Zero communication after months of calling. I went with Mountain Glass who not only responded immediately but they came out right away. Do not bother wasting your time with this shop and call professionals who actually appreciate new business.

Literally couldn t ask for nicer people who make you feel welcome and are happy to assist you with your glass repair. Not to mention they are very reasonable in price. Please check them out! Good people and good business values. 10/10

Zero communication after 3 months of calling ever 3-4 days and being lead on we went with franklin glass who came out measured and cut/installed in 2 weeks. Dont waste your time with these guys and callActual professionals

Great group of people! Sara worked with my insurance company. Reserved workspace in advance. Started working within 10 minutes of my arrival. A great job done while I waited. Nobody tried to up-sell me. A great experience!

Excellent service and workmanship. I had 2 windshields replaced and scheduling was super easy. I would highly recommend Rabun Glass for all your glass needs! The employees are very knowledgeable in their field.

Great Company! They do clean and honest work. They show up when they say and always answer the phone. Small town so it takes a little while for turnaround but worth the wait. I will use them for all of my glass needs and you should to!

Did a fantastic job on my busted windshield. They went as far as vacuuming the seats. And the price was very fair. Thanks Rabun Glass & Mirror. If I happen to have such problems again I know who to call!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Called business 3 times to ask if they replace car windshields, NO call back.Stopped at store, Yes we replace windshields, we will call you to set a date. NO call back. Called 4 more times to set a date, NO call back.Don't use this business. Worst customer service in Rabun County
