Shayne and the whole Smith family are true professionals and run an honest and reliable business model. Been going there for over a decades and have never been disappointed. Need a good car, they got you, fender bender, that too, need something fixed, no problem! Family owned and run like it should be.

On vacation from Florida and hit a deer disabling our vehicle. Choose Smith Collision from several local choices. Very helpful and courteous. Supply chain issues required leaving the vehicle 7+ hours from home. Shayne and crew were very understanding and knowledgable working through adjusters/insurance reps while keeping me informed. Fantastic experience! Great bunch of people. They're polite and they get the job done. Shayne even went out of his way to contact the responsible party's insurance directly when I got in my accident, because they wouldn'treturn any of my calls. He also showed me all the damages to my car and explained what is important and what isn't. Job well done.

Was rear ended in front of Smith Collision Repair on a Sunday and the owner came down, crash wrapped my car so I could drive it to the dealer, even allowed members of our convoy to use the facilities, as we were packed full and on our way to Ellerslie GA from a roadtrip. His helpfulness helped brighten a gloomy situation for sure. Super folks!

I was in Georgia from Florida when tire air pressure indicator came on, I stopped in, they checked my air pressure, topped off, did a scan & I was on my way without worry. Everyone was polite & helpful. 5 stars for sure! Thank you!
