Generic nationwide chain service. The store is OK, it was clean and well lit. A section of their sign was out, but it didn't bother me. There were 2 employees and 3 customers, including myself. Was never greeted, never asked if I needed help. I was left to wander the store aimlessly until I found my part I needed. I guess the employees assume if I needed help I would ask for it. Either way, the employee was nice when I went to check out, even if not very talkative.

I went in to this store last night to purchase a headlight bulb for my car. There was one person outside working on a car and there was of what appeared to be no one in the store my sister-in-law said hello is anyone in here. I went ahead and got the bulb I needed as I had to purchase one there once before. I waited at the counter and finally this other person appeared out of nowhere. I made my purchase we asked if they could help us install it we were told no. So I proceeded to try to do it myself but could not get the bulb loose. I went back in the store and asked if they could at least loosen the bulb and was told no they would get in trouble they couldn't when one of them was working on a car when I first got there. I said you can't just loosen the bulb for me I could not get it to loosen at all so had to leave the store with my headlights still not intact. Policy or no policy loosening a bulb is not going to get you in trouble it just shows that you have a common courtesy of your customer at heart. My headlight is still not in and how I have to try to find someone to loosen this bulb for me so I can change my headlight.I do not recommend this store for anyone not female anyway, because they cannot get any kind of assistance even when shopping you have to try to find things yourself.I have shopped advanced Auto on limestone and I was told the same thing with my brake light bulb but I couldn't get it loose either, however, I was given the common courtesy of one of the store personnel coming out to loosen the bulb for me so I could change it. When I mention I got help like that Limestone, I was told "well we're not Limestone".I am not that old, however, I do have arthritis in my hands, which makes it difficult in tight places.Therefore, I do not recommend this location for anything, especially if you have a handicap.From here on out I will shop AutoZone or O'Reilly's, anywhere but Advance Auto.

I don t normally leave reviews.. today ( 2/4/23 ) I came in with my ram 2500 mega cab and Eric was more then helpful! Way to go! Thank you for the help! Keep up the hard work you put in for me to others! Customer service was great!

We ordered rancharo shocks for our truck- they didnt come with hardware(it was suppose to be included) we called the store and they tried to sell us a hardware kit for $19.99.We went into the store because we were told that they sent FOUR SHOCKS. The store didn't have the nut need on the floor- so we wanted to exchange the kit for one of the others. KYLE didnt like that we were mad and refused to exchange the shock so we could have a COMPLETE SET.Your not suppose to get mad when YOU DONT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR .... customer service is nonexistent - and KYLE is what gives the younger generation a bad rap

I went to Advance after seeing the Bruce Willis die hard commercials, I was in need of a battery and when I arrived Eli was very informative and professional in directing me in the direction of an AGM battery. He explained to me the pros of the AGM battery and I ultimately purchased it on his recommendation. It's been a great battery and I was given fantastic service. Definitely will do all my business in the future here.

Had to stop by and get me a tail light. Very nice gentleman. I'm pretty sure the man helping me was the manager. His employee had taken an extra long lunch break. So the employee made me wait in line for 5 more minutes. But the manager was awesome!

Josh was on point today, very helpful. I stopped to ship out a xmas gift via ups but i had not printed the label. He went out of his way to allow me to email him my prepaid label and he printed it and taped it on to my package for me. Thats awesome. I really appreciate you guys for that. Cody was very kind to me as well.

Terrible customer service! Was given the wrong serpentine belt from which I ordered. Went back to pick up the correct one and instead of just swapping them out they refunded me at a discounted rate then charged me full price to replace it. In other words I had to drive back, lose my discount, and pay more for their mistake.

I've been using Advance Auto Parts for the past year, and I always have a good experience. Jay, is a very kind hard working gentleman that always goes out of his way to help me. Just wanted to thank him.Also- I had to do some work on my car, and Advance Auto Parts let me borrow a few tools to do it. I really appreciate it, you guys rock.

Wesley Smith was a total disrespectful employee who wouldn't return or swap out my used brake pads. I had spoke with a lady earlier and she said she would return them. I get there and they say no. So I went to Autozone bought pads I know they will always swap out and I'm planning on giving corporate a call. He was very rude and when I asked for corporates number they said they didn't know it and so I asked for his name and he said "You can call them and tell them whatever you want!" I will never go there again. I spoke with friend who owns a premium grade commercial account and he also said he quit using advanced because they were rude.

Went for a 10mm socket for a 3/8 drive. Didn't have it. Kind of low on everything as far as stock goes.

Terrible experience! Will never be returning. Guy who rang me up decided his head was too heavy so he propped up on his hand and elbow with an exhausted expression on his face, while finishing my order. I decided to spare him the exhaustion of entering in my information for my purchase and left without buying anything. Auto Zone and O'Reilly's will be receiving my business from now on.
