredibly friendly and talked to me the whole time I was out there watching what was going on. I ve asked my friends and family if they have anyone they recommend here in Cleveland, and they ve all said no, but Jay s the guy I ll be recommending for everyone else now. I m incredibly pleased with how quickly it got fixed and how personable he was.

Nothing worse than your car not starting first thing in morning from dead battery. Luckily I didn't have to call tow truck to Helen instead I called Jay. Had our Motorhome that wouldn t start in Helen, Ga, on opening day of Octoberfest. Called Jay, and explained what was going on, he said he would be there ASAP. After fighting the busy Helen traffic, he showed up, checked all the normal solutions with the issue we had. He trouble shot the problem and got us started back up and on the road. He also drove me out of the way to pickup my tow vehicle. He was very pleasant and professional. If I m ever in the area again and have vehicle trouble he will be my 1st call.
