Not only did they do an excellent job on my window tinting , they found the issue I was having with my windows not rolling down .it was the control panel on my driver's side that wasn't working , now all of my windows roll up and down electronically and I can control my outside mirrors as well again . Thank you to KYLE who was so knowledgeable in not only getting the parts delivered to the store within minutes but also fixing all the issues in a timely fashion and I was a " walk in" . Had everything done under 2.5 hours so I will indeed be a returning customer to them and if you need great window tinting or a complete sound system put in your car , they're the one's to do it professionally and personably. Great guys!!!

I ve used these guys twice, once on my CJ7 and once on my F250. Both times they did an exceptional job. They did exactly what they told me they would do and they did it on time and for a fair price. I sincerely recommend them for any audio/accessory work you are considering. I will absolutely continue to use them in the future.

Wonderful place, wonderful people, wonderful work! From the moment we called with Lofton, we knew this was going to be the place. We asked around for a tinting place and from the 50+ recommendations, Ace Audio was clearly the big winner. We got there early and met with Kyle. We decided to wait with our car to be tinted. We wanted to see it in action, so he even brought us back to watch. From the videos I ve seen around the Internet, Kyle was definitely professional and took pride in his work. Of course the wait was lengthy, but it was worth it for the quality of work. I ve only found one imperfection and it was in the very top corner of the rear triangle window of the rear passenger door.

If you are a "normal" person, this review can be quick and simple...Use the experts at Ace, plain and simple - no regrets. If, however you are any of the following: nit-picky, anxious, do-it-yourselfer, suspicious, cost-conscious, and/or commonly late for appointments, you should read on...This shop willingly entered into what my 17 year old son and I could describe as a failed "tossed salad" of a sound system upgrade. We bought a backup camera, a 4 channel amp, new head unit and door speakers...and invested most of a weekend to pull the dash apart, removing door panels, running wires all up and everywhere in my 2002 Toyota Tundra...In the moment of truth, we connected the battery and...Nothing, nada, zilch...A great sigh and a pit of anxiety as my beloved truck was not only totally apart and disabled (and over a $1000 in material rendering nothing)...It was a massive frustration and disappointment...Fast forward to Ace Audio and within an hour, they not only identified what was wrong, but got everything put back together...Popped in some wonderful F1rst LED headlight bulbs and I was on my way...I am all of the descriptors above...I was 45 minutes late to my appointment and gave these guys a birds nest to figure out. All I know is that I am completely and entirely thrilled with how they operate...

What a great experience! I pulled in to Ace on a whim to see if I could get my windows tinted in our family car. Loften told me to drop it off the very next day and he would have it done. After dropping it off, barely 2 hours went by and they had it ready to go. Quality of workmanship and tint product is excellent.It's hard to find people these days you can trust for honest, dependable craftsmanship. Would 100% recommend to friends and family. Easy experience with great customer service. Changed out a radio in 2011 Chevy truck .. new one looks like a factory install. Seamless in dash. Works perfectly. And discovered my rear speakers were NOT working correctly changed them out at the same time. Sound quality is SO MUCH better. Would recommend this place to anyone needing audio work or tint.. they are even gonna order and replace my headlights to led ones next month.. great people and quality work.

Awesome customer service and Installation. Visiting from Kentucky I realized I was way overdue for a new car stereo. They got us in immediately and had us on the road in less than an hour. Very good experience. Thank you.

My audio system sounds exactly as I hoped it would, thank you. And, with the exception of the replacement dash kit, all the work looks good as well.BUT...1 - What I was told would be a one day job turned into five.2 - My original dash kit was two tone but they would only paint the replacement one solid color.3 - The new backup camera wasn't aligned left to right or top to bottom.4 - I requested a trouble shoot/repair on two cab power outlets and for the OE cassette deck to be removed/replaced with an available storage compartment. Neither happened. I was offered an apology and asked to leave my truck even longer or bring it back for the work to be completed. I declined.Again, the sound was great but the service wasn't and considering all things, I'd hoped for better.

This shop is honest, courteous, accurate, reasonable.They put my turn signals and horn on my side by side and did a great job.I had some warranty work done on my Side by Side and the dealer commented on what a nice installation job the horn and turn signals were.They installed my stereo in my truck and did a wonderful job.You can not go wrong here.

After taking my vehicle to another shop and having a terrible experience I was able to find this place online. It took me 45 minutes to get there but was worth the drive in the end, not only did they correct everything the other shop screwed up but also suggested some upgrades I had them do also. My vehicles will never go anywhere else. Ace Audio gets the highest marks for customer service and quality of work. Also had them retint one of my trucks after going over a year with a subpar tint job that constantly had bubbles in it.

They recently replaced the 4 factory door speakers in my 2019 Ford Ranger XLT with 4-6.5" JL AUDIO coaxial speakers. Also added an 8" Alpine powered sub behind the back seat. And it sounds great! Very professional and reasonable. Very happy with their work. Highly recommend!!!

Professional bunch of fellas living to make you louder or just to upgrade the tech in your cars. 12 v car audio/video/custom work. Very knowledgeable as they've been in this for decades. Check him out since he manages to keep parts that are in short supply during the economic covid shortage. He does great work!

The guys there are down to earth, professional, know how to meet your needs. They can quickly install your radio and get you back on the road. Highly recommended if you're in Cleveland, Georgia and surrounding area.

Purchased nearly $2,000 of custom installed audio and video equipment. The speakers provided for the audio system were cheap no-name junk and were grossly undersized. When turning up the volume all you hear is distortion and crackling. A rear back-up camera system was installed and stopped working, showing nothing but a blue screen. Tried to seek help from Ace Audio and here was their response:"Call the manufacturer for help. If RV Cams determines that your problem is a warranty issue, you will need to provide them with your receipt of purchase and you can handle the warranty claim from here on out.Good luck,Stephen"

They installed my car speakers and radio and not only do they do radio s and speakers they can tint windows,fix headlights they do everything! These guys know what there doing even offered me a cup of coffee.
